It was a very nice location. Staffing must be an issue as the grounds/sites could be a lot nicer. Drying grass and way too many weeds are not appealing.

We have always enjoyed our stay at either the hotel or KOA campsite. We have brought our family and numerous friends. What we noticed this time is the restaurant was only open selective days and times which was a little disappointing. Overall I recommend St Eugene’s to anyone who wants a great experience.

Good size sites, lovely washrooms - loved the hairdryer in each! Good service to the casino on the golf cart. Nice dog walk, dog off leash park could be bigger. More trees need to be planted to provide shade - too exposed to sun and wind.

Loved having access to the casino workout facility including the pool and showers. The laundry facility and bathrooms/showers at the KOA were great. Overall a wonderfully kept campground and amenities. Super friendly staff and Arthur the office guardian dog.

Very clean and quiet and great views. Private super clean washrooms were a pleasure. Only thing I’d recommend is a power cord extension because the power pedestals are nearly at the front of the site and water sewer is far behind.

It was great and not very busy but it was at the start of the season. The only criticism we have is the tent sites are right by the road and the entry/exit so we were up all night due to traffic sound out on the road and the trucks leaving early morning. My suggestion would be to consider moving the tent sites away from there also site we were on was not level

This is a great park in a nice, quiet location. Would give it 5 stars however the cable tv was not functioning & there wasn't much interest in providing a nominal discount for the inconvenience.

We've been coming to St. Eugene's since it opened. We love the casino and the casino restaurant. We really love the new host Melanie who is very friendly. What we didn't love was listening to the lawn mower running all day on Saturday. May I kindly suggest cutting the lawns BEFORE the long weekend guests arrive. Landscaping is in serious need of weed killer! The grounds are covered in them.

New Staff doing a great job, dealt with a noisy group by movning them. A few tips to consider, checking bathrooms more oftent, few times found them out of paper etc. do a thorough review of policies and summarize waiver so customers have been told in the event need to remind them of the policies during their stay, also if possible deal with noisy campers sooner once start being noisy after 11pm

We had issues getting our TV to hook up to the cable, and the fellow you had on site (I believe his name is Josh?) tried to help both us and our friends. He was unable to fix the issue, but tried his best although the issue was with both of our motorhomes. He also offered suggestions to allow us to watch the hockey game if we couldn't get things to work. Thanks to him! We were really impressed.

The lack of grounds maintenance takes this place from a potential 5 stars down to 2 stars. Presumably under the same ownership, the resort and golf course are very well kept, but apparently those groundskeepers are unaware that there is a campground next door. On the positive side, the sites are large and the services (except WiFi) work well. You really need to invest in some herbicides.

Showers and bathrooms are the best. Short drive out of Cranbrook but close to fuel and Walmart. Some power pedestals are 50amp only. Sites level and gravel. Safeway store in Cranbrook does NOT take VISA cards???

The Cranbrook/St. Eugene KOA has been our favorite KOA we have ever stayed at during our travels! We recently stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic time once again. The proximity to Banff is a definite plus for us! The grounds are beautifully maintained with the staff watering the lawn of each site daily. The gravel parking area for cars and campers is nice and level, with each site being well marked with its number to be easily identified. There are also nice wood picnic tables on each site to use, as well as fire pits. The KOA has clear expectations that help the guests and staff keep things beautiful. There are many trash bins around to safely dispose of garbage to keep animals away and keep the grounds clean. With the proximity to the wilderness, the likelihood of encountering animals is high, but by following the rules it reduces the chances. During my recent visit there were signs posted indicating that cougars had been sighted in the area. It was nice to be aware of the enhanced danger so we could stay extra alert. The building on-site is stunning. The bathrooms and showers are amazingly maintained. They are always clean and garbages are regularly emptied. The game room, laundry room, and store are all pristine as well. When at the Cranbrook KOA we always know to expect a clean, pleasant experience. The amenities available being next to the casino are a definite benefit as well. The pool that is available for use by the campground guests is fantastic. The casino is also very nice. The Casino of the Rockies is walking distance and has a nice variety of food and beverages available for purchase at reasonable prices. The city of Cranbrook is fairly close and has just about anything you could need. It is beautiful and very welcoming to visitors. This year the mosquitoes were pretty horrid, but the KOA can hardly be blamed for that! Ha.

This is a beautiful resort ! Very clean… nice bathrooms..laundry room… games room.. playground… outdoor sitting area with bbq and tv . River is close by with a path . Unfortunately a very strong wind storm past through and our tent and screen tent got destroyed… we had to cut the stay short but they refunded 100 percent! So nice. We will definitely recommend this property. Great if you have kids cause there is a pool close by also!
