The KOA entance was pleasant to see. The store is very clean and well stocked. The attendant was cheerful and helpful. The cabin was clean and cozy. Parking is easy. The bathroom that is in a separate building was very clean and pretty.

It was great. The cabin was very clean. Only thing I would ask for shampoo and soap for the showers in the cabin

This is the 3rd time staying here. Slightly disappointed. We got the deluxe cabin. There were supposed to be linens included. The full size bed had them, but there were no linens for the bunks. Luckily we had some. There was NO hot water for the shower. The whole reason I got the deluxe cabin was for comfort and convenience, unfortunately it was not worth it!

We stayed here during a softball tournament for our daughter and it was a great time! The place was nice, the staff were incredible and very welcoming! We would love to go back again!

We stayed in one of the lodges. The bed was almost impossible to sleep in. the be was so tall a normal sized person would have a difficult time to get in. It is time for all KOA's to become more senior friendly and more ADA compliant.

Worst KOA experience ever! The cabin was not entirely clean, the cold water did not work at all, so we could not use the shower or kitchen sink because of the scalding hot water. Called office and were told they had no idea what was wrong. No kitchen utensils, plates, etc. No linens for bunk beds and one support slat fell off of bottom bunk. AC did not cool cabin and WiFi would not work. HORRIBLE!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cabin with bathroom really met our needs. It is really nice to have the bar/grill on site so we didn't have to ho anywhere for dinner. One suggestion-- a queen bed would be so much better than the standard double.

The staff was the only highlight—very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cabin had a known hot-water issue, the pool was closed despite 104°F heat, and the undersized AC struggled to keep the cabin cool. The Wi-Fi was also extremely poor. Overall, the staff was great, but the facilities were disappointing. We would not return

2nd stay at a KOA! Cabin was great & very cooled off on hot night when my dog & I arrived. Message inside about cold/hot water being opposite in the shower but water never got warm at all. Was looking forward to hot shower after backcountry camping for 5 days prior. Employee at my checkout didn’t acknowledge me at all when I walked in, got a magnet to buy & return key. Felt like I was a problem.

Cabin was really nice, however we paid for a cabin with bathroom and were not able to use the shower due to no hot water. We called and was told someone would be out but no one came. We were able to use the other showers on grounds but when you pay for an in cabin shower you should be able to use it. At check out there was no apology of any sort, just 'oh, he wont go to your cabin if your in it!'

We just needed a place to sleep while traveling- the ac was ok- we brought a swamp cooler and fan to help since we keep our place cool. Bathrooms were clean- just a few bugs which is to be expected. Staff was friendly and helpful! Short walk to the lake was great bc the pool was closed a few hours earlier than expected.

This KOA was the prefect stop on our Route 66 roadtrip. The employees were helpful and the facilities were clean. We would stay here again.

Terrible fire ants @ site! Paint peeling very badly on flooring, swing and exterior. Picnic table was damaged & peeling. Overhead fan only had one speed, low. Door scraped badly when opening & closing. Women’s restroom only had soap in one dispenser. Only one bathhouse, other site no longer in use. Pool was nice. Camp sites appeared clean. Disappointing cabin experience.

Cabin: arrived in 100 degree weather and a/c was not on just fan pulling in outside air. Awful. A/C was old, dirty and had mold. When using toilet you could see dirt under the bunk bed. We did not need to use but bunk mattress was torn. Our bed was ok. Bathroom was mostly clean but needed scrubbing around outside of shower. Worst KOA cabin stay ever. Campground had nice grounds. Cabin awful

Loved the Felix cabin! Having a clean room and bathroom to use and the AC helped. Super professional staff and nice place to stay on our family multistate roadtrip. Keeping it on our “stay again” list for the next summer travel.

Cabin had pet & mouse damage in several areas, air conditioner could not cool cabin, men's bathroom door very difficult to open, no Wi-Fi signal in cabin, tv remote broken, same cabin at Joplin KOA had none of these issues.

Lodging room so small you can’t walk around. The AC was in a corner and noisy! Could not feel any cooling in hot room. Double not conducive to stay. 1 person room.

Kristen was outstanding as check- in person, bartender, grill and cook. She also was the shopkeeper for souvenirs. Pleasant and organized. Very comforting. Appreciated her!!!

Staff was very nice, though I didn't eat at the restaurant, it was a nice feature to have that option. I stayed in a cabin which unfortunately was much to far to the bathrooms, and it would be nice to have a refrigerator and microwave, as many KOA cabins do. Also, cabin floor was dirty.

Kabin was clean and everything worked. Nice to have the bed made and towels for showering. I would give this a 5 star except for the fact that it is located right off the interstate and it was so loud from the all night traffic I hardly slept. I didn't have ear plugs or I would have used them. Otherwise no complaints! Friendly staff and dog friendly!

Here now for an overnight. Lovely setting, great dog park areas. Convenient location right off the expressway. We had thin crust pizza for dinner (in the KOA lodge area) - pizza was delicious, highly recommend! Bathrooms and showers are clean, staff very friendly, clean park. Happy we decided to stay here! Also going to check out Family Traditions Grill (in nearby Canute) on our way out of town tomorrow. Their burgers and food have fantastic reviews, excited to try it out!
