we checked into Cabin 4. The chairs in the kitchen are filthy - we wouldn't even sit on them. The bathtub had no shower curtain - we found the shampoo and conditioner outside on the ground as we entered. the bathtub and floor are so dirty it was disgusting I don't think it's been cleaned in years. the dirt under the linoleum as you enter the cabin was unbelievable! We will never stay here again.

Lady’s in the office are very rude and they are hardly ever in there, always on their phones, they make charges to your card without your consent, and they never have clean towels or sheets, and tell you to wash them yourself, the cabins are very cheap and falling apart, beds are stained, we left and they charged our card for damages, for stuff that was damage when we got there,very unprofession

Arrived and heater wasn't working. Tried to get us another cabin but 2 other cabins heat wasn't working either.. They got us accommodations at the Holiday Inn Express and it was nice but not what we wanted. We were there for the pheasant opener and had dogs and gear. Lugging gear up and down 3 floor is not what we wanted. We wanted drive up parking and side ward for dog to be out of box for a few

The cabins aren’t maintained as well as they should be. (i.e., Cabinet door was broken, toilet handle was broken). Also, the office would not provide an additional roll of toilet paper which seems odd.

Office was never really open when needed. Cabin needed multiple repairs and was certainly not up to KOA standards. I’ve stayed at multiple KOAs through the years. This one was terrible.

The cabin was really dirty and not kept up. For the price it should have been spotless. Dishes and walls even the shower was dirty. Blood on the walls.

We only stayed on night so didn’t get to really use the cabin much but it was nice and I’d keep in mind for a longer stay. It wasn’t as clean as it could have been but since we didn’t need to cook it wasn’t an issue for us.

The "deluxe" cabin had a few shortcomings. The vinyl flooring was either poorly installed or showing its age, as it didn't fit under the baseboards in certain areas of the cabin. Was small for a KOA 2-bedroom cabin. Couldn't open refrigerator door completely as it would hit the table. Better cleaning under the sofa sleeper was needed. Linens for the beds were clean and comfortable.

IOverall the property was good. The faucet in the tub could use some updates/repairs. Water pressure very low.

Unit was filthy appearance was run down you walk in the front door of the paint is peeling the railings are bent and one of the deck spindles was tilted cigarette butts and dog poop surround the premium cabin walls were filthy vinyl peeling up in the bathroom shower barely usable Only Koa I would not recommend that we have stayed at in the last five months!

We stayed in a cozy Deluxe Cabin that had a large refrigerator, stove with oven and microwave. It came with 2 queen beds and the linen and towels along with soap and shampoo and a love seat with a small table with leaf's you can open up. Only 2 table chairs and one bar stool type chair along with dishes but that was limited to One Coffee Cup so only one of us could drink coffee at a time.

This KOA is fairly new and very close to Dodge City. There is a fenced in city dog park that campers can use and a waterpark next door. The laundry and restrooms were spotless. There is a small convenience store. The sites are level and some are concert pads and others are gravel. Electric and water at all sites and some have full hookups.
