This is the 2nd year we had our church couples campout there. Some folks used their motel while others rented rv spaces. Tim and Scott are great hosts and the park meets all of our needs. The only drawback is that some of our elderly folks that come to our church can't make it to the park due to health reasons and would love to just come and share a meal with us. Park says no visitors.

Our RV group stayed four nights. Everything was sparkling clean. The shaded conversation area poolside was a delight! Only wish we could have used the clubhouse the two days it was not being used.

Our group of Shriners had a Good time, as always at KOA Meadow Cliffs. We have been staying there for several years, and it keeps getting better.

The shadiest tent site is not so shady in the early afternoon [nap time for some of us old folks]. The pool is great. The sink was handy. The shower was nice. This is a very clean campground.

I’ve now stayed at over a dozen KOAs in my lifetime and I have to say that this one is one of my absolute favorites. I wasn’t expecting to like it as much as I did, but the area is gorgeous (the cliffs are amazing!), the layout is intuitive, and the facilities are clean and well kept. I absolutely recommend staying here. Oh and the staff were all very nice!

Office guys could be a little more friendly

Thank you for your review. Our audit log shows you checked in after hours when the office was closed, and left the next morning before the office opened. I believe you may have the wrong location.

The Cotton was out of control and never mentioned on the website although they mention the traffic from the road which was not an issue at all. I had a family emergency and wanted to cut my stay short and they would do nothing to accommodate. Very unhelpful

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we do not have any control over Mother Nature resulting in trees producing cotton. We did accommodate your family by allowing you to shorten your stay prior to checkin, as well as letting you have a 5th person at no charge, in a room designed for 4.

What a beautiful KOA facility! We were so pleased with how friendly the owners and staff were and how everything was so clean. We came with our Church group and were able to use the clubhouse for our potluck dinner. And the motel rooms were comfortable and had air conditioning. And the amazing rock mountains were breathtaking! They had pool, a walking trail, and a dog park. We will return!

We love this RV park. Staff is very helpful and the sites are always clean. It is a great base camp for our hiking adventures. We also love the dog runs they provide as we always bring our dogs along.

We were very impressed with the facilities and the very organized and friendly people running the place. Liked the spacious sites and privacy and the nice bathroom/shower rooms. It is a scenic location and we really liked the adjacent rock formation. We will definitely come back again.

We very much enjoyed the firepit (with wood delivery) and patio at our site. The bathroom was an easy walk, and we loved that they were all individual stalls/rooms with showers. There was only one bathroom near the pool which proved to be constantly in-use, however. And we would sincerely recommend a play structure for younger kids with climbing/sliding/shaded features.

Campground was very clean and bathrooms were very good. A little too much road noise from hiway 395 for us. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

I am usually not a fan of KOA Campgrounds, but owners Tim and Scott have made me a fan. They continue to make wonderful improvements to the grounds, and maintain everything immaculately. We will definitely be back and have already recommended the campground to multiple people.

Very clean and quiet campground. Nice hot showers. A bit noisy at night due to its proximity to the highway. Alsothat fire rings are only supplied on rv sites none are placed on tent sites. If you’re tenting and want a fire you need to use the community fire ring

Thank you for your feedback. Fire pits are available for rent at all sites. We rent them in order to control the type of fire and fire pit subject to County restrictions place due to our location of high fire danger. Premium RV sites are supplied with permanent fire pits.

This is our third year staying at the park and the owners and staff are phenomenal. The park is spotless and a perfect location for a rest or as a home base to explore the region. Either way, you won't be disappointed!

What a great park! PERFECTLY level spots nicely spaced with trees in between; private dog runs at some spaces are a really nice perk; the shower/bathrooms are very clean and set up well and when we were there it was very quiet. I highly recommend this park.

Scott and Tim are awesome Hosts! There isn't a bad camp site on property. Very very clean. Trees and bushes seemed manicured, flowers prolific, like a Disney theme park. Our dogs loved the dog park with all the amenities. The store inventory was stocked for campers and glampers. The pool clean and there is a huge lawn area for the kids. Wow, Gold Standard!!!

Super nice KOA! Epic backdrop. Trailer sites are wide, level, and smooth. Common areas are clean and well lighted. Wi-Fi worked very good. Restaurant next to the KOA is good. Town of Walker to south has Mountain View BBQ, Walker Burger and Walker Coffee. To the north in Coleville is a small Commissary and Marine Corps Exchange if your a Vet or Active Duty. Highly recommend Coleville/Walker KOA. Stayed here again 5/21-5/25 2026. Outstanding KOA! Meticulously maintained facilities and sites. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Epic backdrop of rock cliffs. Most of the time the provided WiFi was good enough to stream YouTube TV or HBO. I highly recommend Coleville/Walker KOA.

We recently stayed at Meadowcliff Lodge & Coleville/Walker KOA and couldn't have been more impressed. The campground was spotless from top to bottom, and our site was perfectly level — exactly what you want after a long drive. Water pressure was excellent, and the whole facility was clearly maintained with real pride of ownership. What truly sets this place apart are the hosts, Tim and Scott. After years of RVing themselves, they found this gem and it shows — they run a tight, welcoming ship. Warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about giving guests a great experience. We will absolutely be back — again and again. Highly recommend to any RVer passing through the Eastern Sierra!
