We were very upset when they did not give us the one free day that was advertised. We did not reed any emails that said it was not for trailers. All the people we talked to said the same thing.

We stayed there on September 6 to September 9 and this is weekend KOA members are supposed to get September 7 Free and Fillmore is a participant. I made sure when we made Reservation I told them about the free night. And when we got there I asked about the free night and I was told it was only on cabins yet we had got it the year before, and on the KOA site it says that it is for campsites

Fillmore KOA is a prarticant, however only for cabins. It has been that way for the last 5 years and will continue to be that way. It says to confirm with the KOA that you are making reservations with. We would not have said anything different. Safe travels.

The office was empty when we arrived at 2:00pm to check in. They had us in a spot that had only 30 amp when we had asked for 50 amps. The lawn was dead at the campsite where we stayed. The dog run had zero poop bags available for the 4 days we were there. WE have been going to this KOA for many years, but this year was not what it has been. We probably won't go back

We were out on site cleaning cabins, all you had to do is call. The spot you chose was a 30 amp, we do not arbitrarily put people is spots, Safe travels.

Not happy with the charge of $20 extra to check in early when already paying over $70 a night just for a camp spot. You will not see me staying at a KOA again.

We love the Fillmore KOA! Easy driving to the trails and a wonderful staff.

Love that it was a smaller campground. Loved its settings. Very quiet. Very friendly. After hrs check-in was super easy. Definitely would go back.

We arrived after hours and were unhappy that despite telling them our exact overalls length we were assigned a site that could barely accommodated us. The park had many other unoccupied sites that were much longer and should have been obvious options for our reservation. Maybe they need to talk to their employees?

This is a really good facility. I like how the staff guides you to your spot, and helps you park. The only drawback was our spot. It was right on the main entrance road and the traffic was noisy. That's why I couldn't give the place a ten and a 5

It’s a very strange place. We got there and the store was closed with a sign that said, sorry for the inconvenience but the store is temporarily closed. The dog park had no bags, a cheap rake and a full trash can, it stunk . We were there for one night and the cost is way too high for the park. I wouldn’t return

The sign says the store is closed when it is nit store hours during the summer season. The store was open from 10AM-5PM on Sunday. Sorry you came by after hours. We check the dog park daily. Safe travels.

We loved it here so much, and Mimi was so friendly, that we stayed an extra night that we hadn't planned on and we will be back! There is so much to do in this area, who knew? Besides, the ice cream at this KOA is amazing and Mimi made sure we got our money's worth every time. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Easy in and out and so close to the freeway. You will love it!

Pretty campground with lots of trees…The people working in the store were very friendly and helpful. The park is well maintained and they have a dump station available. We were just there overnight but will definitely go back if we are in this area again…

Was supposed to be here on Tues., tried to move it to Wed., my note seemed to have gotten placed on my Wed. Reservation so they thought I would be here Thur. I was actually here on Wed., Lol. So I went ahead and paid for both Tues. And Wed., not real sure what can be done, but campground was beautifully maintained.

The campground was close to the interstate and easy to get to. We only stayed one night but is was a lovely park like setting. Nice grassy area at each spot. Small dog park. Nice shade trees in most spots. Good size playground for kids. We would define stay again.

One of the best KOA Journeys we have stayed in. We clean and well layer out. Our site was long enough for our 45 with tow, not often the case with some KOAs. Site were spaces and we love the lush green grass and our pups did as well loving to roll in the soft grass. Beautiful view of the mountains from our site.

Clean, very quiet, sites are not too close to each other. All services including internet. Nice grocery store a few minutes drive away.

Wrong name on my reservation I arrived late so I could not find my site I had to call the after hours number. Wanted a full hook up. Didn’t get one although there were at least 6 available. Internet is spotty at best but I guess it depends how far you are situated away from the hub to get a decent signal. Campground was clean and easy to navigate

If you want a pull through then you have to request that type of site when you are making your online reservation- there is a difference in cost. You chose the cheapest site Mr. Cooper without sewer. All pull thrus are FHU. I helped you immediately when you arrived late in the building.

Needed a night’s stay while traveling and this more than filled the bill. Pool, while small, was nice along with the hot tub. Used the laundry room while at the pool. If traveling through the area again I would definitely stay again.

We will definitely be back to stay at this KOA. The staff was very friendly, the campground had lots of trees and shade, and the showers were really nice. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the pool or the off road vehicles but hopefully we can next time.

Nice place to stop.staff was very nice. My only concern was the dogs in the yard and on the top deck of the office. We were close to the office and we couldn't have our dogs out because they wouldn't stop barking.

She does bark on occasion in the evenings when she sees another dog or when Chubbs the cat keeps prancing around in the grass below teasing her. She may have been in the office all day and then wants to play once the office closes. Safe travels.

WAS A REALLY NICE CAMPGROUND! WAS NICE TO COOL OFF IN THE POOL AFTER A LONG DRIVE. WOMAN CHECKING US IN WAS VERY NICE . SET OUT IN A NICE QUIET AREA. NOT A WHOLE LOT OF AMENITIES, BUT MADE FOR A NICE OVERNIGHT STOP.

Love, love, love this KOA. It's a very clean/quaint KOA. All sites have grass and plenty of room between your neighbor. All Staff were excellent, helpful and pleasant. Fillmore is a very small town with one little grocery store, dollar general and Ace hardware. The locals are very friendly. I would recommend this KOA and will definitely stay there again andj again and again........

Easy, off-highway location. Quiet park with nice spots. Not all spots have a fire pit. Fuel nearby.
