The KOA itself was nice even though the concrete pads were not level. I would not recommend it to anyone because it doesn’t look like the owner is very hands on. The people in the RV park do whatever they want despite the rules. Many dogs are running around off leash and unsupervised. It’s very noisy and we pretty much saw a drug deal happen. Will not be back or recommend to anyone.

Stayed for 2 nights in December in a rented 25' Cruise America RV. Larger rigs came and went in the pull through spots without troubles. Because of the freeze I took a shower in the public restroom. It was nice and also located in the same building as the main office. Travelling alone, I decided to check in and out with Brandy (the office person) which made me feel safer.

Great stay at a good price. Liked everything except the very frustrating toilet paper dispenser in the restroom!

we pulled in just before 5:00 pm. We were able to secure a spot with full hookups. The staff were courteous and the campground was clean. Since it was December, it got dark quickly and we were only there for the night, so did not take advantage of the "nightlife" that was about a mile away.

Lady’s in the office are very rude and they are hardly ever in there, always on their phones, they make charges to your card without your consent, and they never have clean towels or sheets, and tell you to wash them yourself, the cabins are very cheap and falling apart, beds are stained, we left and they charged our card for damages, for stuff that was damage when we got there,very unprofession

The KOA itself was super nice and had every amenity you would need. However, stayed here on a Saturday night and not sure what was going on in the town or around us but music was blasting until 1 AM and it sounded like a truck kept speeding around the grounds and revving it’s engine. Very annoying and didn’t make for a good nights sleep.

I'd like to give you a good review, but I just can't. We've stayed there 3 or 4 times. Twice we arrived a little late (between 5 and 530pm), the office was closed and there were no typical checkin documents provided. On Monday, the 28th, I arrived around 5:15 pm and went to the office which was dark (closed?) I called the number did the lights come on. The person was utterly bored with helping me

This is our 2nd stay at the Dodge City KOA. Very nice clean and level camp sights, The city dog park is a very nice plus as it borders the property. Easy access to downtown and historic area.

Well it’s Kansas. Sites are flat and level!! This KOA is in the thick of Dodge City and a lot of fun close by. Park was very clean and very easy to maneuver. Finding it with Garmin was a bit weird. We really enjoyed the stay.

If you are looking for a First Class RV site you have found it! Clean, concrete pads, outstanding cable and no road noise. Everything is New!

Arrived and heater wasn't working. Tried to get us another cabin but 2 other cabins heat wasn't working either.. They got us accommodations at the Holiday Inn Express and it was nice but not what we wanted. We were there for the pheasant opener and had dogs and gear. Lugging gear up and down 3 floor is not what we wanted. We wanted drive up parking and side ward for dog to be out of box for a few

Dodge City KOA was not at all like our experiences with other KOAs. We arrived mid-afternoon and no one was in the check-in office/store. While they did leave the reservation information in an envelope outside the door, there were no office hours posted and no one ever came back to the store. No one answered the phone number posted. Facilities and grounds were not nice and clean. Disappointing.

Solid reliable place to spend a night on the road. There are no trees and it's pretty open. Good location near center of town. Know that train tracks run right behind one section of the park - no noise issues during our stay - just pointing this out. Office never seems to be open which is a little disappointing since i can't redeem my KOA rewards there.

No staff on site except for Erick who was working on broken washing machine #1 of only 2. He was running himself ragged with concern for all the campers. Met a camper who had been there several days and nobody had ever staffed the office.

I love the layout of the park. Wide roads, plenty of space between level sites. Very big rig friendly! Park is well maintained. There's not much of a view from the park, but it is close enough to many Dodge City attractions to walk to them.

Backed in to my site and was surrounded by dog crap. Obviously the site had not been checked. Maybe they didn't because they had originally assigned a sit to us that we could not fit in, had to deal over the phone to get this other site since there was no one around. The neighbor with the 2 dogs came out with his dogs while I was starting to set up and mentioned the crap. Not enough room!

Store/registration area open at strange hours. Person manning store not very helpful. Park very clean and a hostess introduced herself on second day but no mention made of one on any signage near registration area.

No staff on site when people arrive, TV reception is good, channel selection horrible. Showers are HORRIBLE, no hot water, blue haired girl in the store is not very friendly. Too close to the train. Internet is not reliable. If properly ran this could be an awesome campground, instead it's a disgrace to KOA

Greeter was unfriendly. Air smelled so strongly of cow or buffalo dung, it made me gag. Men’s shower was out of order.

No complaints about the service or staff, but the campers next to us had 4 dogs which bark evertime we went outside. The campers did not clean up after them ,there was even dog crap on our cement pad. There should be a limit to how many pets per camper. And people should be charged extra for cleanup.

There was a person lounging in the check in lobby, sprawled on a chair giving us unfriendly vibes. Funny thing is, the same thing happened last year. Otherwise it was a nice park.

This KOA is fairly new and very close to Dodge City. There is a fenced in city dog park that campers can use and a waterpark next door. The laundry and restrooms were spotless. There is a small convenience store. The sites are level and some are concert pads and others are gravel. Electric and water at all sites and some have full hookups.
