Wish there were more activities for younger kids (toddlers), the play set is in direct sunlight (not ideal on hot days) - it’s also not toddler friendly, and all or most of the activities cost additional money.

Nice campground. However, we have traveled all over the country, by far the showers were the worst we have experienced...regardless if it was a KOA or not. Otherwise we would give have marks to this campground.

The site they placed us in was very small and the neighbor lot was right up next to our with there sewer drain and power connection right in the area of our patio area. There bathroom was also needing attention. And possibly a few more on the property. There Is a tractor on site they should also in the dry season with no rain go around and water down the roads keep down the dust. KOA can do better

I am shocked that KOA let's this group keep the brand name. You pay $85+ per night and you get a lower quality camping experience than a state park! Every part of this place is run down, dusty/dirty, spaces are tiny and there are very few 50 amp sites in the whole park. Like maybe 10 sites or less. Some of the staff is friendly...some. Camp store is tiny. Won't be back until they fix this.

Our site was extremely spacious and the staff were super friendly. I was also pleasantly surprised that the office/store was open later than most other campgrounds. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this location to others.

Nice location. Could use more gravel on the roads and campsites. Just a little bit of rain and you’ve got a muddy, sloppy mess. Friendly staff with a well stocked camp store.

We visited family that lived in Ann Arbor for a long weekend, it was a beautiful park to come back to every evening and relax.

The bathrooms and showers were bad. We had 2 handicapped people and there were no grab bars, the cement leading to the restrooms was crumbling and uneven. If you have only young healthy people I guess the beach was nice. The bounce house had holes and was not cleaned after rain. For the price paid, I would not return.

First let me say the staff were very nice 10/10, When we arrived we were assigned a site that did not fit what we had reserved 35 ft full hook up it was late but lucky a staff person was there riding around to help us and we did get moved, it did take almost 1 hour and it was already late, also the sewer was blocked so we had to wait for that to be resolved and that delayed our departure

This is nothing but a nasty unattended Dirt and mud hole! No upkeep. Little to no gravel. Roads are just mud or dirt. This definitely should not be rated a Holiday.

Ther person at the desk was very friendly, the prices were fair for the site and kayak rental, firewood prices were fair, it was all around an amazing experience for me and my family.

There midweek June 24-25. Saw $10.00 passes for additional fun. The water things are only open on the weekend so no need for passes. Also, with no explanation or notice, an additional 20.00 and a 5.00 charge to our credit card. Fees for boats, bikes more than listed on website and in welcome email. Clean, quiet and not very busy. So dirty. Then it rained and it was so muddy. We have been to our fair share of KOA’s and this is not high on the list to go see again. Trees are an issue with bigger trailers getting in and out of spots.

We squeezed in our spot between two giant trees. We had to back out of our spot because people had to park in the road because their spots were to small. Showers and bathrooms were old and not very clean. This park was not up to KOA Holiday standards.

Me and my daughter with ASD tent camped and had an amazing time. So much for kids to do. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Plan to come back soon !

Check in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and in good working order. We enjoyed watching the geese and the swans on the lake. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The only problem I have with the campground is the wifi. I would like to work from the campground and cannot because the WIFI is so poor. I would stay longer if that was an option. Is there a different WIFI option available other than the guest KOA? Besides that, the staff is helpful, the events for kids are fun and well organized.

Too many pot holes that fill with water after a rain and if dried up too much dust and dirt flying around. The campground should invest in more gravel to fix both issues. Also, the cost of the sites under the trees was way too expensive for the value received. This also may be because I am not a member, however, I would pass on a membership based on this campground.

Over 75% of the sites are extremely tight and once in have little room to enjoy the camping without setting on top of your neighbors sewer pipe the sites and roads are dirt so with rain it’s muddy needs a lot of gravel throughout it does appear that the attention is spent on the lake area and playground for the kids which is good but not so much for the overall camping experience Staff was ok

I definitely would not recommend this KOA to anybody. It needs a lot of work. The manager is passive, aggressive and very rude and disrespectful that only two employees but to customers management has ran this campground into the ground, and a lot of people have already packed up and left and will not be returning. Campground seemed modern. Sits level. Different sections. Couldn’t rate higher because of a guest in a cabin across from our site. The one guest had multiple adult guest that were loud and drinking. Other guest were complaining, management came told them quite. They did but were still loud. 10:00 came and party over quiet time. The rest of us guest tolerated it for “our evening “

It was nice but some concerns. A deflated ninja obstacle that could be patched fixed or unplugged. Also, the bathrooms were not handicap friendly. It was a bit pricey but the kids liked it. Could use a couple updates. Overall not bad...

Very nice experience and a great weekend to be there. Staff was very nice, bathrooms were clean,shower were clean. The cleaning crew was on it and consistently keeping the grounds clean for campers!! Highly recommend to families with children or a romantic weekend getaway close to home. Plenty to do. Beach was very clean and I absolutely enjoyed the staff staying on the teenagers and kids about following safety rules in the water and life jackets. Trail was nice to walk

Stayed for the first time this past weekend. Staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Alot of activities for kids. Bathrooms clean and well lit. Campsites clean and level we didn't even have to use wheel chocks at all. Camp store well kept and i like that you can charge things to your site so you dont have to remember to take your wallet when visiting. Will be one of our new go to spots to camp. A couple things to prepare for.. if you are booking a full hook up site bring enough sewer hose, our connection was at the front of the camper. And if you rely on wifi for anything maybe talk to the office and let them know, the site we were on did not have enough signal strength to run streaming services to watch movies at night so I ended up having to use my mobile Hotspot.
