It was good, the service was great and the place was clean. The scenery is exceptional, the only thing is that there was no 15 amp electric possibility, there was only 30 and 50 amp. Maybe a bit more trees would be nice.

Great checkin with friendly staff who explained all aspects of the stay well. Site was clean, level and easy access. We are 43’ hauling and were able to navigate the park easily. Had to disconnect the car to fully fit in the site but no problems. Park access grants use of hotel/casino pool, hot tub and sauna so a great way to relax at the end of the day. Will stay again.

Perfect sanitair , never seen it like this before at a campground , and very friendly lady on the reception. Combi with casino and golfcourse is great.

We have been staying at the Cranbrook KOA since 2021, and have dealt with all the previous managers. My wife and I agree the new manage - Melanie, has provided us with exceptional customer service above and beyond of any of the previous managers. Melanie was very friendly and welcoming and checked with us daily. We are very satisfied with Melanie. Give her a raise!!!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had fun chatting with them. The facility is very well maintained and had everything we needed. My particularly liked the individual bathroom with shower.

Nice large sites with very nice and big picnic tables. Everything is well maintained the washrooms were nice though could use a bit more attention.

I have a few concerns We did not receive any of the usual points We were told to go to a local garage to buy fire wood it was $30. The site said we would receive a $25 token for the casino, we were refused this! We wanted to tour the area so we asked if we could store our rig there until we returned, maybe 3 days away. They were unsure but would check and give us a call. We had no reply. not

We really enjoyed our stay, check in and communication was very good. The grounds and facilities are all very well kept and the views are outstanding. I would have given all five star ratings but it might not have been as good if the park was full and we had a less desirable spot as there aren’t a lot of trees to create some privacy.

The sites are clean and spacious and the resort itself is large and well maintained. Staff are very helpful and the scenery is amazing. If you’re a golfer the course is great to play.

Their Internet is pretty much nonexistent. They do offer a solution to your connectivity, which is to contact Telus. Those of us from Canada know what that’s worth. They try very hard to limit the amount of household garbage you can leave behind by providing tiny receptacles. They don’t want me to say too much as this has space is too limited. I was going to mention the positives - but alas.

This is a great KOA! The staff are superb and very pleasant. The campground itself is well designed paying tribute to its Native American land upon which it is sited. We didn’t use amenities such as the pool and the hot tub as our stay was shorter than expected and the weather was cooler. We stayed here 4 years ago when we moved to the area and I have no hesitation at recommending this great KOA

Our 2nd stay here. We were very disappointed about the water leak which closed showers and laundry facilities. We were counting on being able to use those parts of your campground facilities. It would have been nice to receive something like a coupon for next stay for the inconvenience since we had to take all the laundry to the only laundromat in town which was very busy that day.

Washroom facilities are great, actual sites did not seem to be maintained well. Park is clean. Was fine for an overnight stay.

Love staying there. It’s perfect location for anything outdoors, golf and is great for dog lovers. Thanks to Mel and her crew who just started this year and worked hard to fix the neglect. We spent all summer there and watched the progress. They go above and beyond to look after you. Looking forward to spending next summer there & seeing the work this year paying off! I love the peace and quiet at the KOA......can't wait to go back in 2026. Love the crew and manager....excellent people and super friendly! My family spent time with me this Sept and commented several times at how clean and great the washrooms are kept.....they said 'you don't often find that quality of care'.

This campground is poorly maintained. Everything looks rough and unkept. Lots of permanent looking trailers with garbage bags outside. Weeds growing through all the gravel etc. No trees just a barren field. There are better options within an hour or so of Cranbrook. Give this one a miss unless you’re using it as a one night stop.

The Cranbrook/St. Eugene KOA has been our favorite KOA we have ever stayed at during our travels! We recently stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic time once again. The proximity to Banff is a definite plus for us! The grounds are beautifully maintained with the staff watering the lawn of each site daily. The gravel parking area for cars and campers is nice and level, with each site being well marked with its number to be easily identified. There are also nice wood picnic tables on each site to use, as well as fire pits. The KOA has clear expectations that help the guests and staff keep things beautiful. There are many trash bins around to safely dispose of garbage to keep animals away and keep the grounds clean. With the proximity to the wilderness, the likelihood of encountering animals is high, but by following the rules it reduces the chances. During my recent visit there were signs posted indicating that cougars had been sighted in the area. It was nice to be aware of the enhanced danger so we could stay extra alert. The building on-site is stunning. The bathrooms and showers are amazingly maintained. They are always clean and garbages are regularly emptied. The game room, laundry room, and store are all pristine as well. When at the Cranbrook KOA we always know to expect a clean, pleasant experience. The amenities available being next to the casino are a definite benefit as well. The pool that is available for use by the campground guests is fantastic. The casino is also very nice. The Casino of the Rockies is walking distance and has a nice variety of food and beverages available for purchase at reasonable prices. The city of Cranbrook is fairly close and has just about anything you could need. It is beautiful and very welcoming to visitors. This year the mosquitoes were pretty horrid, but the KOA can hardly be blamed for that! Ha.

This is a beautiful resort ! Very clean… nice bathrooms..laundry room… games room.. playground… outdoor sitting area with bbq and tv . River is close by with a path . Unfortunately a very strong wind storm past through and our tent and screen tent got destroyed… we had to cut the stay short but they refunded 100 percent! So nice. We will definitely recommend this property. Great if you have kids cause there is a pool close by also!
