I love this place, clean, great location, lots of amenities. The only complaint I have is that the night sky there is incredibly beautiful, but there was no way to turn off the very bright lighting at the site’s hookup spot and it diluted our ability to enjoy it. When I go again I’ll ask about it.

Beautiful camp ground. We only stayed one night but wished we had time to stay longer. Camp grounds were very clean and nice large sites. Our dog enjoyed the dog park area. We’re planning on returning again.

Pristine grounds, showers and store. Staff is professional, helpful and takes pride in their facility. We’ll be stopping every time we pass through the area.

Clean level sites, surprisingly quite even though its next to the highway and the staff was very pleasant. We will definitely satay here again!

The place was very clean and spacious but the road noise was very loud. We had a group of 4 camping and one was placed far away? They said there were no empty spots next to us but thought the weekend the spot next to our group was empty? Also we were told they would not allow any visitors? This was very frustrating because we had friends that wanted to visit us due to one of our birthday....

This is an unusual site in that it is in a spectacular location. The dramatic cliffs behind the KOA are always there. We really liked the secure, clean full individual bathrooms in the central block. The whole site is on crushed rock, but this did not detract from the attractiveness. Overall, a great stay.

Totally enjoyed it!!! Loved the host Tim very friendly and helpful in telling things to do and suggesting restaurants. The only tiny thing of the ���� sites would have been on the cliff it would have been �!! A Saturday community campfire would have been amazing � ….. but loved everything else!!

Very nice. We did get woke up by 2 class a's leaving early one morning but otherwise it was very quiet. We especially enjoyed the way they helped us to our site and helped us back in.

The sites are fantastic. The workers are friendly and very helpful. They have put a lot of work into the place and it really shows. If we get back that way again we will be staying at this beautiful KOA.

We love this place and in particular their generous patio sites. When we want a restful stay away from it all this is where we end up. They also have outstanding bathroom suites and wifi that actually works. Try not to miss Walker Burger, 5 minutes down the road.

Nice place, clean and the amenities are good, Good location to start day trips from .. Really do need to do some kind of Mosquito abatement, could not sit outside in the evening without being eaten alive. Other than that the stay was nice and comfortable.

The campground was so well taken care of! We had a large pull through site with gravel. There were many amenities including a pool, laundry and even a dog wash station! Loved looking up at the huge rock wall and enjoyed the shade from it. Highly recommend this place.

Tim and Scott were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The park is very clean and well thought out. The pool was great. The views of the hills all light up at night and the valley below. The dog run area also had water and pick up bags and clean. There are some sites that are deluxe with cement patio, fire pit and bar b ques included. We will stay again for sure

The campgrounds and facilities are very clean. The employees are always around and are always helpful. It does need some sound walls put up for the busy hyway 395 traffic.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at the Coleville/Walker KOA and it’s about time I leave a review. This is the cleanest, most well groomed, efficient, pet friendly, KOA we’ve ever stayed at. The bathrooms/showers are clean, huge and better than mine at home. The pet area is large and well designed. Perfectly located near Mammoth and the east Yosemite entrance, we’ll absolutely be return

Did 2-overnight stays here on 8/13-14 and 8/20-21. Was on my way south and later north. Both times I was very impressed at the overall appearance of the site, people, facilities, etc. Next trip to that area I will plan for longer stays. While I don't have a pet, it looked like a pet friendly place. Lovely setting there too.

Great site. Lovely surroundings. Great staff. Tim and Allen were very helpful. Tim has curated a fantastic little supply shop there for campers with all the essentials.

Outstanding park! Super clean park with attendants always seeing to it. Nature trail and a view of the beautiful mountain that they light up at night. Everyone is super friendly. There's a dog wash station and sites with dog kennels. The greatest part for me was the attendant that shows you to your site and directs you into your spot. No arguing with the wife!! All nice gravel and a super nice clean grass playground, plus a pool, laundry room, restrooms, showers and all very clean. Quiet park. Not much to do in the immediate area, but a good base camp.

i was a little skeptical about staying at an RV park honestly but it really ended up being the perfect spot for us on this trip. the lot we had was pretty spacious and felt surprisingly private despite being surrounded by other people, you could hear the creek from our site which is one of those things i love but never know how to describe well. we walked down to the river both mornings we were there and it was cold but so nice seeing the sun come up casting light on the mountains that are literally right there. the bathrooms were cleaner than some motels ive stayed at which is always a relief and the staff member at check in was just really kind and not pushy at all. if we go through this area again im definitely going to stay here and probably already try to book the same spot
