Cabin was really nice, however we paid for a cabin with bathroom and were not able to use the shower due to no hot water. We called and was told someone would be out but no one came. We were able to use the other showers on grounds but when you pay for an in cabin shower you should be able to use it. At check out there was no apology of any sort, just 'oh, he wont go to your cabin if your in it!'

Disappointed that pool was closed. Wi-Fi was not able to use bc of low signal.

We just needed a place to sleep while traveling- the ac was ok- we brought a swamp cooler and fan to help since we keep our place cool. Bathrooms were clean- just a few bugs which is to be expected. Staff was friendly and helpful! Short walk to the lake was great bc the pool was closed a few hours earlier than expected.

I only needed a short overnight for a long drive across country, but there was a clean hot shower, air conditioned restaurant, a pool, a shaded spot, and coffee, which was all I needed and in addition, there was a truly nice woman at the desk. I will definitely be there again.

Staff, food, shower house, pool, game room and sites were GREAT! Only thing not so great is it is close to the interstate, so a bit noisy at night.

Stayed here on the way east and on the way home. Easy to get to and very clean! Staff was very nice!

The 2 staff members we engaged with were very unfriendly. We were not escorted to our campsite. The campsite was infested with ants, preventing us and our dog from sitting outside. The men’s showers had black mold near the floor. Sorry but we will not be back.

This KOA was the prefect stop on our Route 66 roadtrip. The employees were helpful and the facilities were clean. We would stay here again.

This was an OK stop as we were passing through. However, I would've appreciate more effort to keep the bugs out of the bathrooms.

Great place to stay. Only problem was, I could not reach them on phone while traveling to make a reservation. Had to wait till I got there and hoped they had a spot for me. Need to get that fixed.

Terrible fire ants @ site! Paint peeling very badly on flooring, swing and exterior. Picnic table was damaged & peeling. Overhead fan only had one speed, low. Door scraped badly when opening & closing. Women’s restroom only had soap in one dispenser. Only one bathhouse, other site no longer in use. Pool was nice. Camp sites appeared clean. Disappointing cabin experience.

I’ve driven past this KOA several times in the past, but it’s never worked out that I was looking for a place to stay. This time it worked out. because we travel back and forth from AR to CO this is a good place to stop for the night. This time we had our grandsons. The pool didn't open until 10 am and when it wasn't open my hubby went to check and the lady working was very rude. We had limited time, before we needed to be back on the road. I will say the pool was very clean, I just wish the boys had more time in it!

Was a good stopover point through Oklahoma. Pool looked nice but didn’t have a chance to try it. Bathrooms were decent but the women’s A/C was out making it unbearable in there according to the wife.

This place is a hidden gem. After traveling all day in the heat with a 30 mph cross-wind, it was nice to pull in under the shade of the trees and relax for the evening.

WOW! What a great KOA! Arrived to a smile on the face of Shawndra who was super helpful. She offered me free cookies and a menu for home cooked meal delivery. Showers and Bathrooms were immaculate and worth the wait after 500+miles on the road. Great place in a great setting. I’ll return soon for sure!

Cabin: arrived in 100 degree weather and a/c was not on just fan pulling in outside air. Awful. A/C was old, dirty and had mold. When using toilet you could see dirt under the bunk bed. We did not need to use but bunk mattress was torn. Our bed was ok. Bathroom was mostly clean but needed scrubbing around outside of shower. Worst KOA cabin stay ever. Campground had nice grounds. Cabin awful

Check in was easy. Camping sites were nicely maintained. Although it was kinda difficult to know which picnic table belonged to which site. Ladies restroom was clean. Men's restroom was in desperate need of cleaning.

When we left after 2 days, we tried to buy water for our long trip, door was locked at 10:30 am. Saw a worker and he went to find the hostess. She came racing up in her car later not happy. She opened the store and sold me the water but I could tell she was pissed that I interrupted what she was doing. No name tag but she was brunette with a ponytail. This was our 4-5 time here, maybe our last!

Here now for an overnight. Lovely setting, great dog park areas. Convenient location right off the expressway. We had thin crust pizza for dinner (in the KOA lodge area) - pizza was delicious, highly recommend! Bathrooms and showers are clean, staff very friendly, clean park. Happy we decided to stay here! Also going to check out Family Traditions Grill (in nearby Canute) on our way out of town tomorrow. Their burgers and food have fantastic reviews, excited to try it out!
