We rented trailer #100. No propane - all appliances trying to run off electric, causing breaker to trip multiple times. Finally at 8 PM we called emergency # and a lady delivered a propane tank. Bed mattresses were only a thin foam pad, extremely uncomfortable; had to buy an air mattress. Air conditioner filters need to be cleaned as well as floor vents - they are full of dried up food.

Place was quiet & peaceful. Only things we were not happy since we had late check-in at 6:30 pm the propane is empty and we can’t cook for our dinner, they should check the gas stove if it is working to check if the propane is filled,andheat isnt working too it was so cold during past 2:00 am. Circuit breakdown keep tripping off every 30 mins, we only use A/C at daytime (RV rental 100.)

Very clean and nicely equipped cabin. The air conditioner was very welcome. Beautiful setting by the river. Loved the hotel pool too. Staff are very friendly.

Lovely place with great staff that take amazing care of you and the campground. I was able to rent a trailer to join several friends who had their own which was very convenient. My only suggestion that could have launched Cranbrook/St. Eugene KOA over the top would be to improve upon the quality of the mattresses in the rental trailers which were otherwise very well equipped and comfortable.

Disappointed with unfinished cabin: 2nd smoke detector not installed, carbon monoxide detector still in box with outside porch light under the kitchen sink, no cover for master fan light and spare bedroom pocket door didn’t stay closed. Wrapping and styrofoam still in fridge. We were also missing bedding for the sofa for our child upon arrival and office closed at 6pm, not communicated in advanc

Stayed in Tiny Cabin #43. Excellent accommodation. 1) Vertical blinds were an absolute nuisance, got tangled, did not want rotate, if window was open, got jammed in window tract, noisy when wind blew. 2) Fire pit from next campsite too close: smoke from fire drafted in through windows, people sitting around fire were in direct eye sight of bathroom, if window was open, they saw all.

Lovely staff, lovely campsite with good amenities. We had some power issues in the rental trailer, and noticed stock differences between the 2 rental trailers. Should have a trouble-shoot list for power supply problems or a list of what Not to plug-in or not use within the trailer. Should also empty black tanks between rentals.

Enjoyed our stay ,staff very pleasant and friendly. Only thing is that your literature states that the office is open 8 to 8 which it isn’t. Was hoping to see someone when we checked out . See you next time .

Price for the RV rental is a little high but a nice experience. It would be nice if a brabaque was on site. Staff were very friendly. Long walk to the pool but very nice.

The Cranbrook/St. Eugene KOA has been our favorite KOA we have ever stayed at during our travels! We recently stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic time once again. The proximity to Banff is a definite plus for us! The grounds are beautifully maintained with the staff watering the lawn of each site daily. The gravel parking area for cars and campers is nice and level, with each site being well marked with its number to be easily identified. There are also nice wood picnic tables on each site to use, as well as fire pits. The KOA has clear expectations that help the guests and staff keep things beautiful. There are many trash bins around to safely dispose of garbage to keep animals away and keep the grounds clean. With the proximity to the wilderness, the likelihood of encountering animals is high, but by following the rules it reduces the chances. During my recent visit there were signs posted indicating that cougars had been sighted in the area. It was nice to be aware of the enhanced danger so we could stay extra alert. The building on-site is stunning. The bathrooms and showers are amazingly maintained. They are always clean and garbages are regularly emptied. The game room, laundry room, and store are all pristine as well. When at the Cranbrook KOA we always know to expect a clean, pleasant experience. The amenities available being next to the casino are a definite benefit as well. The pool that is available for use by the campground guests is fantastic. The casino is also very nice. The Casino of the Rockies is walking distance and has a nice variety of food and beverages available for purchase at reasonable prices. The city of Cranbrook is fairly close and has just about anything you could need. It is beautiful and very welcoming to visitors. This year the mosquitoes were pretty horrid, but the KOA can hardly be blamed for that! Ha.

This is a beautiful resort ! Very clean… nice bathrooms..laundry room… games room.. playground… outdoor sitting area with bbq and tv . River is close by with a path . Unfortunately a very strong wind storm past through and our tent and screen tent got destroyed… we had to cut the stay short but they refunded 100 percent! So nice. We will definitely recommend this property. Great if you have kids cause there is a pool close by also!
