Great campground! All spots are well spaced out and very easy to park in. Staff were very accommodating and understanding when we had to change our reservation to add a few more days to our stay. Very much appreciated. It's really nice to have separate/private shower rooms, although cleanliness needed more frequent checks. Great to see security driving around after hours.

Backing sites are good size. UNISEX showers and toilet units are clean and many. Staff are polite, respectful. One staff teen driving golf car through gravel Lane too fast , more than 15 km. Caused dust on me while I was at table. Passed on maintenance on electrical dog bone hookup at receptacle at #45. Took a few minutes wiggling. Voltage for hot water tank and microwave was weak.

Beautiful little campground. Bathrooms/showers were beautiful. We found it a little odd that the registration desk closed so early. (At 5pm). It was a bit pricey as well, but we would definitely go back.

Overall a very nice spot. The mosquitos were terrible The grass was lush and I believe if it was cut shorter the mosquitoes might not be such an issue The dusty rough roads need paving which would make the stay much more pleasant.

Our site was clean and level and everything worked. The on site bathrooms and shower facilties were exceptional !!!

Great RV park. Not crowded together. Sites are pretty level and lots of showers and bathrooms, although included together. Highly recommended.

1st time in a KOA. On our way to Oregon and as a result have chosen to stay in the KOA in Pasco for 2 nights as well. It was so easy to use the KOA website for booking. Will use KOA in the future.

As we drove in we were very impressed with the overall look. The administration of instructions for late arrivals was excellent. The landscaping of each RV spot was well groomed. The facilities were clean and well kept. The employees were accommodating, friendly and very helpful. We will definitely choose Cranbrook KOA again for our next RV adventure.

Overall a very large &good site. But the swimming pool and hot tub was not open. The notes on the door said they are closed for the season. It's June 27. Right in the middle of the season and not open!

Loved our stay. Very close to numerous hikes, bike trails & golf courses. The washrooms could be a little cleaner, but I’m picky. The rest of the park was great and staff very helpful……my husbands only complaint, way to many mosquitoes! He’s allergic to them….. We had a great time! Deb

This is a well maintained campground, good selection of sites. It will be really good once the trees mature and there is more shade. The only negative is that the wifi is not not strong enough to carry throughout the park.

We stayed there last year. It was a mess. Came back a year later. It’s beautiful. Very well manicured and very pleasant staff. New manager made a big difference.

Nice large campsites, very well groomed with beautiful mowed and watered grass. Washrooms are outstanding and well kept. Use of the pool and hot tub at the casino resort was so nice. Staff were friendly and accommodating and always worked hard to keep the place ship, shape.

I would have given a higher rating but unfortunately the garage cans were overflowing and the dust on the driveway in the entry of the campground was a little bit to much but we will come back again.

Stayed for a week at St. Eugene’s. You have everything there and if not it wasn’t far away. Bathrooms and laundry facilities very clean. Nice big sites and easy to get into. Very happy with the stay.

A nice well kept park with large sites and amazing mountain views. The grass is quite lush and the gravel sites are tidy. Good 50amp power and great water pressure. Wi-Fi could use a boost though. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We saw lots of kids who seemed to really enjoy the park too. I recommend a stay here!

5 PM is too early for the office to be closing. We arrived after that and left before the office opened the next day so never interacted with anyone. We did appreciate the phone call and explanation about the night check-in box.

Our site spot was beautiful, the grounds were very nice. The staff was great. Great food and if you like to golf or go to casino you found your spot.

Quite simply, this is the nicest KOA at which we have stayed. While not as large as some, or with as many amenities as others (KOA in Mt. Rushmore springs to mind), it is, nevertheless, extremely organized and planned out, it is very clean, the folks running it are polite and knowledgeable, and their bathrooms are the best we've ever seen. Beautiful resort, hotel, and golf course next door too!

Campground, the location and the facilities are great! Unfortunately for us, we had adults and children crossing our campsite (right at our rv door) which was very disruptive, as our dog was getting nervous. The good news is that by 11pm, it was quiet. Campers need to be reminded of camping etiquette….

Second time we stayed here. First time was on a Monday and it was great. Very quiet and peaceful. This time was the return trip back through was on a Saturday. Totally different vibe. Noisy and loud until well after 11pm this time. Great campground during the weekdays.

The Cranbrook/St. Eugene KOA has been our favorite KOA we have ever stayed at during our travels! We recently stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic time once again. The proximity to Banff is a definite plus for us! The grounds are beautifully maintained with the staff watering the lawn of each site daily. The gravel parking area for cars and campers is nice and level, with each site being well marked with its number to be easily identified. There are also nice wood picnic tables on each site to use, as well as fire pits. The KOA has clear expectations that help the guests and staff keep things beautiful. There are many trash bins around to safely dispose of garbage to keep animals away and keep the grounds clean. With the proximity to the wilderness, the likelihood of encountering animals is high, but by following the rules it reduces the chances. During my recent visit there were signs posted indicating that cougars had been sighted in the area. It was nice to be aware of the enhanced danger so we could stay extra alert. The building on-site is stunning. The bathrooms and showers are amazingly maintained. They are always clean and garbages are regularly emptied. The game room, laundry room, and store are all pristine as well. When at the Cranbrook KOA we always know to expect a clean, pleasant experience. The amenities available being next to the casino are a definite benefit as well. The pool that is available for use by the campground guests is fantastic. The casino is also very nice. The Casino of the Rockies is walking distance and has a nice variety of food and beverages available for purchase at reasonable prices. The city of Cranbrook is fairly close and has just about anything you could need. It is beautiful and very welcoming to visitors. This year the mosquitoes were pretty horrid, but the KOA can hardly be blamed for that! Ha.

This is a beautiful resort ! Very clean… nice bathrooms..laundry room… games room.. playground… outdoor sitting area with bbq and tv . River is close by with a path . Unfortunately a very strong wind storm past through and our tent and screen tent got destroyed… we had to cut the stay short but they refunded 100 percent! So nice. We will definitely recommend this property. Great if you have kids cause there is a pool close by also!
