We really enjoyed this campground. It was clean, the pool was great and the staff were very friendly. We love to golf so having an 18 hole course right there was a bonus. You can’t beat the scenery. We had a great week!

Well would of been perfect except on the day of arrival they told us they had overbooked The sites that day and said we wouldn't be getting the 2 spots we had reserved in January After waiting for a half hour they seemed to get is 2 spots beside each other what we originally reserved Not sure how that happens but the young girl at the counter seemed to handle the problem very well

The stay was very nice, however to make the visit more memorable, I would like to see more vegetation ( trees and bushes)…….the grounds could also be better kept.

We were on a golf trip and really enjoyed the convenience of being so close to the golf course. Being able to access the pool and spa at the resort was also very nice. Grass on the sites was well kept and keeps dirt out of the rv. Great Value!

Nice camp ground, but has degraded over the last few years. Wash rooms not great, grounds weedy, roads in rough condition, lots of pot holes! Still like the area and amenidies.

Positive: Showers were fantastic, clean, large, free & never had to wait. KOA had 50/30 amp adapters for customer use. Negative: No shade, the games room was closed 3 hours early & we didn't get to use it, pool was unmonitored, over capacity, had open drinking by VERY ROWDY people, about 15, the steam room was mildewed, sauna out of order. The campground was VERY pricey.

We’ve stayed several times. This time for 3 nights. Lovely, well maintained campground. Very nice, helpful staff. Beautiful site with every amenity.

It was good. A few more pergolas would be very nice. I realize you strive to maintain a natural look, but one or two clear, safe paths down to thr river would be nice. Your staff was friendly and wonderful. We will be back!!!

Was a bit of a hassle checking on late check-in they forgot to make us a pkg. Too bad the pool isn’t down by the campground. Being older disabled wasn’t an option to walk up and no place to park. Its own pool is needed !!!!! It would give you 5 stars rating if that was there. Otherwise a very nice park. Very clean facilities!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Occasionally the bathrooms had no toilet paper. Otherwise our stay was great. Friendly staff, quiet and clean.

Easy access for big rig, lots of room, big lawned sites, could have been mowed more recently. Nice river although don’t expect a beach area it’s quite rocky but still nice to cool your feet off in.

We love the KOA location, amenities and staff. We were a bit disappointed in the state of the grass this year. Other than that will be back to enjoy the KOA!

The cablevision hookup had no signal. You need to rethink one of your slogans "Kamping is for everyone" The only garbage location is not convenient for many. The only washroom location is not convenient for many. We were expecting a pool, but it was located in the adjoining hotel, which was also not convenient, with a lot of stairs and a long walk difficult for many.

Overall good experience. Service was excellent and campground is very nice. The people working in the office did a great job. Only complaints would be the bathrooms and the firewood. Bathrooms got a bit dirty later in the morning. Could maybe be cleaned more often during heavy use. Firewood was awful. Very smoky and sparked a lot. Not a pleasant campfire

I think this campground has gone downhill in the last couple of years. The grass is got more weeds than grass flower and tree beds are full of weeds. The Internet service is still very poor. The kids waterpark doesn’t work. The office closes at five, which is too early when check-in is not until three. I have been staying there for the last six years, but I do not think I will return

Very friendly and efficient staff at the check-in. Lots of amenities and activities to partake in close by, ie casino, pool, golf, hot tub, playground etc. sites are nice and level but unfortunately not at all private due to lack of trees or bushes to separate the sites. Washrooms and showers and laundry are all clean and well maintained. Seemed to have a shortage of firewood when we visited

Signage on hours is not easily seen, too high on the board. Should be on the door or near the door at eye level. Sharing the pool and relaxation pools was not convenient.

Safe, clean and friendly. Added benefit of a wonderful golf course, restaurants and casino. The resort is steeped in history and provides a great educational opportunity. Great place to stay while enjoying Cranbrook and the surrounding areas.

Site design is really good, grass areas require maintenance, bathrooms were very good, we had some issues with our check out invoice but is now resolved. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Wi-Fi connectivity not good Issue received email 2 months prior with our site as #49 beside family in 48 Confirmation email week prior site was back in along river Upon arrival we were pull through 29 not by river We were late check in they had closed They did apologize in morning & gave discount when we talked to them Very disappointing as we had to continuously carry food & chairs from 29 to 48

We stayed there a few years back and it was great. The grounds were kept up even though it was a new camp ground. There were trees planted etc for shade. We were expecting the same quality. This time the weeds over took the grass and what happened to the young trees? It felt like we were camping in a field full of weeds!

This is always a good spot to stay with our RV. This time it was just a very quick layover enroute to the Prairies. Stayed on fairly short notice in a pull through site. Everything was good. My only constructive criticism is that the lawns were much better kept in past years. Can’t complain otherwise.

We arrived early as we didn't have far to drive, and the nice girls in the office allowed us to park early as our site was ready. However, I do think that a 3 o'clock check in time is a little late, sometimes we like to arrive early so we have the day to explore the area.

Our stay was most enjoyable. The bathrooms were clean and there was rarely any wait time. My grandkids loved the playground and the use of the pool at the lodge. Melanie and Arthur were the absolute best hosts!!!

We enjoy the facilities our only complaint is the grass was too long and needed cutting, and I to stomp down the thistles around the utility hook up area so I could hook up without getting stuck by the thistles

The Cranbrook/St. Eugene KOA has been our favorite KOA we have ever stayed at during our travels! We recently stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic time once again. The proximity to Banff is a definite plus for us! The grounds are beautifully maintained with the staff watering the lawn of each site daily. The gravel parking area for cars and campers is nice and level, with each site being well marked with its number to be easily identified. There are also nice wood picnic tables on each site to use, as well as fire pits. The KOA has clear expectations that help the guests and staff keep things beautiful. There are many trash bins around to safely dispose of garbage to keep animals away and keep the grounds clean. With the proximity to the wilderness, the likelihood of encountering animals is high, but by following the rules it reduces the chances. During my recent visit there were signs posted indicating that cougars had been sighted in the area. It was nice to be aware of the enhanced danger so we could stay extra alert. The building on-site is stunning. The bathrooms and showers are amazingly maintained. They are always clean and garbages are regularly emptied. The game room, laundry room, and store are all pristine as well. When at the Cranbrook KOA we always know to expect a clean, pleasant experience. The amenities available being next to the casino are a definite benefit as well. The pool that is available for use by the campground guests is fantastic. The casino is also very nice. The Casino of the Rockies is walking distance and has a nice variety of food and beverages available for purchase at reasonable prices. The city of Cranbrook is fairly close and has just about anything you could need. It is beautiful and very welcoming to visitors. This year the mosquitoes were pretty horrid, but the KOA can hardly be blamed for that! Ha.

This is a beautiful resort ! Very clean… nice bathrooms..laundry room… games room.. playground… outdoor sitting area with bbq and tv . River is close by with a path . Unfortunately a very strong wind storm past through and our tent and screen tent got destroyed… we had to cut the stay short but they refunded 100 percent! So nice. We will definitely recommend this property. Great if you have kids cause there is a pool close by also!
