Nice campground nestled in downtown Dodge City. Very close to the Boot Hill Museum, and the Water park. All within walking distance. Staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. The dog park was very large, well mowed, and clean. Pull through sites are long, and on level concrete, with plenty of room. Great place to stay for a few days to explore Dodge City. We would definitely stay again.

This KOA would be okay for an overnight stay. We stayed three nights but found that maintenance of this KOA is non existent. The shower stalls flooded because the drains were clogged with hair. The front desk person said they power wash the stalls . No action taken to solve problem. The grass was high in between sites and the fire ring placed over high grass.

Office girls excellent and friendly! Maintenance as far as bathrooms, sites, laundry, overgrown weeds and grass was horrible. Never again! Why would this facility expect office help to dump trash, clean bathrooms, clean cabins, etc. Dog poop not picked up, fire pits filthy, and on and on!

Very helpful and accommodating staff. The campground is close to everything which is really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was great. The only problem I saw was the shower needs a better design. The way they are now the whole bathroom gets flooded.

Awesome KOA!! Very Clean, friendly, site we stayed was excellent large, with patio,gas grill, fire pit, beautiful landscaping Awesome facilities! Very pleased well worth it. We definitely will stay again, but longer next time. Thank You! Mike,Carolyn,CJ, and Bandit.

Male restrooms were nasty. Toilet paper all over the floors and 2 toilets clogged with feces, toilet paper, and paper towels. It took the grounds folks 2 days to clean it up.

Nice clean campground, plenty to do to keep you occupied! Very friendly small town! Showers have a push button to make the e water come down , had to push it 5 or 6 times before it got hot! Now that I know that it wasn’t a big deal the center isle has cemented pads, pull through on the left, back in on the right, wtin the perimeter having back in gravel spot !

We love the location. The ladies room shower had not been cleaned in a while (huge hairballs in the corner, gross). Toilets did not flush well. Towel dispenser didn’t work in men’s room. All maintenance issues that should NEVER happen at a KOA! For tenters, car/van campers, be aware that the power outlet is at least 75 FEET from the pavement parking (this should be noted in the site desc).

Great place to stay, even when you are on the rocks! Always clean, neat, well lighted and safe. We enjoy staying there, and have been here many times, over the years.

Park is very clean but to me it was a very basic park. Unfortunately, and this has nothing to do with the park itself, we had people across from us who’s kids would literally come and stand and walk though our site. Saw them standing next to our vehicle. I consider that being inconsiderate.

Campgrounds were well kept and the general store restrooms/showers were nice and clean. Unfortunately, the restrooms at the other side of camp were out of service but there was no notices on the restrooms or on the reservation listing. Staffed hours to contact someone was very inconsistent and difficult to contact the main office. Our kids enjoyed the play area and our dogs enjoyed the dog park.

Location is good but that’s about it. Couldn’t use the fire pit grill as the grass was too tall. Site wasn’t level. Bathrooms weren’t clean. I never saw the advertised snack bar.

Very enjoyable only stayed 2 nights . Spent one day exploring Dodge City very entertaining. Dog park was outstanding . The park was very quite !

We pulled in for an overnight stop.The campsite, while difficult to find using GPS was clean. We were very disappointed to find the bathrooms on our end of the park closed and locked. We had not intended to use our black tank/sewer, thinking that the close restrooms would be convenient. Unfortunately, the restrooms were locked. Not good.

This park has been cleaned up from our prior visit. It looks much better and seems to have routine maintenance now.

This KOA is fairly new and very close to Dodge City. There is a fenced in city dog park that campers can use and a waterpark next door. The laundry and restrooms were spotless. There is a small convenience store. The sites are level and some are concert pads and others are gravel. Electric and water at all sites and some have full hookups.
