The highway traffic made it impossible to keep windows open at night. Bathrooms need renovation. Two washers and one dryer in laundry. Lots are very close together.

Park was clean and location great! Check in staff was flustered and lied to me about pool being filled and operational by following day, it was not. No water in it the whole time we were there. The KOA promise includes certain amenities. This is reason for lower rating.

Would've been nice to have a coffee pot, coffee cup and coffee available in the cabin for morning. Or at a minimum complimentary up at the office.

We had been traveling for a while. 2 nights here 2 nights there. So I booked 2 weeks at Elk/Clinton KOA to rest and catch up. What a wise choice I made. Nice breeze, beautiful trees and landscapes. Close to the freeway but not very noisy. Clean, we'll maintained. Friendly people running it. A cute little bar that has drinks and food. Shade trees everywhere I could live here.

Very reasonable price. Beautiful shady sites, very restful. Wonderful lodge with excellent hamburgers & pizza. Elk city not to far away. That has many resources if needed.

Like every KOA that we stayed at on a recent month-long trip, no wi-fi or spotty wI-fi at best. To make matters worse this place has the wrong wI-fi password printed on their welcome sheet. Helpful hint: you need to capitalize the K and the G if you want to log on to their wI-fi. If you are finally able to log on you’ll only be disappointed with the constant buffering. Nice park otherwise.

We were assigned the site next to the pool - it probably was originally a road way and should be returned to such since it is a lousy location. Sadly, other sites were available and we would much rather have had one of those.

We checked late, after 8:00 p.m., and were greeted by the most friendly, upbeat woman who was cooking in the kitchen, tending the bar and handling the incoming campers! She also offered to keep the kitchen open for us if we wanted to order from their menu. She made such a great impression as we were tired from driving over 11 hours that day and made us feel WELCOME!

Lodging room so small you can’t walk around. The AC was in a corner and noisy! Could not feel any cooling in hot room. Double not conducive to stay. 1 person room.

Upon arrival we noticed evidence of the sewer over flowing. Thought it was fixed. Tried to dump the next morning and sewer overflowed. Disappointing for such a potentionally nice place. Stayed in site 44.

Very loud road noise from proximity to I-40…even though there were many spaces available in back/away from the road, we were placed as close to the roadway as possible. Why??

Level, spacious sites. Very clean. Quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Has a nice cafe with a menu consisting of burgers, hot dogs Frito pie, sandwiches and other comfort foods cooked to order. Delicious!! Noticed a few locals ordering too. Would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed one night but the experience was great. The office staff/server/cook was very nice. She took care of us very well efficiently. The grounds were spotless. The store and small cafe were clean as well. As with a lot of the KOA properties, my only complaint is the road noise although it wasn’t super bad.

We stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend. Quite, nicely maintained. The food at the restaurant was mediocre, my burger had a bizarre seasoning, the cheese was not melted and the bacon was chopped not strips and even the bun was cold.

The experience was great but you should definitely call ahead with questions. The pool was closed early and we were told through booking that there was electricity at the camping sites but there is not. Even the sites with electricity did not have standard outlets. If you have a blow up mattress or have any need for electricity , you will have to walk out to the bathrooms and pump up your mattress or charge your phone. Otherwise the place was wonderful, the people were kind, and we have no complaints. Oklahoma is stunning and the field next door...when the sun rose... was mind blowing. New retirement plans unlocked lol. I suggest calling ahead with any questions you have because there is nothing around so be prepared and outside of the electricity, we were so stunned by the beauty of the place and the kindness of the people.
