Great staff, easy pull through campsite, clean and neat, fabulous showers and perfect for a driving break on our way home. And they are dog friendly.

We had a nice campsite that came with a swing and hammock. And it was nice and relaxing clean bathrooms and nice laundry area.

Very clean park. Used the laundry, very clean and affordable. Did not use the showers but checked them out, they also were very clean and well maintained. The office staff was very nice and helpful. We needed some help with our toppers and one of the workers offered their help. If I am ever in the area again will go back.

The grounds were neat and well kept. But the bad review is because of the noise. Being so close to US 40 was bad enough, but the traffic coming in and out of the campground at all hours was terrible. Impossible to sleep.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Unfortunately we cannot control the traffic on the highway and having a soft sided tent trailer does not offer much help with sound. You were refunded for your stay, which was something we did not need to do. Safe travels.

The Craig KOA has great service and is a really nice spot for an overnight stay. The owners are onsite and very helpful. The campsite is close to town, has a really nice dog run and spotless bathrooms. Our site (#10) was level and the internet was terrific. There are a lot of trees, so Satellite hook up can be tricky, but with the fast internet service you have other options.

They were just wonderful. Stayed after hours to check me in after calling them. Gave me a choice of spots which were perfect.

Great location with the friendliest staff, they upgraded my site at no charge and let me deal with some maintenance items. We used the laundry and showers that were like new and very clean. The park is well laid out and the sites are level, everything is clean and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this park and will stay again when in the area.

Well maintained, very nice space with pad, fire ring and chairs. Bath shower area clean with good size showers. Very friendly staff!

Chad was terrific and very accommodating. He let us stay an hour longer than checkout time so we could avoid our travels in snowy conditions. They had propane, which is a welcomed amenity when the furnace is running often in colder weather. One of the 2 separate power poles offered at each pull thru site had no power but the second one did so no issues. Good for overnight stays.

The area is well taken care of and if the people that run this KOA and take care of it are always there to help with anything.

Very friendly staff. We had a blowout last year when we arrived at their property. They were beyond helpful. They even directed us to 2 part stores who were also extremely helpful. We fixed the tire (big group effort) and we were back on the road the next day. We LOVE Craig Colorado!!!

Great hosts. The camp ground is very well managed and maintained. I have witnessed them put an extensive amount of investment and labor into the campground over the last year.

I mean the grounds were clean, electricity worked great. The office wasn't open at the designated/posted hours, in fact our entire stay almost each time (excluding once) when we tried to go to the office during open posted office hours, no-one was there, the lights were off, and the doors locked. In the bathroom several times was not clean, there was no salting of the walkways and lots of ice.

The campground is very neat and clean, all camping sites are clean. The bath house is super clean. We stay there every time we pull a camper to Craig .Very nice camp ground, one of the best KOA's.

The folks at Craig KOA we're very friendly and helpful! Whenever I needed help with something like helping me with my water hose, I couldnt get it tight enough to stop leaking and Micah was a big help and so was his father Chad. They always worked with me to make sure I was able to have a full hook-up for the whole month I stayed. Thank you Craig KOA

Nice campground and clean restrooms. Friendly staff. We were on the first row from the highway so had a fair amount of highway noise. Seems like most KOA's have this though. Will stay again!

The service was excellent! Everyone was very friendly. It was very easy to check in and check out. The value was great! By using the campground I saved over $1000 versus a hotel! Thank you for being open all year!

Chad, Kristi, Micah, and Loretta are absolutely amazing! We could not have asked for a more hospitable and friendly place! They never stopped going out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. The facilities are always clean, reliable and fast wi-fi, great laundry and showers, fresh water, and plenty of electricity. We absolutely loved it! Will we return? In a minute!!! Best KOA ever!
