Our pizza elements are made from “scratch” using our home recipes. Our dough is made from a specialized flour that we deliver from the East Coast, our tomato sauce is made from the best San Marzano tomatoes, our mozzarella is the same that is used in New York City pizzerias and comes from a small farm in Wisconsin and our ingredients are always of the highest quality. We cook at high temperatures to ensure proper crust characteristics and flavors.? Our menu consists of home-made pizza, Stromboli, calzones and desserts. Nothing is fried - if we can't bake it, we don't make it.?
