To much traffic noise from Interstate. All night long

Stay there twice this year first time was absolutely fabulous the last time was quite a let down it seemed like the friendliness and all the ambience that was in the first day was gone maybe it's because it's the end of the season but people just didn't seem so friendly this time the only time I saw anyone was the day I had to check out like they were anxious for me to leave

Unfortunately, the weather was horrible for our two-night stay, but campground was lovely. The staff was wonderful & very friendly. The bathrooms were clean, but not very wheelchair friendly; the handicap stall was pretty small. The pool looked amazing, but it was too cold outside to enjoy. Some sites are very close together with little outside space, but we definitely want to return.

It was adequate. The bathrooms were neat and clean. They advertised a breakfast but wasn’t available when we were there. It had rained so the grounds were muddy. Easy hookups.

I was placed between the dumpster and a make shift chicken coop. Awful spot!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Sorry you did not enjoy the overflow parking spot that actually had 50/30 amp electric service on a sold out night. Many people have stayed there during the summer when we have been sold out and it worked well for them.

The staff was friendly! However it was extremely hard to relax here! The sites are so close together and there is barely enough room to set up and enjoy the outdoors! It felt extremely crammed!

Clean restrooms. Well maintained. Staff were very nice; Scott in particular. As it was super hot it was really nice that you kept the pool open. If there’s a way to mitigate dust would be great as every time some drove by it was really dusty. Keep your trees growing and plant a few more as you need some shade. Otherwise a good stay.

Had a camping cabin. No picnic table or other table/seating at our site. Tent sites had picnic tables but we had to beg for one at our cabin. No outside plug ins. This campground was under a burn ban and offered nothing for us to cook on. All cabins but K8 had concrete patio, propane grill and table and chairs. When we requested a table we were told that our cabin didn’t come with one.Road noi

Would be nice to have some dust inhibitor put down on the roads as it is extremely dusty. Other than that campers campground and hosts are very nice.

Very nice resort. Clean, Cozy and Efficient with a Friendly Staff. Needs a KOA sign onto frontage road from exit 310. Otherwise Perfect Experience!

Very nice patio site, but next to dog park, garbage dumpsters, garbage pick up at 6 Am, gravel delivery's at 6 AM, office and pool closed at 6 PM and it was 90 degrees outside. Very dusty.

Having to smell your neighbor's septic that's right out my campers door..why do these spaces have to be soooo close to eachother?! No privacy at all...definitely not worth the money

I am giving a 4 because of how beautiful and well kept your campground is. The sound from the interstate will make it that we will not stay here again. Everything else was lovely. Maybe a wall would help?

Everything was good except no cable even though there was a connection. Too old of cable for park. The weekend morning pancake breakfast was fabulous!

As expected, Scott and his team were phenomenal. This stay was for 28 days, & they took great care of everything we needed. We ended up leaving a couple of days earlier due to change in plans, and they refunded us those days, which was completely unexpected! The campground is very well cared for and the pancake breakfast great. Will stay again in spring when return to Denver. Highly recommend!

Very nice amenities including game room, clean showers, and fresh pancakes on Sat and Sun. We were disappointed that the sites were so close together and lack of transportation from site to airport. The site say “Denver East” but it’s almost closer to “Limon West”.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Area was clean. The dog park could be bigger. I wish the cabins faced east so you could enjoy the evening. Facing west makes them very hot during the afternoon. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the Hunt Brothers Pizza was fantastic

Claustrophobic place. Staff stand around and gossip. They stare at you when u walk by them. Don’t even say hello. I wouldn’t come back because of the staff.

The pizza delivery place featured in your brochure was NOT delivering the night of our stay. Had to walk to Rookies across the street to get something that was almost what was ordered.

Sorry the food service options you had were limited. Our Hunt Brothers Pizza is made right inside our office building up to 30 minutes before closing time. We deliver that directly to your site. Not sure of the other pizza place that is featured in our borchure. They are not part of our KOA

The campground is listed as a Holiday but doesn’t live up to the billing. It is very dusty and really needs fresh gravel. It has a very nice gazebo and sitting area, also the covered wagon rentals are nice but the rest is very run down and dated. Our dog got stickers in her feet every day. Our site was very narrow with our neighbor about 4 feet away on the service side. It was a nice long site.

Great cabin and perfect for us and our dogs. We arrived late and everything was accessible to get into the Cabin. Had to leave early before the office opened so just left them a message. Very clean and very dog friendly.

This is a well maintained campground with fairly clean amenities but very close to I-70. Good pull thrus for larger rigs and readily accessible off the interstate. My only cautionary warning is if you have a pop-up camper or primitive tent camping intentions, bring your ear plugs because the interstate is quite loud.

Very easy to get into, even with big rigs. Staff was really nice. It's right off I70 but I didn't notice the hwy noise.

Great RV park! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rented a deluxe cabin and it was wonderful. We will stay again!
