Beautiful location, close to casino, golf and town. Nice pool and hot tubs. Nice camping spots, we love site 30, area well kept, lawns cut and maintained. Common areas clean. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Great place to relax away from home. We will be back again. Thank you for all the attention to making our stay enjoyable.

We have stayed numerous times at this KOA and had no complaints. This time it was a bit of a joke we were given our site just before the office shut down at five. `when we got to our site things looked good except pieces were missing from the water connection. We called the on call number numerous times no reply nothing. We ended up moving to another site. I would recommend that sites be checked.

Honestly, aside from the nice bathrooms, I probably wouldn’t stay again. The place is nice, but no trees so I could only imagine how hot it would be in the summer. We also the golfing experience at St Eugene’s was less than ideal.

The campsite was great and the hosts were very helpful. That said the website says bocce and horseshoe pits but none were available. They were changing this area to pickle bar courts. Tv hookup was a new system that the hosts had no training on how to get hooked up. Didn’t get tv working until our last night there.

Nice, clean campsite. Friendly staff and excellent facilities. The showers were amazing!! Loved the pool and hot tubs and took advantage of the casino and the golf course. All in all we had a wonderful time.

3 day stay to facilitate cataract surgery. It was very convenient and accommodating. Enjoyed dining at the Resort, the casino and hockey games.

I stayed for a month with you guys at the KOA there was garbage all over the campsites poop. I personally helped clean up a whole bunch of brush that was blocking the pathway when I left the manager of the place couldn't even be bothered to come over and say they appreciate me being there to just wave to me from their truck and kept on going by when I have guests over I thank them.

Friendly staff, camp sites are designed well , they are well maintained with lots of nice grass, and to top it off the sites are level. The kind of place I don’t worry about locking my doors.

It was good, the service was great and the place was clean. The scenery is exceptional, the only thing is that there was no 15 amp electric possibility, there was only 30 and 50 amp. Maybe a bit more trees would be nice.

Great checkin with friendly staff who explained all aspects of the stay well. Site was clean, level and easy access. We are 43’ hauling and were able to navigate the park easily. Had to disconnect the car to fully fit in the site but no problems. Park access grants use of hotel/casino pool, hot tub and sauna so a great way to relax at the end of the day. Will stay again.

The Cranbrook/St. Eugene KOA has been our favorite KOA we have ever stayed at during our travels! We recently stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic time once again. The proximity to Banff is a definite plus for us! The grounds are beautifully maintained with the staff watering the lawn of each site daily. The gravel parking area for cars and campers is nice and level, with each site being well marked with its number to be easily identified. There are also nice wood picnic tables on each site to use, as well as fire pits. The KOA has clear expectations that help the guests and staff keep things beautiful. There are many trash bins around to safely dispose of garbage to keep animals away and keep the grounds clean. With the proximity to the wilderness, the likelihood of encountering animals is high, but by following the rules it reduces the chances. During my recent visit there were signs posted indicating that cougars had been sighted in the area. It was nice to be aware of the enhanced danger so we could stay extra alert. The building on-site is stunning. The bathrooms and showers are amazingly maintained. They are always clean and garbages are regularly emptied. The game room, laundry room, and store are all pristine as well. When at the Cranbrook KOA we always know to expect a clean, pleasant experience. The amenities available being next to the casino are a definite benefit as well. The pool that is available for use by the campground guests is fantastic. The casino is also very nice. The Casino of the Rockies is walking distance and has a nice variety of food and beverages available for purchase at reasonable prices. The city of Cranbrook is fairly close and has just about anything you could need. It is beautiful and very welcoming to visitors. This year the mosquitoes were pretty horrid, but the KOA can hardly be blamed for that! Ha.

This is a beautiful resort ! Very clean… nice bathrooms..laundry room… games room.. playground… outdoor sitting area with bbq and tv . River is close by with a path . Unfortunately a very strong wind storm past through and our tent and screen tent got destroyed… we had to cut the stay short but they refunded 100 percent! So nice. We will definitely recommend this property. Great if you have kids cause there is a pool close by also!
