Very clean campgrounds. We left our propane tanks to be filled and they even delivered to our trailer

I asked for spot 56 or 66. This was my fourth stay at the campground. I was told the campground was sold out. When we left on Sunday morning the campground was only 2/3rd filled if that. One of the spots I requested was empty. This is disappointing. I thought all KOA's could do propane refills.

We do apologize for short staffing issues that made it impossible to fill your propane that day. We have a great place down the road we were letting people know about to fill a tank. We have lots of people coming in and out at various times and cannot always accommodate requests for sites.

So quiet and peaceful! Nice to return to after a day in Cooperstown. Great laundry, separate showers, nice gravel pull through. Surrounded by beautiful farmland. Saw many turkeys with the Tom’s strutting their stuff.

It was very nice but we were not escorted to our site and had to ask someone where to turn since it was a bit confusing even though we had the map. When we got to site 9 the picnic table was on the site with two crates on the table. My husband and I had to move the picnic table over to the grass in order to pull the trailer into the site. Also the fire pit had garbage in it.

Very early in season - site assignment was confusing, offered choice of two sites, yet campground was 90 percent empty. As a result two nuisance dogs were next to us.

We give options and also ask folks if the campground is emptier if they like a site they can let us know and go to that one. There are always options and you can let us know if a dog is annoying beside you and we can help.

Very peaceful location with great pull-through campsites. Owners were very welcoming and friendly. Unobstructed sunrises and sunsets.

On arrival site look abandoned, general store had stock all over the floor not usable as a shop. Toilet urinal broken. Flies stuck to countertops. Showers filthy - possible blood stain I have photos! Firepit full of empty boxes which blew around site. Extremely disappointed we paid money to stay here

We shut down during this time and have to destock the store before temps get so low. We stay open at this time only because folks are traveling through to get home and no other campgrounds are open. We do this as a courtesy but have to shut down while folks arrive.

We loved our stay so much that we came back for the music fest. This is a beautiful campground with a friendly staff that goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

We had a fabulous time! The location is so beautifully peaceful and scenic. Yet, we had a wonderful Saturday Music Festival just outside our door. The music was wonderful! The grounds and facilities are so clean! The vendors were lovely with great little things we could sample and even purchase. It was our first time here, but we will definitely be back again!

Very nice campground. In the KOA fashion, the sites are close together with no separation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There were scheduled activities that included everyone.

We were grateful to find that Cooperstown KOA was open later into October than others in the area. Beautiful surroundings. The amenities (showers, store, playgrounds, dog park, equipment, sites) all managed well. There was a wonderful community campfire with live music during one night of our stay. Definitely recommend.

had a wonderful visit, sites are a great size, staff friendly and very welcoming. Received text messages about getting firewood and other supplies you might need, great communication! It was a great surprise to learn about the music fest (we had no idea), hope it'll happen next year, we'd love to attend. It was a relaxing and perfect get away for the last outing in our fifth wheel! Thanks!

Sights not level, pull through was to drive accross we grass uphill. Works but with so many other empty sites…. Showers had no windows and weather was COLD

Upstate NY in October can be cold. Mother Nature does not always cooperate and most campgrounds close down by Columbus Day. We try to stay open to help people out who travel through the end of October and don't have anywhere to stay in the area.

This is a beautiful park situated in the middle of rustic farmland and within a 20-minute scenic drive to charming Cooperstown and the HOF. We docked one star because many of the sites are seriously unlevel back-to-front. We had to change sites and even then had to use the dump station because we couldn't drain properly. A shame because the area we were in was very attractive with great views.

Stayed only one night. Lovely location with nice views of the surrounding fields and trees. Spacious sites, facilities appear to be well maintained. Helpful staff, what else could one ask for?

Stay for 2 days to go to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame. Site was not very level and the electric and water are on the passenger side of coach and the sewer on the driver side. I did not use the sewer since we were only there for 2 days.

We do have a few sites with a shared pedestal. The sewer is on the left for those and water and electric are on the right. Usually hoses and electric work just fine to reach and we can let folks borrow if it does not.

The campground itself is very pretty, with lots of trees and is close to Cooperstown. The facilities were all clean and maintained. Our site (66) was extremely uneven such that we could never get our rig level. It was also a narrow site and with all the fall leaves on the ground it was difficult to see the ditch on the side of the campsite, making it hard to walk. The staff were great.

The campground is beautiful. The staff were very friendly. It is close to the Baseball Hall of Fame, Fenimore Museum, the Farmers Museum, and several other attractions.

Didn’t return phone call. Didn’t know we had a reservation. Store wasn’t opened when time on the door said it would be. Facilities were nothing more than adequate.

We let people know on our website that due to staffing issues we will have the phone around the campground with us as we clean. Please give a call and staff can help.

This was our first stay at Cooperstown KOA . We loved it . The peace and quiet was perfect . The surrounding farm land is beautiful . Close to the baseball hall of fame . We recommend this campground and will be back.

I discovered this little gem of a campground a few years ago when I moved from North Carolina to New York State, this is my 3rd outing here at the campground and each time has brought me a new experience. This last one was the best I First somehow ? I showed up A day early ? WTH . lol They were able to accommodate me without any headaches . Thank you very much for that. And for 4 days, I just sat around the campfire getting up only to cook on a grill, use the restroom and eventually when the fire went out at what time going to bed that's all I wanted to do. I think I called them 2 times for wood even in the mist , it was nice is what I needed. Thank you very much for that would I come back , Absolutely 💯 I am coming back The staff was very friendly and helpful The cabin was very roomy loved the tub Thank you for another wonderful experience

A great KOA with great value. Close to Cooperstown and Dreams Park but also close to the state parks in the area. I think the Kamping Kabins could be a little cleaner but nothing crazy just some cobwebs thats all. It is always a pleasure to stay here!

First impressions is a lot for any business.. with that being said most importantly I will go back if I can.. but when we first arrived to the KOA Kampground welcome offfice we seen a note written on a piece of paper no pets allowed in the store.. ok we can respect that.. but upon entering there is a cat laying in a basket.. and a bigger dog laying on the floor.. and the store was a hot mess.. and there area to walk to the counter was the same.. the check in lady was great.. but it wasn't a great first impression.. we came back a few days later to see items in the store and it didn't get picked up still a mess and there was dog food all over the floor we had to watch were we stepped so we wouldn't smoosh it in the floor all I kept thinking was mice will love this..so in my opinion that needs to be addressed it's the first line of impressions ppl see. The grounds themselves were decent being a KOA even a journey you have certain expectations.. we rarely go to a KOA due to the cost.. the WiFi was excellent best I have seen.. the water was good it's a little hard but it was manageable I used my own water after the 2nd day for coffee..all staff were friendly that we encountered..
