1. Bathroom/shower rooms were not kept with toilet paper at all times. 2. When we stayed there previously and the grounds were kept up better as far as mowing and weed control. Lots of weeds and mower was hit and miss at the sites. 3. Office should be staffed at all times during officer hours rather than locking the door to go deliver wood to camp sites and make incoming campers wait at check-in

Our spots needed to be mowed. We play lawn games and it was made difficult with the length of grass. We were disappointed with the price of firewood and the lack of flexibility to burn some of your own. The staffing was pretty minimal. Many times we had to wait up to 30 minutes when the office was closed. All in all the cost was not worth it.

Great place. Would stay again. Only negative was the dog park. It could use some help. One the positive side all staff were friendly.

Good location. Office not consistently staffed even during "open" hours. Maintenance of gravel pads and landscaped areas is sub-par, particularly compared to other RV campgrounds in the Fernie, Kimberly and Cranbrook area. This really detracts from the overall impression of the campground.

Not sure what’s going on, this campground has always been to KOA standards but not this year. Not enough staff, weeds all over, garbages full, bathrooms dirty, store not open 8am to 8pm as stated. Only saw 2 young girls working and felt bad for them trying to do it all. Very disappointed because we love KOA’s and have been coming to this one since they opened.

The only complaint we had was that the wi-fi was lousy and we had to phone the help line 5-6 times and we were only there for 4 nights. The wifi needs to be upgraded. The site was great and we were very pleased that it was pet friendly and everyone was good about making sure their pets were on a leash.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff are helpful. I was in Cranbrook for work and I figured I would give KOA camping a try, it was worth the adventure.

Enjoyed our stay ,staff very pleasant and friendly. Only thing is that your literature states that the office is open 8 to 8 which it isn’t. Was hoping to see someone when we checked out . See you next time .

Great place to spend a night or two. Awesome amenities, especially if you’re tenting. Electric, canopied picnic table area, clean washrooms and showers, a little store, quiet, an outdoor pool. Great base camp for adventures in the area for a great price.

Very disappointed that when we arrived around 6pm, the office was closed. We did not receive WIFI information, Card for the pool or a correct plug for the electrical hookups. Would be fantastic during the summer tourism period if the office was staffed 7am-8 or 9pm like other KOAs we have stayed at.

The campground was very clean and quiet. The sites are level and large. Located next to a casino which provided a pool & dining.

We wished that some of the amenities would've been available. The splash pad was broken and the shades for some of the sites were missing. We feel.it should've been noted on the website. Other than that it was great! The bathrooms were private and luxurious compared to other campgrounds. And the resort attached had amazing soup. A door to rv door transport would be a great addition to offer.

Nice location - stayed 3 times before. The bathrooms/showers have gone down hill. I was disappointed with the cleanliness as it was never cleaned or seemed not to be as I was ttere different times of days. No towels to put on shower floor as before. Garbages were never emptied. Dirty Q tip on floor in same spot all week. Very disappointed. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful.

I noticed a few campers that had 3 and 4 dogs on their site and the dogs were never on a leash. a couple of the dogs over the corse of my stay wandered ontoo my site and a couple of other sites unnoticed by their owners. I think the campground staff should enforce the rules to no more than 2 dogs like stated and definitely enforce the leash rule. The cleanliness was fine overall , enjoyed my stay

The office/store was closed for hours with no posted return time. They posted a sign saying "we'll be back in a few minutes" and hours went by with the young attendants no where to be seen.

Nice site and amenities. Only issue booked site with gazebo to provide shade (as sites are treeless) only to find only the frame no canopy. No explanation was provided. Check in was great.

Very clean, spacious grounds. Swimming at the hotel and spending a few minutes in the hot tubs added extra relaxation we didn’t know we needed. Highly recommend this campsite.

The Cranbrook/St. Eugene KOA has been our favorite KOA we have ever stayed at during our travels! We recently stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic time once again. The proximity to Banff is a definite plus for us! The grounds are beautifully maintained with the staff watering the lawn of each site daily. The gravel parking area for cars and campers is nice and level, with each site being well marked with its number to be easily identified. There are also nice wood picnic tables on each site to use, as well as fire pits. The KOA has clear expectations that help the guests and staff keep things beautiful. There are many trash bins around to safely dispose of garbage to keep animals away and keep the grounds clean. With the proximity to the wilderness, the likelihood of encountering animals is high, but by following the rules it reduces the chances. During my recent visit there were signs posted indicating that cougars had been sighted in the area. It was nice to be aware of the enhanced danger so we could stay extra alert. The building on-site is stunning. The bathrooms and showers are amazingly maintained. They are always clean and garbages are regularly emptied. The game room, laundry room, and store are all pristine as well. When at the Cranbrook KOA we always know to expect a clean, pleasant experience. The amenities available being next to the casino are a definite benefit as well. The pool that is available for use by the campground guests is fantastic. The casino is also very nice. The Casino of the Rockies is walking distance and has a nice variety of food and beverages available for purchase at reasonable prices. The city of Cranbrook is fairly close and has just about anything you could need. It is beautiful and very welcoming to visitors. This year the mosquitoes were pretty horrid, but the KOA can hardly be blamed for that! Ha.

This is a beautiful resort ! Very clean… nice bathrooms..laundry room… games room.. playground… outdoor sitting area with bbq and tv . River is close by with a path . Unfortunately a very strong wind storm past through and our tent and screen tent got destroyed… we had to cut the stay short but they refunded 100 percent! So nice. We will definitely recommend this property. Great if you have kids cause there is a pool close by also!
