The KOA is closely located to the museum, parks and downtown so everything was accessible by foot or bike. The KOA grounds and bathroom was clean. Everyone was nice. Easy access from HWY 50 & 400.

Great KOA. It was quiet even though by some railroad tracks. I arrived late and my info was ready.

When I checked in I was moved from a spot in the back to a spot right front by the restrooms and showers. A young lady named Esmerelda was working and it was very nice of her to move me. However, when I went to use the showers I noticed that the restroom really needs a good cleaning. It obviously only receives a quick wipedown. The shower wall was so covered in soap scum I was afraid to touch it.

Esmeralda Treto (in the office) was very helpful in getting my phone to work, she was very pleasant. The park was very nice and quiet. The only problem we encountered was grass burrs which stuck in our puppy’s feet.

Extremely helpful staff. Great location for proximity to the points of interest. Expect wind and dust but of course not the fault of the site. Very few shade trees. And the proximity to the train tracks and train frequency was less than optimal.

Office unattended for 3 hours midday. Notice on door to not leave trash or will be charged $15.00. Found trash in fire pit upon arrival. Grass had not been mowed in weeks. Unable to sit at picnic table because grass was knee high.

The young man who ran the office was incredible. So sweet, friendly and accommodating. This place was a last minute godsend as we rolled into a 90 degree day in dodge city, after driving 5 hours in a car with no air conditioning. Our campsite was the perfect place to cool off and unwind. Best $35 I ever spent!

Easy in and out. Had a nice spot overlooking a field but train tracks were a little unnerving. Train did not pass the night we stayed. One set of restrooms were locked. The other one was clean but the bins were full to overflowing. Garbage truck came thru to empty the huge bins at 6:30 am. Quiet most of the night though. Flies are Everywhere during dinner time so we could not cook or eat outside.

Great overnight stay; loved the extra long pull through concrete site. Had some issues with the GPS finding the campground but we were met by one of the employees who led us to the check in center. Check in was flawless and staff was nice.

Good location with good internet but not a secured location. No codes for bath house and dog park shared with city park, but was a large dog park. Good level lots.

Bathrooms were clean. Laundry was functional. Dog park was flooded so couldn't use it. There were sand spurs in the grass so it limited our dogs mobility.

Loved the location so close to town. It gave us an opportunity to explore Dodge City which was delightful. Good space, helpful staff and quiet. Everything we want in a KOA. Would stay again.

The internet was terrible. That's not acceptable for a small wide open park. Also, the restrooms in the back of the property were locked with no explanation why. No shade at all. The office staff was friendly.

Nice small campground in downtown. Office and facilities must be brand new. We are not fans of the shower nozzles and push-buttons that made it hard to control temperature and pressure, but a beautiful bathroom and laundry facility. Staff member was super helpful, too.

We like their large K9 Dog Park. They have friendly staff and nice sites. They could perhaps have a bigger store.

It was nice that the roads and sites were paved, but I was shocked that there in NO form of security @ the park. No fencing around the campground, no security gate @ the entrance. For the price per nite the "cable" should have been ALOT better then my OTA antenna

Honestly, the most unfriendly KOA we have experienced; we've stayed at many KOA's in the last few years. All have made us feel welcome. Didn't feel that vibe here. Appreciate the cleanliness.

My stay was just overnight, but I found the campground to be clean and well accommodated. My concrete site was level and hookups worked well, as expected. My dogs enjoyed the huge dog park. The KOA is in the city, but there was no perceptible city noise. Staff and other campers were friendly and helpful. I will stay here again the next time I am in the area.

Nice campground but there was trash in the fire ring. And the trash cans throughout the campground needed attention. It’s sad because otherwise this was a great campground.

The men’s shower was unsat. You had to push a button to get maybe one minute of water. The temperature could not be regulated. Same for the women’s. The bathrooms at one end of the campground were not operational and were locked. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal for visiting Dodge City.

This KOA is fairly new and very close to Dodge City. There is a fenced in city dog park that campers can use and a waterpark next door. The laundry and restrooms were spotless. There is a small convenience store. The sites are level and some are concert pads and others are gravel. Electric and water at all sites and some have full hookups.
