Beautiful campground on the banks of St Mary river and mountain views. Sites are spacious with nice tables and fire pits. Washroom/shower facilities were immaculate. Check in staff was friendly. Great amenities like pool, dog park.

Great campground. Only small downside is that the office closes earlier than desired. As plans change or a later return to the campsite, amenities such as wood were not available due to the office being closed. Even open until 8pm would be sufficient.

The access to the hotel’s pool was great. Groundskeeping was a little tired and there were lots of thistles amongst the grass. There are no mature trees in the campground so it got to be quite HOT. The splash park was not operational which was a bummer with young kids. The free shower facilities were absolutely fabulous, and the coin laundry was convenient. All in all, a very good stay!

Wow! Exceptional service!. Lovely girl called to ensure our smooth after hours arrival. She left a highlighted map and a converter plug for our trailer! So organized. The campsite is glorious, not like anything I’ve ever visited. Fabulous shower “suites”, an amazing office with lounge, laundry room, and so many things to do: golf, amazing Numi restaurant, historical centre and river! Loved

We enjoyed the larger than average sites which allowed privacy. It was very quiet. All campers were respectful regarding noise. Only negative was our site backed onto a pasture. We enjoyed watching the cows, however, the smell was nasty. Sitting outside was unpleasant due to the smell. The smell was noticeable inside camper. This should be communicated to guests.

I spoke to the KOA manager Melanie about the poor WIFI connection and that we couldn't get any Cable service. Never had this problem in the past and we have stayed at this location for several years. I asked to be moved to another site with the services we were paying for but all the sites were booked. Melanie then told me to call the Telus IT # and 1 hour later no resolution or $ refund period

We love staying at this campground. This time the staff went above and beyond. My husband had a medical emergency and they extended our stay until we were ready to travel, no questions asked. Thanks for your hospitality!

The campsite was very clean and well laid out with great signage. The staff were extremely friendly and always giving a wave. If I would say anything negative about the site would be the lack of trees. I will be back.

We love the K.O.A. Campground,we have stayed many times,but we see a decline. The grounds are not kept up,lack of toilet tissue in bathroom,garbage cans in bathroom full in morning.

Clean well kept campgrounds. Only negative item the sewer connection is so far out of the ground very difficult to have gravity empty sewer tank on our holiday trailer. This works well for large class A with a pump to empty sewer tanks

This is a beautiful spot along the river. There is a lot of space for large RVs and motor homes. The bathrooms are impeccable with several shower rooms. A playground and basketball court. We also used the pool hot tub and steam room. Very close to the golf course which was also wonderful. Food at the connected hotel was excellent. Would like to see the gardens at the campground get some care

The sites are always clean and user friendly. I noticed that the washroom/shower facilities were a bit lacking on this visit. Sometimes out of toilet paper and not as clean as our previous visits. Still a nice campground to stay at.

Very quiet and peaceful, really enjoyed and appreciated the use of the pool and hot tubs. Sites are large enough to fit both 5th wheel and pickup. Close enough to all the different attractions in the area.

We arrived pretty early and there was no problem checking in . The bathrooms and showers are amazing for a campgrounds. Loved the location next to the river.Close to town. I would recommend a stay here in a heartbeat.

The Cranbrook/St. Eugene KOA has been our favorite KOA we have ever stayed at during our travels! We recently stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic time once again. The proximity to Banff is a definite plus for us! The grounds are beautifully maintained with the staff watering the lawn of each site daily. The gravel parking area for cars and campers is nice and level, with each site being well marked with its number to be easily identified. There are also nice wood picnic tables on each site to use, as well as fire pits. The KOA has clear expectations that help the guests and staff keep things beautiful. There are many trash bins around to safely dispose of garbage to keep animals away and keep the grounds clean. With the proximity to the wilderness, the likelihood of encountering animals is high, but by following the rules it reduces the chances. During my recent visit there were signs posted indicating that cougars had been sighted in the area. It was nice to be aware of the enhanced danger so we could stay extra alert. The building on-site is stunning. The bathrooms and showers are amazingly maintained. They are always clean and garbages are regularly emptied. The game room, laundry room, and store are all pristine as well. When at the Cranbrook KOA we always know to expect a clean, pleasant experience. The amenities available being next to the casino are a definite benefit as well. The pool that is available for use by the campground guests is fantastic. The casino is also very nice. The Casino of the Rockies is walking distance and has a nice variety of food and beverages available for purchase at reasonable prices. The city of Cranbrook is fairly close and has just about anything you could need. It is beautiful and very welcoming to visitors. This year the mosquitoes were pretty horrid, but the KOA can hardly be blamed for that! Ha.

This is a beautiful resort ! Very clean… nice bathrooms..laundry room… games room.. playground… outdoor sitting area with bbq and tv . River is close by with a path . Unfortunately a very strong wind storm past through and our tent and screen tent got destroyed… we had to cut the stay short but they refunded 100 percent! So nice. We will definitely recommend this property. Great if you have kids cause there is a pool close by also!
