Loud thumping music from nearby cabin. No firewood as requested for late arrival. No refund even though we didn’t even setup and drove 90 miles to Wakeeny. No reply from campground manager about issue. Horrible experienve

No one answered. At all the numbers. Get there everything is locked up. Finally got someone. Just set up where they said we were. No sleep for all the music and people parties. Cops chasing drifters. No amenities. The worst Koa.

There was a little bit of trash left from the last campers but the area was clean and well kept. A bit of noise from the water park, but it died down at a reasonable hour. Overall it was a very nice stay.

We tent camped. Zero shade and in 90+ temps. The electric poles were dead and the girl had no clue how to get them on. Very disappointed.

Witnessed 2 drug deals in the parking lot by the clubhouse. Tent sites back to a public soccer complex with no separation. Soccer players kids were riding their bikes in the KOA parking lot by my truck until 10 pm. Men’s room was trashed. I will be calling KOA corporate about this facility. The worst KOA I’ve ever stayed at.

It wasn’t terrible. The men’s room and showers had a couple of broken toilets but it was mostly ok. The location is convenient but there’s a lot of light from surrounding things and it feels like you’re camping next to an airport or something. Very basic, but functional.

This seems to be a newer location…. Facilities were great … only complaint is there is NO shade for tent camping. Staff was great and in several years the trees will provide some shade … Hopefully :)

Beautiful facilities. Two big problems. 1) Push button showers don’t allow control of the water temperature. 2) Water coming out of the shower I used was scalding hot. After 3 button pushes the water started warming up, so I thought it would be OK to step in. Wrong. The water became scalding hot. Dangerously hot. We use campgrounds like KOA for 1 reason, showers. This was a major fail. Beware

I was tent camping at the Dodge City KOA and the tent sites were set up very badly. Along with this, the bathrooms did not feel clean or updated. I love staying at KOA but the one in Dodge city was not my favorite.

Stayed in tent. Don't recommend a tent stay here. Campground was extremely noisy. It is located close to town and there was drag racing going on all night. Did not sleep at all.

The front desk person was amazing. She was nice , kind , sweet. The spot (tent) was ok . Right near a soccer field , parents use the empty spot next to us to sit watch the game. Used the KOA bathrooms. Not very quiet. One night stay .

There are no mature trees for shade or blocking the wind and no fence separating the park from the campground so no real security.

Noisy, so car field with dozens of people there until sunset. Bathroom showers very dirty. Loud music for hours. People racing xars all might. Guns going off. Very unsafe feeling. Attendant closed 2 hours ear6ly.

Location is great ... a few blocks from town. Honestly, the tent sites back up RIGHT NEXT TO A PUBLIC Soccer field ... i.e. no security. I actually had a little trepidation on staying here ... fortunately no issues. The tent site was good ... ZERO WiFi outside of the mail building.

The tent site was clean and comfortable, but it was butted up against a soccer field, in which soccer practices were taking place. Good thing we stayed only one night.

It was pretty good, nice grass patch for a tent and clean facilities. But for the tent sites, it was very open to a grass field where people could roam, play soccer, etc; therefore, it didn’t feel quite as safe as other KOAs.

No one was present at the office upon arrival 3 hours before end of office hours. Trashes were overflowing in all sites, restrooms although generally clean had overflowing sanitary bins and the men's room had a few stalls at the end surrounded by a large puddle of water. Felt generally unsafe in site as non KOA individuals wandered through sites and there was no sign of on site staff.

Some of the showers were cold and some were not. There is a constant background noise from the highway through town but earplugs take care of that problem. The grounds were clean and the people friendly.

Compared to other KOAs I have been to this one was one of the worse. Only have the bathrooms were available and they were not very clean and none of the paper towel holders worked. At 1:30am there was a very loud group that came to the office and being vulgar and down right scary. Office staff not available until 10am on the weekends. People are up and ready to go before then.

I stayed here while traveling for work. The tent sites were well-maintained with electricity, so I was able to use my hotplate instead of relying on my gas stove. I greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and the on-site laundry room. The sink in the laundry room was also a bonus, as my camping sink was stolen at the last RV park/campground I stayed at.
