Grass not cut, trash cans overflowing, staff not always available during posted hours. Bathrooms in rear of campground not open. However, friendly staff, great location. Very large dog park.

Wifi is only available in the office. Men's showers could use work as water pools in dressing space outside of shower stalls. Nice concrete pads and grass between pads. Full hook ups. Lots of space for pulling in.

It was a very nice campground. Unfortunately we were there 2 of the hottest days and didn’t do much. But would definitely stay again.

Fantastic facility, clean restrooms, nothing broken or in need of repair. Nice large spaces and everyone was nice and quiet all night. Front office staff was great and very helpful. Great job!

Been staying at KOA's for 20 years and this one is at the bottom of my list. The sites are level and water and electric worked. Water on the floor in the middle of the restroom. the next day it was there. No one took us to our site, there was only 1 young lady working No internet and it had been out for weeks. Obviously maintenance is not high on the list. No KOA happy to see you vibe.

Location is great ... a few blocks from town. Honestly, the tent sites back up RIGHT NEXT TO A PUBLIC Soccer field ... i.e. no security. I actually had a little trepidation on staying here ... fortunately no issues. The tent site was good ... ZERO WiFi outside of the mail building.

Didn’t answer phone when we needed directions, wi fi didn’t work, don’t fill rv lp tanks, shower floors were flooded, no paper towels in either bath or laundry, trash cans overflowing. The place looks nice & the employees were very nice but the items mentioned above do not meet the KOA standards we are used to.

Not up to typical KOA standards IMO. When we arrived we were told no wifi available from site. Would have to come to office. The grass at the sites was VERY tall (not wet to prevent mowing). It was mowed while we were there but clipping left all over the pad. A pain because it was getting tracked in the trailer. Nice water park close by is only perk.

Facilities were nice and obviously whoever funded the construction did a good job. But operations were a disappointment. The office closed at 6 PM sharp, and although it was supposed to open at 10, at was 11:30 or so before anyone showed up. Laundry facilities were nice, although there were only 2 machine (of each type) for the campground. Wifi was advertised, but did not exist. Cable did not work

Nice cement pads, new full hook ups. Only WiFi is in the office. Great location in town. Only stayed one night while passing through.

The only redeeming thing about this campground is the water park next door. The garbage cans throughout the campground were overflowing. The grass hadn’t been cut in what seemed to be weeks. Our fire ring was full of cigarette butts.

Nice location, however when we arrived were told the wifi wasn’t working. We stayed on site 22 which was a nice level concrete pull through but the grass was a foot high and picnic table was unusable

I had a room booked at the Holiday Inn but they oversold and for some reason booked me a cabin here without asking me. The front desk staff were nice enough, but big picture I can't believe these cabins cost $200/night. My cabin (#7) had a clear slope to it, had no shampoo or bar soap for the shower, no wifi, TV was all snow, and the AC was super loud. I would not stay here again.

Enjoyed the campground. It was quiet despite the fireworks from the surrounding community events (July 4th). Bathroom facility was clean. I would recommend redoing the mens shower stalls as the water drains out of the stall instead of going down the drain.

Easily the worst KOA I've ever stayed at. It was nasty, yeah cans overflowing, located in a questionable area, the staff was nice but the front desk girl explained that they were unable to get a maintainence crew to stay. Their golf cart was broken and so they couldn't collect the trash. The grass was overgrown. Call me and we will rally about how I really feel about this DUMP.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! We wanted suggestions of what to do and where to eat and they were very helpful. Also the park is very clean. It is tucked back a ways but easy to get to.

Grass has not been mowed nor has the park been kept up. Bathrooms with no code and one closed. Booked a campsite and was placed between two long term sites when the park was maybe 30% full. Many other sites near other short term/overnight were empty. I am really surprised KOA still allows this park to use its name. Worst KOA we have stayed at in the last decade.

Overflowing garbage cans thoughout campground, water flooding in shower rooms, wifi was broken except for clubhouse, grass overgrown, exterior bathrooms ‘closed for season’? Just very poor maintenance all around.

Campground is very clean. Although we were there for 1 night, the campground looks well maintained. It’s a good place to stay when on a long trip.

Average stay compared to any other campground. Not up to KOA standards. They told us to put garage in cans throughout property. Though, they were full and overflowing during entire stay. Sites need grass cut which by cabin area it was very unkempt.

Trash cans overflowing with trash, bathrooms not clean, women’s and men bathroom out of soap and toilet paper, people being loud after ten and shooting fireworks off, and campsite overgrown with weeds. Furthermore, the wright zoo is closed and will be closed for ten years and will not reopen until 2034, due to the zoo being remodeled. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else.

Very well maintained and close to most attractions. I used Garmin GPS and it led me down the wrong road with no easy tun around. Apparently this is a common problem. Other than that, this is an excellent RV site.

The grounds were nice. The showers and bathrooms were the worst we’ve ever been in. Standing water even in the toilet stalls. Showing in someone else’s filth. Just pure gross.

Check in was great! Park itself had a row of overgrown grass and weeds. We could not get WiFi from our space which was not far from office but first one in last row.

The tent site was clean and comfortable, but it was butted up against a soccer field, in which soccer practices were taking place. Good thing we stayed only one night.

When we arrived on a Sunday, all trash barrels around the park were overflowing and there was trash on the ground around them, including the one on our site that our window overlooks. The grass all around the park was ankle deep or higher and trimming around trees etc looked like it hadn't been cut in a few months. Trash not cleaned up until Wednesday and grass and trimming not until Thurs-Fri.

It was pretty good, nice grass patch for a tent and clean facilities. But for the tent sites, it was very open to a grass field where people could roam, play soccer, etc; therefore, it didn’t feel quite as safe as other KOAs.

When we pulled in about 6 pm, an employee was mowing and blowing grass onto our RV. The mowing should be done earlier in the day when the sites are empty. Also there were no paper towels and little toilet paper in the bathrooms.

Spent a night at the Dodge City KOA. Compared to other KOA's it's pretty basic and fine for a nights stay. Full hook ups available. The night we stayed their were overflowing garbage cans throughout the camp. Seems as though campers were putting their garbage bags in the cans, or on the ground next to the cans, and no one from the staff made any effort to pick up the garbage.

Excellent! There was a problem with our reservation (totally caused by me) and the staff took care of it quickly. Enjoyed our stay visiting the historical sites of the area. A little bit cooler weather would have been nice.

Garbage cans overflowing, garbage on grounds, grass not mowed over grown at sites…nice concrete flat sites… I believe below KOA standards
