It was great as usual. The only problem we had was a neighbour was emptying his septic tanks in the evening all 3 nights so we had to smell that as we were relaxing. Not nice

This KOA has gone downhill. The grass is half dead and weeds everywhere. The young women at the desk work hard and are very pleasant but the office is understaffed. There is never anyone there. This was always one of our favorite places to stay. When Richard was there it was immaculate and he was always around. Check in should be earlier than 3pm. So disappointed !

We have stayed here four years in a row. We love this campground and area but noticed this year the grassed area had a lot more weeds. Also the bathrooms were frequently out of toilet paper and not as clean as other years . The young lady at the desk didn’t seem to be able to email our receipt after requesting it twice and seemed rather annoyed that we even wanted one.

Always have a good time at this KOA. This time around was a bit different. Found multiple time throughout our 3 night stay that the main building was closed during operating hours. Checkout time was 11am. I arrived at 10:45am to return 30a to 50a adapter and once again the building was locked. I waited 25 mins until somebody finally showed up. Suspect staffing shortage.

This place was a complete disappointment, especially for the money they charge. Firstly, we could not sit outside on Friday night because the smell of sewer was so bad. It was revolting. Secondly, $1.00 per piece of wood?? RIP OFF Thirdly, no structures with pegs even though we were in a field with NO SHADE in 30+ weather!!! This place is not worth the 110.00 a night. Complete disappointment

Had a great stay; quiet at night, sites clean and roomy. Liked having many free shower/washrooms available. Staff friendly and available. Could use more trees at sites for shade.

It was a very nice experience would definitely book again. Staff was amazing. Answered every question. We had definitely will recommend to everybody back home in Dauphin Manitoba.

We've been coming to this campground for 6 years. It has changed greatly in the past 2 years. The office is mostly locked up, even during office hours. People wait for an employee to come back to the office because they are away. Even before arriving, I called the office 3 completely different times through out the day ask a question and eventually I had to leave a message.

The grounds are not being kept up. We stayed a number of days and my parents were in a separate site. Neither site was watered or cut during our visit. The washrooms were very dirty and at times the was no toilet paper in any of the washrooms. The office hours were not honored and many campers complained about this. We like that we can use the hotel pool. That part was very enjoyable.

This is our second time staying at the KOA in Cranbrook and we have had a great experience once again. Great facilities, very clean washrooms, and the campground offers a variety of amenities. Sites are spacious and well maintained. The staff are very friendly as well. Checks all the boxes, and we will definitely be back again.

We really liked being close to the river , and all the hook up’s /facilities. Staff super nice. disappointed in the pool/sauna/hot tub . We didn’t really realize it wasn’t on site but that was okay , we got there and it was crowded, no towels. The hot tub didn’t seem very hot and not much for jets/pressure. We always enjoy staying at St Eugene's KOA. The campsite is very picturesque and the sites are large and well kept. The people who work there are friendly and efficient. There is a beautiful golf course, the historic Mission hotel with restaurants and of course the casino. One of our favorite places to stay.

This was our favourite campground in all of BC but it is disappointing to see how the campground has deteriorated over the years. Lawns are not mowed, weeds are growing in the gravel parking spots and long term campers are not keeping their spots tidy.

Arrived late afternoon. Went back to office 5:05 PM for information only to find it was closed at 5:00 PM. Surprised to learn there is no host from 5:00 PM til 8:00AM the next morning.

Nature prevalent as osprey circled overhead while they fished the St. Mary’s River. The wait person while dining at the Numa was delightful as was the meal. I recommend the falling off the bone bison short ribs.

Very relaxing. Lots to see and do in Cranbrook and even just close to the KOA. We missed participating in the indigenous tour as it was not offered on the weekend. Our mistake, we should have looked more carefully at the provided material.

This KOA has gone downhill ever since the management change in 2024. Last year I was told it was growing pains and things would improve. They've gotten worse. The washrooms were filthy and not stocked, the laundry facilities dirty, the sites over grown with weeds and unkept, the water park still doesn't work and the office hours are sporadic. Probably won't be back

The staff were excellent, can’t say enough about them. Sites were spacious and fairly level. Bathrooms /showers huge, clean and lots of hot water. Casino, pool, golfing and hiking/biking trails. Will stay again

The pull thru sites a a nice site and easily accessed. Hook up easily accessed. Very pet friendly. Only thing really needs working on are the ground, some scattered garbage and the grass areas are largely more weeds then grass. I do believe the staff are working on it.

The upkeep of the sites could use a little more attention. Our pad was covered in weeds and the grass around the fire pit and parking pad could use some whipper snipping. Other than that we had a good stay there.

Spent 4 nites here in a pull thru site. Very level, lots of grass, not much shade but there are trees planted. The staff was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. Well maintained as I watched the staff clean each vacant space daily. Laundry room was nice, 5 washers and dryers. Would definitely return here in the future.

The staff that work there are GREAT, PLEASANT, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, ETC. But rest is questionable, ie: no trees or shade, the grass needed to be cut, our picnic table was actually falling apart on the supports, washrooms needed attention, wood for fire was priced out of reach, the place just needed ALOT OF TLC. We have stayed at other KOA's and this is one of the worse...

Campground was very nice and the bathrooms were very clean. However, the spray park facility was not operational at the time of our visit. We visited the park in 2023 and the spray park was also not operational at that time. I am not sure if the spray has been offline for the last two years or if I have had bad luck. If it is the former, it should not be listed as a site ammenity

The Cranbrook/St. Eugene KOA has been our favorite KOA we have ever stayed at during our travels! We recently stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic time once again. The proximity to Banff is a definite plus for us! The grounds are beautifully maintained with the staff watering the lawn of each site daily. The gravel parking area for cars and campers is nice and level, with each site being well marked with its number to be easily identified. There are also nice wood picnic tables on each site to use, as well as fire pits. The KOA has clear expectations that help the guests and staff keep things beautiful. There are many trash bins around to safely dispose of garbage to keep animals away and keep the grounds clean. With the proximity to the wilderness, the likelihood of encountering animals is high, but by following the rules it reduces the chances. During my recent visit there were signs posted indicating that cougars had been sighted in the area. It was nice to be aware of the enhanced danger so we could stay extra alert. The building on-site is stunning. The bathrooms and showers are amazingly maintained. They are always clean and garbages are regularly emptied. The game room, laundry room, and store are all pristine as well. When at the Cranbrook KOA we always know to expect a clean, pleasant experience. The amenities available being next to the casino are a definite benefit as well. The pool that is available for use by the campground guests is fantastic. The casino is also very nice. The Casino of the Rockies is walking distance and has a nice variety of food and beverages available for purchase at reasonable prices. The city of Cranbrook is fairly close and has just about anything you could need. It is beautiful and very welcoming to visitors. This year the mosquitoes were pretty horrid, but the KOA can hardly be blamed for that! Ha.

This is a beautiful resort ! Very clean… nice bathrooms..laundry room… games room.. playground… outdoor sitting area with bbq and tv . River is close by with a path . Unfortunately a very strong wind storm past through and our tent and screen tent got destroyed… we had to cut the stay short but they refunded 100 percent! So nice. We will definitely recommend this property. Great if you have kids cause there is a pool close by also!
