What a great area this KOA has! The parking was good. Only one night, but good. The birds were amazing, and I saw many lifers!

Arrived after office had closed. They had us set up for a late arrival. Left before office opened. No issues with hookups. Could not get the cable tv to come on, might have been our prob. Thanks for the stay.

This is a short tem issue, but could have caused major problems. The road is closed to the campgroiund abnd you have to cross a 100 foot section of uneven dirt road to get to the campground. We should have been contacted ahead of time and given a chance to pick another location. Had it rained this streatch of road could have been impassable.

The road was semi closed for 2 days for repairs. If following map sent out there was no driving on a dirt road. This was the City. How are we graded on that? We would have escorted you from the main road if you had called. Safe travels.

Great spot, easy access from I15. We had a motorhome and tow vehicle. Had a pull thru site. Roads were tight for our rig size but do-able. Stable power, strong water source (use adapter). Showers and bathrooms clean. Nice quiet sleep. Pool and hot tub-we did not use.

The office was a mess! The host said she had not had time to put away the inventory that had arrived, but it was obvious that she had not taken care of the area in a very long time. The 'lounge' chair at the back entrance was messy. The cover (I think it was the cover) was thrown on top. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The host was unprofessional and unaware of guest emails.

We take pride in our campground, but had been unloading, unpacking many inventory & Holiday items on that day. We would appreciate you not returning

Our 1 night stay was fine. My biggest complaint is the unexpected pet fee. I know the general site mentions it, but it really just felt like a random way to collect more money at checkin. Your campground doesn’t offer anything different or better for a pet except a small pet area.

The pet fee is for staying in a cabin only. It is posted on the website and when we are making reservations. If you do not disclose and we see that you have a pet the pet fee is charged.

Your spot can be a little tight getting out of. Entry is good but exit points leaving the spots is very narrow for big rigs towing and sometimes others have a vehicle parked behind their rv making it even harder. Despite that we love this KOA!

We reserved site online and didn’t realize no physical person was at the office at any time. Never have we had an experience like this at any KOA parks. We paid full price for a closed up KOA office, store and No amenities. Finally got a maintenance man to get us some propane via a phone message, text message and a lot of waiting around in an empty park. Please post closed for winter!!

We are not closed, however the staff is working around the grounds during the slow time, as it makes more sense to do so, than sitting in the office when minimal people are staying. The staff lives on site and are available. A simple call is all that is needed.

Tried one spot in the electrical didn’t work and so we had to hook up and go to spot. Found the price to be a bit high since it was November not sure not sure we will be back.

Beautiful scenery. Even with the heater running I was too cold to stay all night. Once the fire was out and I went to bed, I ended up moving to my car. I should have prepared better. I had a heavy blanket, but it wasn't quite enough. Granted who goes in the winter without a mummy bag. I didn't think it would be so cold with the heater. Stars were incredible!

Don’t know why they are open if everything is already turned off. Store was empty and everything was already closed down. No water but they dont tell you that when you book your reservation. I dont why we had to pay to pretty much dry camp!

Nothing is turned off, there are full hook ups through out the year. Nothing has been closed down. The office closes at 5 but you can always call if you need something. We have been trying to prep for the winter adareworking outdoors, so you can call if you need anything.

Very nice place t stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wanted to ride a piece of the Piute trail and they provided some maps. Hookups were easy to use and site was well maintained. We would stay again.
