Second time and will definitely be back. Staff are all friendly and helpful. First rate!

This is our 2nd stay here (last 4 years ago). We looked forward to coming back as the surrounding scenery is great and we appreciate the laundry/shower facilities. Also we love the golf course next door and their club house restaurant. They have a casino we didn't use. Our only minor complaint would be the thistles along the river (dog) walk. Our little dog didn't appreciate their prickly nature.

Great that you have access to the resort’s pool and spa. No trees or shade within the campground. Great water pressure. Pleasant and kind staff.

Great campground and campsite. Wish there had been after hours support for a call. This was our first KOA experience and we were not equipped for a 50A pole as our Class C is 30A. My bad, I have since ordered a 50 to 30 A adapter. Other than that great KOA and will be back!

The park staff is very professional and friendly. The signage to enter the park was very clear and easy to follow. Checkin was very efficient with clear instructions on rules and how to get to your site. The park was very clean and well maintained. The sites were not large but were not small plenty of room with a picnic on each site. The showers/restrooms were very clean and well maintained.

Nice layout. Friendly staff. Cable television wasn’t working. Steam room and sauna not working. Tables could use a fresh coat of stain. Weeds growing on roads and gravel surfaces and in lawn areas adjacent to hook ups. Some washrooms out of toilet paper. Others out of soap and paper towels.Still a good place to stay but “cracks” starting to show.

Wow. What a great campground! We were in a back in site with the river behind us. Nice big sites, very comfortable. The resort amenities - pool, hot tub, restaurants and golf were great options.

We appreciated the large and clean bathrooms/ shower rooms for campers.

We choose the Cranbrook KOA on our start of our east kootenay camping trip because they go beyond in customer service. From selecting sites as we camp with friends to super friendly staff and of course the clean facilities there make it a great adventure all around. Thanks again Cranbrook KOA for going the extra mile.

We have stayed at this KOA at St Eugene’s numerous times in the past. We have always enjoyed it and recommended it family a friends to come with us. Our last stay was very disappointing , the maintenance of the campground from grass not being mowed rv sites were covered in weeds garbage bins and cans seem to be full all the time and never washed out. Hopefully there is an improvement next time.

Great facility and people are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay along with the golf course. Excellent restaurant in the hotel (NuNu). Only negative comment- thought the landscape between sights could use some upgrading.

We have stayed a few times. This time and last time the grounds were in terriable shape. For the kind of money we had to pay for that site was terriable!!

We stayed at the St. Eugene KOA as part of an organized golf weekend at the resort. The staff at reception were great - very friendly and helpful. The facilities looked great (we didn't take advantage of the shower and laundry facilities). WiFi was not particularly strong, but otherwise services were good.

Friendly, helpful staff. New, spotless office building with individual washroom/showers, games room, laundry, & gift shop. 5 min walk to casino, & pool. Campsite is open but very well cared for & along St Mary’s River. Walk 5 mins to learn about & see St Eugene’s Residential School which is now a hotel etc owned by 5 Indigenous Bands. Beautiful buildings, grounds and golf course. Great stay.

While it was a short overnighter, we were very happy with our pull through lot and the size of the campground. Easy access to garbage, nice pet trail along the river, very clean area. Wish we could have stayed longer! I appreciated the call too at closing time for the office to give us the late check in process. KOA’s have been awesome so far!

We are K.O.A. Members & it is well worth it. We were at St. Eugene Sept. 5,6,7,. The golf course is right there, casino & restaurants,&pool. The campground it’s in a nice area, the trees are starting to grow. The desk staff are friendly, washrooms clean. The only drawback for us is our picnic table & pad was not clean. I swept & sprayed it off.

We paid for a spot with a shaded pergola. It was not set up when we got there and we had to ask to have it set up which wasn't done until the following afternoon. The pool that was made to seem it was on site is actually part of the hotel and is an extremely long walk to access it. The games room closed at 5pm, so no sports watching. Grass was long and unkept. Just not worth the money.

Check in staff very friendly professional & helpful. Fabulous generous sized site 7 for Sun and heat orientation. Water pressure power, very efficient. We loved the resort pool and hotub after golfing and biking. Washers and showers ample in # and very clean. Campground maintenance for gravel and weeds could be improved. Trees for shade need to be added throughout campground

Very nice and quiet campground. Lots of space between campsites. Shower and washroom facilities are very good. Golf course is right close by and close to Cranbrook to go into town for groceries or meals. Staff at the camprground and golf course were friendly as well. Have come here a few times and no complaints.

The Cranbrook/St. Eugene KOA has been our favorite KOA we have ever stayed at during our travels! We recently stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic time once again. The proximity to Banff is a definite plus for us! The grounds are beautifully maintained with the staff watering the lawn of each site daily. The gravel parking area for cars and campers is nice and level, with each site being well marked with its number to be easily identified. There are also nice wood picnic tables on each site to use, as well as fire pits. The KOA has clear expectations that help the guests and staff keep things beautiful. There are many trash bins around to safely dispose of garbage to keep animals away and keep the grounds clean. With the proximity to the wilderness, the likelihood of encountering animals is high, but by following the rules it reduces the chances. During my recent visit there were signs posted indicating that cougars had been sighted in the area. It was nice to be aware of the enhanced danger so we could stay extra alert. The building on-site is stunning. The bathrooms and showers are amazingly maintained. They are always clean and garbages are regularly emptied. The game room, laundry room, and store are all pristine as well. When at the Cranbrook KOA we always know to expect a clean, pleasant experience. The amenities available being next to the casino are a definite benefit as well. The pool that is available for use by the campground guests is fantastic. The casino is also very nice. The Casino of the Rockies is walking distance and has a nice variety of food and beverages available for purchase at reasonable prices. The city of Cranbrook is fairly close and has just about anything you could need. It is beautiful and very welcoming to visitors. This year the mosquitoes were pretty horrid, but the KOA can hardly be blamed for that! Ha.

This is a beautiful resort ! Very clean… nice bathrooms..laundry room… games room.. playground… outdoor sitting area with bbq and tv . River is close by with a path . Unfortunately a very strong wind storm past through and our tent and screen tent got destroyed… we had to cut the stay short but they refunded 100 percent! So nice. We will definitely recommend this property. Great if you have kids cause there is a pool close by also!
