It was a nice start. Loved the setting of the campground. Amenities were limited at campground, but if you are visiting the Cooperstown sites, that i was ok. Only complaint was that the water pressure was limited.

Thanks for the feedback. We sometimes have to make a fix to piping which causes water pressure issues or sometimes filters need to be changed at the RV. We are happy to help figure out what is going on.

Site was not good,unusable patio,not level could not even sit in a chair outside,they cut the grass a week too late long grass clippings all over,ends up all over you and your dog if you have one.The pool is about to cave in and not cleaned very often.Other than these things it was not good.

We've stayed at the Cooperstown KOA twice before and knew that it would be a great experience. We were not disappointed. Great facility, friendly staff and so conveniently located to all of the places we wanted to visit. We'll be back again, soon. Thanks again for making our vacation so wonderful.

Our stay was a very comfortable one as it has been before. We were surprised that we were going to stay in another cabin than we have before,especially with a dog. We loved the cabin with the exception of the high-top kitchen table. We needed a table to sit at for a couple of hours a day to work from home and a high-top stool is not comfortable at all. I hope our old cabin is back in action.

Fantastic campground. Well-kept, scenic and serene. I rented a cabin to visit my family traveling in an RV and it was well-equipped, charming and spotless. The campground staff is very friendly and responsive. Outstanding experience in all categories.

Pretty far off the beaten path. Sites not very level although they appear to be working on that. Narrow roads and tight turns not big-rig friendly.

We have some spots that are more big rig friendly than others. This campground has been a proud member of the KOA family since the early 1970s. Updates to sites are coming, but of course take time. We are located off of Rt. 20 which runs all the way to Oregon (fun fact).

Only complaint is the road work being done thought our stay...got a little noisy at times but it's a much needed repair.

Men’s room urinal filled with pee and was green smelled horrible. Sites are to close together no privacy.

Great location & views. Staff was super helpful with a challenge we had. Very dilligent in maintaining lots and roadways after Mother Nature stopped by for a visit also!

Very peaceful and the grounds were well kept. Friendly staff. The only reason I didn’t rate five stars was the fact that the pool area needs work. We could see, though, that they are currently working on new siding for the main building so we know that improvements are being made. We would return for a close to home getaway

Very enjoyable stay while visiting Cooperstown NY and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Cooperstown is about a 20 minute drive from the campground. Campground sites were very clean and fairly level. Water pressure was good. Bathroom and shower facilities were clean and well attended as well as the laundry. Beautiful surrounding area as this campground is situated around large working farms.

Rented a basic cabin. Everything on the grounds is well taken care of and the staff is very friendly. Great place to camp or just get away for a few days.

Our stay was great. Bathroom's plumbing could use some improvements though. Toilets wouldn't flush

The stay was fantastic. This is a basic campground so if you’re looking to camp and enjoy actual camping without resort amenities, this is the place. Pretty view, clean campground, friendly staff, well maintained, area is quiet and beautiful. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was low water pressure. Thanks for the great long weekend Cooperstown KOA!

They went out of their way for us. My wife went into the office / store looking for hangers. They did not have any but about one hour later they was a knock on our motorhome door. They went into town and pick up some hangers for us. What great service! I will be back..

The staff is very friendly and tries to make the customer happy. Very nice campsites. Bathrooms are clean. Showers are clean. Very quiet surroundings.

Our site was plenty long enough, very woodsy feeling. The staff was very helpful and friendly. One issue we have is that the site should have had the grass cut. They had plenty of notice that we were coming.

I discovered this little gem of a campground a few years ago when I moved from North Carolina to New York State, this is my 3rd outing here at the campground and each time has brought me a new experience. This last one was the best I First somehow ? I showed up A day early ? WTH . lol They were able to accommodate me without any headaches . Thank you very much for that. And for 4 days, I just sat around the campfire getting up only to cook on a grill, use the restroom and eventually when the fire went out at what time going to bed that's all I wanted to do. I think I called them 2 times for wood even in the mist , it was nice is what I needed. Thank you very much for that would I come back , Absolutely 💯 I am coming back The staff was very friendly and helpful The cabin was very roomy loved the tub Thank you for another wonderful experience

A great KOA with great value. Close to Cooperstown and Dreams Park but also close to the state parks in the area. I think the Kamping Kabins could be a little cleaner but nothing crazy just some cobwebs thats all. It is always a pleasure to stay here!

First impressions is a lot for any business.. with that being said most importantly I will go back if I can.. but when we first arrived to the KOA Kampground welcome offfice we seen a note written on a piece of paper no pets allowed in the store.. ok we can respect that.. but upon entering there is a cat laying in a basket.. and a bigger dog laying on the floor.. and the store was a hot mess.. and there area to walk to the counter was the same.. the check in lady was great.. but it wasn't a great first impression.. we came back a few days later to see items in the store and it didn't get picked up still a mess and there was dog food all over the floor we had to watch were we stepped so we wouldn't smoosh it in the floor all I kept thinking was mice will love this..so in my opinion that needs to be addressed it's the first line of impressions ppl see. The grounds themselves were decent being a KOA even a journey you have certain expectations.. we rarely go to a KOA due to the cost.. the WiFi was excellent best I have seen.. the water was good it's a little hard but it was manageable I used my own water after the 2nd day for coffee..all staff were friendly that we encountered..
