Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. My only complaint is that I made my reservation here based on the hot tub and sauna. But, when I checked in, I was told they were closed for the season. Really wish that information had been on the website. And, I feel that if all amenities are now available, the nightly rate should be discounted.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived after hours and the host came out immediately to greet us and show us to our site. Even sold us some firewood for the night even though the register was already shut down.

Everything went just as we hoped. The campground was clean and attractive, and the staff was helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again if in the area.

Beautiful setting, VERY clean, loved the covered picnic table with the light (nice feature), very kind and friendly staff. We LOVED our stay and will definitely return when in this direction. Definitely the BEST KOA I've ever stayed in....and I've stayed in a LOT!!

We stayed in a tent site and the sites are very close together - so close that we could hear the person in the next campground snoring. That was a rough night. The KOA is very clean and the staff was very helpful. When we asked if we could move to another site, they were very accommodating. The only reason for the 3 star is due to the closeness of the sites. Cabin sites are better.

I chose this campground because of the customer reviews and found that they were so true, fantasic service. Very professional, friendly, polite when I called to reserve then over-the-top customer service when I needed to change my camping location after hours. I will drive out of my way to stay at Fillmore KOA again.

Our stay was ok. I had asked when we arrived if my son who we were visiting could come to the campgrounds to visit, was told no problem. We visited the pool and the employee had taken the hot tub area with her three children which plainly said no children. She has to get up and wait on someone and we took the table. She came to the pool and said your kids can't be in the hot tub?!? Yours just was?

The rule is no children under the age of 14 in the hot tub. This applies to everyone.

Great tent sites. Grass, covered table, greenery around the sites provide a nice bit of privacy. Bathrooms and showers were extremely clean.

I loved staying at the Fillmore KOA Journey. I stayed in one of the tent sites. It was beautiful. There are trees and shrubs that give you privacy. The tent site is nice grass. I liked having water at the site. Covered table was great. Everything was clean and well taken care of. I didn't make a reservation and they had easy after hours check in. Beautiful views and surroundings. Very quiet.

I have stayed here before and certainly will again. Excellently located for exploring the area or for a stopover from Colorado to the Sierra. The WIFI could be stronger, but overall this KOA has it all.

Beautiful and quiet, well managed, clean. Please add recycling facilities! Great for pets, as well. Highly recommend Fillmore KOA.

Nice campground and clean showers and restrooms. Unfortunately the owners don't life up to their own standards. Complaining about minor things but are not able to provide a clean campspot and turn off the sprinkler during our stay.

We advise everyone coming in that the sprinklers are on at night to keep the grass nice and to maintain a nice campground. Asking you to adhere to the campground rules is what keeps it a nice campground.

1st time ever using a KOA. The host helped me make a last minute reservation by phone. The camp was clean and quiet. I was very comfortable in the campgrounds i felt safe and i was impressed with their service

The restroom, showers, and campsites were super clean! The tent campsites even had an electrical outlet and water spout. We would definitely return.

It was a quick stay, arrived later in the evening and left the next day/ the camp hosts were very friendly and it was nice to get a shower after a long day of driving and before another day of driving. It was everything we needed.

My wife and I had an amazing time here! Great spot and the riding trails were great. We enjoyed the pool and everything was very clean bathrooms included! Would definitely stay here again!
