Service was first class! Wonderful sights and the scenery was wonderful. The area is within some very nice parks and nearby Cripple Creek does offer casinos and a nice down town with many restaurants and shops. We were there for the 4th of July and it was wonderful. Thanks to Derrick his wife and staff again Woody and Mary.

We ended up leaving a day early and just ate the cost. When checking in, one of the ladies at the check in desk was quite rude. The camping spots are small and very cramped with little space between spots.

Thanks for the feedback, and for sharing more detail in email. Staff has been coached. Our terraced RV sites are all about 30x60, but add'l parking is available on the road next to your site. Per your registration terms, we do require adequate advance notification for early departures.

Our stay was wonderful. The campground is clean and well taken care of, to include camp K-9. Camp K-9 is large and even has a couple of benches for pet owners. The store is packed with necessities and fun items to buy. Having the pizza kitchen/delivery available is awesome too. All staff are friendly and respectful. The views-pictures can not do them justice as to how pretty it is.

This campground is located in a beautiful area. The hosts were attentive and friendly. There is pizza you can order on site so that made for an easy dinner. We rented a propane fire ring and loved it. We were inspired to purchase one of our own. Thank you for the lovely stay!

This is a LOVELY campground. The owners are the nicest people you will ever meet. Very clean, happy people, beautiful view. The one thing is that by being very high up..it got very cold. And it was rainy. That has nothing to do with the campground though. If you are prepared for that, this is the best place to stop.

Thank you, Shana! We are a great place to escape the summer heat of lower altitudes, but the mountains do make for unpredictable weather. Happy to have the rain knocking down the drought conditions but it does pose a challenge for camping sometimes.

This was my first stay at the Cripple Creek KOA. The property was very clean and a quiet location! All of the staff was very friendly. The showers and restrooms were clean. I would recommend this KOA to anyone camping in the area!

Wonderful family owned campground with quick responses to phone calls and questions. The sites are nice and there are a lot of places to walk your dog or take him to the dog park. Laundry prices very reasonable and laundry room very clean and neat. The showers and bathrooms were also very clean. I did not use the community kitchen as we did not cook much . Loved it!

We have come here for a few years now and we like it here a lot! Clean bathrooms,clean cabins and love the younger staff! Great activities. We will be back

The staff was very courteous, helpful and pleasant. Amenities were excellent but WIFI connection need to be upgraded so it is useful.

My husband and I loved our stay at Cripple Creek! The friendliest staff, beautiful welcoming, gorgeous views, awesome and clean grounds and wonderful location. We stayed for 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The most beautiful hike is right on the grounds which we loved, and there were so many more hikes so close to the campground. We can't wait to come stay here again!

This is by far the cleanest KOA we've ever visited. It's laid out well, camp kitchen is a nice amenity. Tent sites have covered picnic tables, complete with a counter-height workspace. Very nice staff, too!

What a beautiful KOA!! We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was amazing! Great kamp store, great breakfast and great staff. We will definitely be back!

This a nice KOA but is hardly a “Holiday” , whatever that really is. Staff is courteous but not going out of their way to help you. A nice location with the amenities they offer as basic. The sites are tight but adequate once you get into them. When the campground was full of motorhomes and big 5th wheels things are really tight. The lanes between rows are narrow and a literal squeeze to get

Our remote mountain getaway is not for everyone, however we do excel as a KOA Holiday (which has a specific definition) and go out of our way to treat our guests GREAT... when you give us the opportunity to do so. I respectfully ask that you communicate when you need help at any future KOA stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed a 2 night stay with you. All our hookups worked great. Beautiful views from our site. Owners were very friendly and the other staff were super as well. Enjoyed free coffee in the morning and pizza at dinner time. We were even able to leave the gambling at cripple creek with more money than we came with. I can’t guarantee success in cc but I can assure you a great time at

Very clean and quiet. The location alone is unique and the views are one of a kind. It feels a little off grid with all of the usual campground features.

We are usually spur of the moment when booking, but they had a spot available and a little store with all the necessities you could need. We visited from Indiana and it was nice to have a clean shower and convenient place to stay.

This is one of our favorite KOAs! The staff is kind and very helpful. The facilities are very clean. They have plenty of fun things for the kids. And, of course, the area is absolutely beautiful! It's such an easy getaway for us!

We've stayed here twice and the customer service is always great. They do serve pizzas and pancakes and that's a very nice. The owner is really friendly and committed to campers enjoying their stays. Views are very nice. The only drawback is that the sites are breast to each other and unshaded. Location is awesome as a hiking basecamp.

Beautiful well taken care of campground with lots of amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the off-leash dog area. The only issue we encountered, which in no part is the fault of the KOA, is there is a shooting club located next to the campground and one of our pups does not do well with loud sounds like gunfire and fireworks.
