This little gem of a campground is was perfect I just sat around the campfire for 4 days called when I needed wood slight mist no problem I stayed in the cabin with the shower it was extremely roomy clean loved the chairs and table Campground was quiet staff was very helpful I will be coming back This is my 3rd stay here and each one was great time Thank you guys very much for everyth

Cabin stay. We extended here after receiving great customer service on a previous booking. Another winner. Scott, Tiffany, Sawyer, Ari, Destiny, Jos, Maryanne, Carla, Chad, Ashley, Lorena, and David worked hard to provide a clean and friendly experience. Immediate attention to anything that came up. If culture starts at the top, you are in great hands here. This made us KOA campers for life.

Loved the cabin we stayed in. It was very roomy and clean, efficient. Wasn't impressed with the check- in area. That was crowded not very welcoming.

We had a perfectly wonderful visit. Friendly staff, clean accommodations, and our deluxe cabin was truly magnificent. There was an unusual attention to beauty (gardens, etc) and everything a guest might need. We will return!

Not all KOAs are created equal, and unfortunately our stay at Cooperstown KOA left a lot to be desired. Staff presence and service lacked greatly and ground and amenities were either run down, shut down or very uninviting.

It was a little disconcerting to see that the smoke detector was disconnected in our cabin. I was disappointed to find out that the pool wasn't heated through Labor Day. I had been planning on using the pool. Other than those two things, everything else was as I expected from the Cooperstown KOA. Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The campground was clean and well cared for.

The cabin wasn’t clean the floors still had dirt & under the beds & table was disgustingly dirty with large amounts of food & dirt. There was cobwebs in all the corners, the dishes on the shelf had so much dust on them, the bathroom sink had visible dirt & scum as did the shower curtain. The barn with games was a mess, plus so much cat & dog hair in the store. The campground it self had nice vie

There was a serious ant problem in our cabin. The wood that we purchased was wet and didn’t burn well.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. But the campers around me were very disrespectful and didn’t have any clear boundaries. They hit my car a couple times with a football and we’re running around my campsite.

I loved our cabin and the fact that we were so close to our friends cabins during our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that we were disappointed with was the water pressure. Taking showers, washing dishes were difficult. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay.

KOA store had very little supplies and hours of business were inconsistent. KOA employee was staying in cabin 1 and kept their dog inside the cabin 8 to 10 hours a day during our visit. We were in cabins 3 & 2 and the person would leave the camp grounds without tending to their dog. It was very upsetting.

The cabin we stayed in is as it has been for years, and was ok. However the amenities around the site (playground, activities, etc.) have degraded and/or are fewer in number than other KOA’s I’ve stayed at.

I have been staying at the site for the past 10 years. As always the stay was excellent. The bathrooms and showers are always clean and presentable and the staff is great.

My cabin was comfortable and the location is idyllic. The cabin wasn't clean when I checked in - lots of dust and spider webs adjacent to the bed. The signs for the rest rooms and showers aren't visible after dark

Everyone that works at the Cooperstown KOA is so friendly and so helpful. All the facilities were well staffed and very clean. They also had a ton of extra amenities like ping pong tables, a bounce pad for kids, and a super well stocked KOA shop. We had a family reunion in their newly finished event space and it was perfect! Can't wait to stay again!

I did not get to stay there after paying. I had an emergency and then there were severe thunderstorms. I had made the reservation that week so there is no refunds or cancellations.

Always a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Employees are helpful and kind. Having the general store onsite is very helpful to grab anything we may have forgotten or don't want to drive into town to purchase. Thank you!

I was there last weekend it was great the staff were wonderful the rain sprinkles couldn’t keep us down had the fire going cabin was nice cleaned stocked liked the patio and porch will be staying there again as a soon as we can order online Quiet surrounding this is our second time, this will be a steady place for us just far enough away from home thank you very much for your hospitality

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I loved they were able to deliver fire wood to my site when I was running low. This was such a great experience. I already booked another weekend and just waiting till they open today to book this exact weekend next year.

I discovered this little gem of a campground a few years ago when I moved from North Carolina to New York State, this is my 3rd outing here at the campground and each time has brought me a new experience. This last one was the best I First somehow ? I showed up A day early ? WTH . lol They were able to accommodate me without any headaches . Thank you very much for that. And for 4 days, I just sat around the campfire getting up only to cook on a grill, use the restroom and eventually when the fire went out at what time going to bed that's all I wanted to do. I think I called them 2 times for wood even in the mist , it was nice is what I needed. Thank you very much for that would I come back , Absolutely 💯 I am coming back The staff was very friendly and helpful The cabin was very roomy loved the tub Thank you for another wonderful experience

A great KOA with great value. Close to Cooperstown and Dreams Park but also close to the state parks in the area. I think the Kamping Kabins could be a little cleaner but nothing crazy just some cobwebs thats all. It is always a pleasure to stay here!

First impressions is a lot for any business.. with that being said most importantly I will go back if I can.. but when we first arrived to the KOA Kampground welcome offfice we seen a note written on a piece of paper no pets allowed in the store.. ok we can respect that.. but upon entering there is a cat laying in a basket.. and a bigger dog laying on the floor.. and the store was a hot mess.. and there area to walk to the counter was the same.. the check in lady was great.. but it wasn't a great first impression.. we came back a few days later to see items in the store and it didn't get picked up still a mess and there was dog food all over the floor we had to watch were we stepped so we wouldn't smoosh it in the floor all I kept thinking was mice will love this..so in my opinion that needs to be addressed it's the first line of impressions ppl see. The grounds themselves were decent being a KOA even a journey you have certain expectations.. we rarely go to a KOA due to the cost.. the WiFi was excellent best I have seen.. the water was good it's a little hard but it was manageable I used my own water after the 2nd day for coffee..all staff were friendly that we encountered..
