We booked a two night stayat this site and were very impressed with all the amenities, cleanliness of the site and washrooms and laundry area. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We also golfed and played at the casino. All in all a great couple of days.

One of the best KOA’s we have stayed at (and we stay at a lot!). Two previous KOA’s were disappointing, but Cranbrook is clean, open, the bathrooms are amazing! The front desk staff were super friends, and having the hotel and casino available within walking distance was a treat.

Loved the site I should have got a fishing license. Also enjoyed the proximity to the fabulous restaurant and First Nation building . I enjoy history and the preservation of such a beautiful building was very special even though it's use was nefarious. I am glad to see history preserved. Also the best bath and shower facilities I have seen so far.

Wonderful as always the new young manager is lovely. We would like to see some of the weeds on the sites dealt with they seem to have taken over from the actual grass.

Never disappoints here at KOA. Amenities and grounds are clean and everything works. Easy to pull in and out, lot of room and well organized.

All the employees were over the top friendly. There were a few draw backs. Shower and bathrooms weren’t very clean. Trash was over flowing most of the time. Camp sights were very clean, but could have used a bit of sprucing up. Very quiet there. Pool was great, as was the hot tubs. Grounds were mowed. I’m not sure we would go back again.

Well cared for. Absolutely the best and cleanest showers we have seen/used in the 21 years we have been traveling in our trailer! Pool and hot tubs in the hotel next door added a nice touch and we're also well maintained. Lots to do right there at the KOA.

Very beautiful spot, just wish there were more trees and the playground is only for big kids not little kids, would like to see that improved. But would stay here again! Very very nice! And great staff. Thanks

Sites were well maintained and the facilities were very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions or inquiries. Location was great, close the Cranbrook and stores but quiet and close to the St. Mary's river.

Would like to see more shade trees planted. You can't erect a bug tent or sun shade because pegs not allowed in lawn. Excellent staff who, even when covering extra work due to colleague illness, was pleasant and helpful. Location is great. Having the hotel/casino/pool/golf course as part of the property is great. Morning staff need to check toilet paper situation early in the day.

Overall we had an excellent stay, I was a bit disappointed in that the washrooms/shower rooms not being cleaned on a more regular basis, especially with the amount of use they were getting .

We love this campground, it’s pretty fancy camping compared to the rest of the local campgrounds we have in our area. We love having access to the hotel pool and other amenities. This is the second year in a row now that the water park hasn’t been working. With how many people have access to the pool from the hotel and camp it gets so crowded. Also more trees are needed, it’s so hot in that

Bad start when we were told that our "locked in" site was not available upon arrival. In addition, we had booked a pergola site; however, that was not provided as well. Sites are overrun with weeds and garbage receptacles were always full. Positives were great proximity to golf course and very nice shower facilities.

St Eugene KOA has a great location with amenities and spacious sites but ongoing mgmt changes have left the maintenance at the park severely lacking. Entry roads are rutted, gravel sites overgrown with weeds, no longer level, trees & shrub plantings are also full of weeds, and grass is becoming non existent. We stayed for 30 days and asked twice to have our site watered, was never fully cut.

I had lot 44 in which I (always )get because of location for gran and you gave it to someone else who only stayed 1 day I was there 4. I booked it 4 weeks earlier to be sure I got it. I have been going to KOA Crk for several years and plan on doing so as long as I can! I appreciate the 'quiet' versus the busy noisy City! Excellent staff once again..........good to see. See you Sept 1 ...........can't wait!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cranbrook/St Eugene's KOA. The access to the pool was a real treat in the hot weather. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The kids playground is very nice. Access to visit the river is available. It is very quiet. Very good value! We will be back!

My favourite rv camp site very clean and quiet beautiful scenery also friendly staff if you have children they have a pool and playground if like to golf they have a awesome golf course also a casino I recommend if traveling towards Kimberley and looking for a Rv camp site st Eugene KOA because it has much of the things you might want to do definitely we will be back looking forward to camping

Clean, comfortable campground with lots of room between guest rv’s. We loved our site backing onto the St.Mary’s River. The staff were very helpful with advice on fishing and offered my husband a cart ride up river. We had fun at the casino and enjoyed the beautiful grounds of the hotel/ casino/ golf course.

Nice staff. Nice Campground. Only complaint is that the laundry room does not have bill to coin change machine. machines are coin only and you have to go to front desk to get coins. They are busy with campers checking in and do not always have change.

Need to plant more trees because it’s extremely open and the plants that I noticed are in desperate need of the grass trimmed around and in them. There also needs to be some small rock on the roads because it’s extremely hard to walk. Also need bins to put your garbage in, the ones there are extremely small for everyone’s garbage. May return.

The Cranbrook/St. Eugene KOA has been our favorite KOA we have ever stayed at during our travels! We recently stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic time once again. The proximity to Banff is a definite plus for us! The grounds are beautifully maintained with the staff watering the lawn of each site daily. The gravel parking area for cars and campers is nice and level, with each site being well marked with its number to be easily identified. There are also nice wood picnic tables on each site to use, as well as fire pits. The KOA has clear expectations that help the guests and staff keep things beautiful. There are many trash bins around to safely dispose of garbage to keep animals away and keep the grounds clean. With the proximity to the wilderness, the likelihood of encountering animals is high, but by following the rules it reduces the chances. During my recent visit there were signs posted indicating that cougars had been sighted in the area. It was nice to be aware of the enhanced danger so we could stay extra alert. The building on-site is stunning. The bathrooms and showers are amazingly maintained. They are always clean and garbages are regularly emptied. The game room, laundry room, and store are all pristine as well. When at the Cranbrook KOA we always know to expect a clean, pleasant experience. The amenities available being next to the casino are a definite benefit as well. The pool that is available for use by the campground guests is fantastic. The casino is also very nice. The Casino of the Rockies is walking distance and has a nice variety of food and beverages available for purchase at reasonable prices. The city of Cranbrook is fairly close and has just about anything you could need. It is beautiful and very welcoming to visitors. This year the mosquitoes were pretty horrid, but the KOA can hardly be blamed for that! Ha.

This is a beautiful resort ! Very clean… nice bathrooms..laundry room… games room.. playground… outdoor sitting area with bbq and tv . River is close by with a path . Unfortunately a very strong wind storm past through and our tent and screen tent got destroyed… we had to cut the stay short but they refunded 100 percent! So nice. We will definitely recommend this property. Great if you have kids cause there is a pool close by also!
