Nice spacious sites, amazing bathrooms and friendly staff. Amenities were close by and the campground was well maintained. We would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay, we have stayed there a few times, however, we felt the park is looking a little unkept, lots of weeds in the gravel areas, which detracts from the aesthetics. The lawn was nice and well kept. The wasps were a major problem, it would have been nice to have wasp traps set up throughout the park, we know they are seasonal.

This Koa was one of the best RV Parks I have ever stayed at. The Bathroom/Shower rooms were the best ever. Was very impressed.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful park.Great staff. Restrooms are set up with a shower, sink and toilet in each private room and were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend a stay here.

Disappointed with the sites. Grounds seemed to have deteriorated since our last visit earlier this year. Potholes in the roads and weed infested sites, some weeds over 2 feet high especially in long term sites. Some long term sites look like a refugee camp.

The campground itself was lovely, but we booked online and did not receive a site number in our confirmation, I called and the after hour person said that we would have a package in the box outside office that would have our site number and a card to allow us into the pool. There was nothing in the box when we arrived. After hour guy did not know how to work computer so just gave us an empty spot!

Walking on weeds some ten inches above the ground. The picnic table not useable, continual pool underneath table promoted wasps. Staff excellent!!

Been coming to St Eugene for the past several years. When we first started staying there, the grass and roadways were immaculate. Sadly, there is a lot of dry grass, dandelions, and weeds throughout the park. Front desk was awesome all the same, just not as nice as it used to be…..

Very clean washrooms and showers. Sites have reasonable space from neighbors. We were, however, stung by wasps because of a nest in the campsite wooden framing. Definitely would come back again though.

Since the management change this year and with the high staff turn over, this campground in my opinion, no longer meeting KOA standards. You simply can not take a former manager of hotel housekeeping and place them in a position to manage a KOA campground and hope it all works out. We have stayed here yearly since this campground opened and this year left 1 1/2 months early due to mismanagement

Price has substantially increased since last year. Campground seems less well kept. Grass is not cut, garbage was overflowing.

The campground and employees very friendly and informative , golf course ,pool and casino great , camp spot well laid out and plenty of space . Why we knocked it down 2 stars was the state of the gravel pads and lawns , well mostly weeds now if not taken care of soon they will lose what little lawn that is left growing ,gravel pads getting over run with weeds as well .

One thing that really impressed me was your shower facilities. They are actually the best I have ever found at any campground. Everything about our stay there was top notch.

We had a good one-Night-time on the vampground. The washrooms a Great and clean - absolutly the best one on our tour. And we enjoyed the hot tumb on the Late afternoon - it was very nice there.

Really nice campground. Went to use the washing machines and they were so sludgy on the inside ring I spent 10 minutes cleaning each one before using it. Other than that, sites were clean and well maintained.

Stayed 4 nights, riverside site was great! Only thing is that the sprinklers were turned on one morning and got everything soaked!

Really nice spot along river but was disappointed that there was no view of it. Would love to see all the underbrush removed along it. Great for dogs But way too many thistles in grass everywhere. Ouch. The fenced off leash dog area is great for my dog who doesn’t like to poop on leash. But all in all, was a really nice stay. Thanks.

Cranbrook/St Eugene is the best! First time into Canada, the staff are wonderful! Suggestions for nearby things to do, and being able to access the hot tub at the Golf resort is another plus after a tiring day exploring! (And the casino can exchange money for you too so another big plus for me!). Level site, all clean. Thank you for a great stay. Definitely need to return!

The Wi-Fi was awful. The sites were not maintained as well as other parts we have stayed in. the large grass areas in between sites was wonderful and so were the picnic tables. We felt for the dollar value it was a little high.

The place is not maintained grass brown weeds in gravel area lawn cut once in two weeks. Sto4 only open 9-6. Richard is sorryly missed. Been here for 5 consecutive years worst customer service now.

All was good. With the Cranbrook Rock Music Festival on that weekend it got a little loud after the concert at the campground. There appeared to not be anyone at the campground to deal with the rowdies.

Sites are covered in weeds. R V that had been ther a while had long weeds and grass growing around them. Otherwise an excellent camp ground

The Cranbrook/St. Eugene KOA has been our favorite KOA we have ever stayed at during our travels! We recently stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic time once again. The proximity to Banff is a definite plus for us! The grounds are beautifully maintained with the staff watering the lawn of each site daily. The gravel parking area for cars and campers is nice and level, with each site being well marked with its number to be easily identified. There are also nice wood picnic tables on each site to use, as well as fire pits. The KOA has clear expectations that help the guests and staff keep things beautiful. There are many trash bins around to safely dispose of garbage to keep animals away and keep the grounds clean. With the proximity to the wilderness, the likelihood of encountering animals is high, but by following the rules it reduces the chances. During my recent visit there were signs posted indicating that cougars had been sighted in the area. It was nice to be aware of the enhanced danger so we could stay extra alert. The building on-site is stunning. The bathrooms and showers are amazingly maintained. They are always clean and garbages are regularly emptied. The game room, laundry room, and store are all pristine as well. When at the Cranbrook KOA we always know to expect a clean, pleasant experience. The amenities available being next to the casino are a definite benefit as well. The pool that is available for use by the campground guests is fantastic. The casino is also very nice. The Casino of the Rockies is walking distance and has a nice variety of food and beverages available for purchase at reasonable prices. The city of Cranbrook is fairly close and has just about anything you could need. It is beautiful and very welcoming to visitors. This year the mosquitoes were pretty horrid, but the KOA can hardly be blamed for that! Ha.

This is a beautiful resort ! Very clean… nice bathrooms..laundry room… games room.. playground… outdoor sitting area with bbq and tv . River is close by with a path . Unfortunately a very strong wind storm past through and our tent and screen tent got destroyed… we had to cut the stay short but they refunded 100 percent! So nice. We will definitely recommend this property. Great if you have kids cause there is a pool close by also!
