The sites are fantastic. The workers are friendly and very helpful. They have put a lot of work into the place and it really shows. If we get back that way again we will be staying at this beautiful KOA.

We love this place and in particular their generous patio sites. When we want a restful stay away from it all this is where we end up. They also have outstanding bathroom suites and wifi that actually works. Try not to miss Walker Burger, 5 minutes down the road.

Nice place, clean and the amenities are good, Good location to start day trips from .. Really do need to do some kind of Mosquito abatement, could not sit outside in the evening without being eaten alive. Other than that the stay was nice and comfortable.

The campground was so well taken care of! We had a large pull through site with gravel. There were many amenities including a pool, laundry and even a dog wash station! Loved looking up at the huge rock wall and enjoyed the shade from it. Highly recommend this place.

Tim and Scott were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The park is very clean and well thought out. The pool was great. The views of the hills all light up at night and the valley below. The dog run area also had water and pick up bags and clean. There are some sites that are deluxe with cement patio, fire pit and bar b ques included. We will stay again for sure

The campgrounds and facilities are very clean. The employees are always around and are always helpful. It does need some sound walls put up for the busy hyway 395 traffic.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at the Coleville/Walker KOA and it’s about time I leave a review. This is the cleanest, most well groomed, efficient, pet friendly, KOA we’ve ever stayed at. The bathrooms/showers are clean, huge and better than mine at home. The pet area is large and well designed. Perfectly located near Mammoth and the east Yosemite entrance, we’ll absolutely be return

Did 2-overnight stays here on 8/13-14 and 8/20-21. Was on my way south and later north. Both times I was very impressed at the overall appearance of the site, people, facilities, etc. Next trip to that area I will plan for longer stays. While I don't have a pet, it looked like a pet friendly place. Lovely setting there too.

Great site. Lovely surroundings. Great staff. Tim and Allen were very helpful. Tim has curated a fantastic little supply shop there for campers with all the essentials.

We always love Walker KOA to “bookend” our vacations. Very clean restrooms, friendly staff, nice store although I don’t think we’ve needed it but have checked it out and would likely have most anything one would need. Maybe not want, but most needs. Lol. Pull through an are level, gravel is well kept etc. Their dump connection still fails to work properly. Could use work on connection.

I have stayed at several KOA campgrounds and Coleville stands alone in their effort to provide an excellent product. Let's face it, Coleville will not be confused with Carmel, but if you like the high desert experience, you will love Coleville/Walker.

This was our last stay on a three-week 3,000 + mile adventure. We stayed at several KOA's but this was the best of the bunch. It's clear the owners put in a lot of effort and work. Clean, tidy, staff working on one thing or another throughout the days. Friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

The check in person, Penny, was very friendly and professional. The facility was very poorly maintained and unattractive. The bushes were, dead, dying, or wilting. The picnic tables were rough and unpainted. There were signs someone had once tried upgrading the place, but have since moved on or lost interest. This place needs help!

We were absolutely impressed with your property… it was perfect for us with our grandchildren. The pool was refreshing and fun, not crowded. The playground and trail were a hit also! And so close to so many places to visit or eat. We will return!

Awesome RV destination! The camp host (Allan) was very helpful and informative. Everything worked, site and facilities were clean and well-designed. The whole experience was very pleasurable. Super nice KOA! Epic backdrop. Trailer sites are wide, level, and smooth. Common areas are clean and well lighted. Wi-Fi worked very good. Restaurant next to the KOA is good. Town of Walker to south has Mountain View BBQ, Walker Burger and Walker Coffee. To the north in Coleville is a small Commissary and Marine Corps Exchange if your a Vet or Active Duty. Highly recommend Coleville/Walker KOA. Stayed here again 5/21-5/25 2026. Outstanding KOA! Meticulously maintained facilities and sites. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Epic backdrop of rock cliffs. Most of the time the provided WiFi was good enough to stream YouTube TV or HBO. I highly recommend Coleville/Walker KOA.

We recently stayed at Meadowcliff Lodge & Coleville/Walker KOA and couldn't have been more impressed. The campground was spotless from top to bottom, and our site was perfectly level — exactly what you want after a long drive. Water pressure was excellent, and the whole facility was clearly maintained with real pride of ownership. What truly sets this place apart are the hosts, Tim and Scott. After years of RVing themselves, they found this gem and it shows — they run a tight, welcoming ship. Warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about giving guests a great experience. We will absolutely be back — again and again. Highly recommend to any RVer passing through the Eastern Sierra!
