The owners have made the KOA a beautiful place to stay. All the grounds are perfectly groomed and cleaned.

This was the nicest KOA I’ve been to yet and in a most beautiful setting. The sites and facilities were spotless and the host very friendly. He pointed out a nice short trail that ran along the base of cliffs just behind the campground which provided a nice place to walk after a day of driving.

Ten out of ten. One of the best KOA Campgrounds. Internet is super fast. I love the private shower and toilet rooms. Everything is clean and nice.

Stay was good. But the information in camping guide and on camp ground web sight didn't indicate that there was a pet limit.

Parking was easy pull thru level spot. The dog run was locked access Tony of them. I notified officer of dog with us. Bit pricey considering no pool.just opening for season…83.00 night

Beautiful rv park, staff really care if your comfortable and help in anyway super friendly would highly recommend this park and a big plus for us was they have cable tv which most rv parks only have streaming

Coleville /Walker KOA…I can not say enough good about the managers and team members they have ..I stayed at the beinging of an early opening, I felt safe and secure … although early, everything was up and running…very clean showers with plenty of hot water..beautiful location, well kept and very clean… they went above and beyond in service … thank you

Awesome stay! The Campground is clean and neat, the amenities are awesome, and I have just have never stayed at a Campground where they clean out your fireplace daily and load it with new free firewood for the next evening! 5 Star Campground!

Coleville/Walker was one of the best campgrounds we've stayed at so far! Staff is friendly and accommodating; the facilities were impeccably clean; the campsite itself had wonderful amenities like fire pits with supplied wood, and a covered table on a cement pad, with comfortable chairs. The dog areas were good size and clean. I really can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! Thank you

Without a doubt, this KOA is our favorite place to stay in our RV. The resort setting is beautiful with a picture perfect landscape. The grounds are very well maintained and groomed. This is a wonderful getaway for relaxation. The hosts and staff are very warm and inviting. They take care of your every need. They are so much a part of what makes this KOA a great place to stay. Great stay.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the facility and area. It is next to the highway so there is plenty of traffic noise. Good Basecamp to explore the area. Closes mid October for winter. Nice well maintained grounds.

This is a really nice KOA. It was there last weekend for the season, so there were only a handful of occupied sites which made for a quiet and relaxing weekend

Well-maintained park; friendly, helpful staff. K9 pens and interesting addition: wonder about fencing the entire back in site for a larger animal? Reasonable dog park.

Nice accessable site, pull through, full hookups. Clean restrooms and showers. Appears to have some other excellent facilities but I was on a one night in and out stay.

This was just about the nicest KOA we have ever stayed at! The setting is beautiful, the park was clean, and they had a nearly two mile round trip walk to the river!.They guided us to our site and even helped us back in. We will definitely be back!

This KOA is the jewel of the Eastern Sierra. It's centrally located to provide access to Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, Mammoth Lakes, Mono Lake and local fishing with the KOA's own private river access. Beautifully maintained at the foot of the historic Centennial Cliffs, the site of the California Crossing (Google it!). Don't miss an opportunity to enjoy a remarkable experience.

The grounds are kept up. Recent repairs/replacements paint and grounds are cared for. Each site has ample space and views. Rooms are clean. Linens/ towels are newer. Comfortable beds. Bath house well maintained. Heres the shame of it. The new ownership has alienated the locals. When visiting local businesses, a distain for the KOA owners was verbalized after inquiries of our lodging.

The camp hosts were great people. Our site was level, roomy, and with beautiful views of mountains ranges on the west and east sides. There are also plenty of activities in the area to keep one busy. Great place and we hope to return.

We love staying at the Coleville/Walker KOA! We found it a few years ago and now make it a point to come back two or three times a year for a few days. The hosts are awesome, and their team is always super helpful. We’d recommend this KOA to anyone—once you stay here, you’ll be hooked!

The facility was impeccably maintained. As soon as a camper moved out, the outside picnic table was cleaned. the sites were quickly bladed until the pea gravel base was perfect. The outside covered tables with a barbecue available first come first served was pleasant. The lighting was very good but not blinding. There were also sites with extra amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

The host was very nice to get me a spot without having a reservation. This location is always good but I will likely stop camping with KOA next year because prices have gotten too high. I am retired and need to watch my budget.

This was a very nice little KOA with a beautiful backdrop! I would highly recommend if you’re going to be in the area. Very clean and a very friendly staff. Not much of a town but some good hiking and the views are spectacular.

Beautifully landscaped, spotless campground. Great views to the west. Very nice large dog park. We stayed an extra night because we loved it so much. Only downside is traffic noise from 395. We were happy to overlook that for the ambiance.

Super nice KOA! Epic backdrop. Trailer sites are wide, level, and smooth. Common areas are clean and well lighted. Wi-Fi worked very good. Restaurant next to the KOA is good. Town of Walker to south has Mountain View BBQ, Walker Burger and Walker Coffee. To the north in Coleville is a small Commissary and Marine Corps Exchange if your a Vet or Active Duty. Highly recommend Coleville/Walker KOA. Stayed here again 5/21-5/25 2026. Outstanding KOA! Meticulously maintained facilities and sites. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Epic backdrop of rock cliffs. Most of the time the provided WiFi was good enough to stream YouTube TV or HBO. I highly recommend Coleville/Walker KOA.

We recently stayed at Meadowcliff Lodge & Coleville/Walker KOA and couldn't have been more impressed. The campground was spotless from top to bottom, and our site was perfectly level — exactly what you want after a long drive. Water pressure was excellent, and the whole facility was clearly maintained with real pride of ownership. What truly sets this place apart are the hosts, Tim and Scott. After years of RVing themselves, they found this gem and it shows — they run a tight, welcoming ship. Warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about giving guests a great experience. We will absolutely be back — again and again. Highly recommend to any RVer passing through the Eastern Sierra!
