From the West: take I-90 to exit 30 to State Rt 28 South for approximately 12 miles to US 20. Stay on State Rt 28, and do not turn off until you get to US 20 (disregard GPS). Turn Left onto US 20 East. Travel about 7 miles and turn Left at KOA sign onto McShane Road. Follow the road to the left and in about 1 mile you will see the campground at 565 Ostrander Road.
From the East: take I-90 to I-88 West. I-88 to Exit 24 to US 20 West. You will see signs directing you to turn right on McShane Road. Follow the road to the left and in about 1 mile you will see the campground entrance at 565 Ostrander Road.
From the South: take I-88 East to Exit 17, Cooperstown. Turn left at the exit and take State Rt 28 North. The road will merge with NY 80 East in town. Continue on NY 80 East to US 20. Make a left on US 20, and follow signs to McShane Road. Turn right on McShane Road. Follow the road to the left and in about 1 mile you will see the campground entrance at 565 Ostrander Road.
Get Google DirectionsThere's lots of wide open space for kids of all ages to play on the campground. In addition to the pool, there's a basketball half-court, baseball, ping-pong table, and lawn games.
The pool was completely renovated in 2017, and guests can enjoy it from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
We have a playground with a merry-go-round, swings for the littlest kiddos, and a brand new slide and swingset for children up to 12 years of age.
Join our Activities leader in the Pavilion on Saturdays during holiday weekends to exercise your creativity. Fun for kids of all ages!
Our playground has a basketball hoop and half-court, as well as a selection of balls to use on the court.
New in 2021! Get your game on with an energetic ping pong match. An indoor/outdoor table, located in the Pavilion, can be set up in minutes & paddles and balls are available at the front desk.
Coming sometime in July or August our beautiful rustic barn will be available to book for events. Weddings, concerts, parties, etc. Keep an eye out here for more information coming.
