A beautiful campground with great staff. They had a communal fire always burning, a show on Sat night. It was a great stay. This place had their own newspaper and it was fun to see it had been owned by the same family for 50 years.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful place with great hosts! Chocorua's trails were wonderful for exercise and relaxation. The sights were a good size and very usable. Our ONLY complaint was the requirement that only wood bought onsite could be used for fires. $7.50/bundle for 4-5 pieces of wood meant a campfire was at least $15.

We were moved to a nice spot on the lake. It’s rustic and rural but plenty to do and we felt like we had privacy. We stayed 5 days

The staff there are amazing and make you feel right at home. The camp store has everything you could think of. Wood delivery right to the site and trash pick up are a plus! The weekend activities are perfect for families!

We had an amazing time!! All the staff were so friendly, happy, and very helpful!! Also, one of the most dog friendly campgrounds I have stayed at!! I can’t wait for our next stay, I will be booking soon!!

This was a return stay for us. One of our favorite locations near the mountains. As always, great service by staff, very clean, and great activities. Had the pleasure of attending "The Impersonators" show! Great entertainers! Pizza was good too!

I am a single woman traveling across the states and was thrilled to have such wonderful, personal assistance and advice while booking my stay, and also learning more about KOA camps. This was a lovely site and I appreciated the personal escort to my location, even though I arrived rather late. Wonderful service and lovely campground. Thank you!

Sites had plenty of room and privacy. Site location was pretty view. Campground well maintained . Extremely friendly staff. Very helpful. Lots of amenities. So much to do. Clean bathrooms and showers.

We were shocked to see the nightly rate changed without any notification. We booked at $93 per night, but upon check in were charged $100 per night (base rate). It is a little unsettling that a rate is not locked in when we book and pay a deposit, but even more unsettling that NO notification is given until you check in. Booking should lock in the rate.

This is the first campground I have stayed where the site was completely level. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the pool is spotlessly clean.

Everything was great, except that the office closed at 5pm (usually 6pm), and no code for the gate. I called the after hours number multiple times but nobody answered and I didn’t get a call back until at least an hour later. Would have been frustrating if I was desperate to get in and set up. Once we arrived the service was excellent. Only other thing is that the site furniture was dirty on arr

Beautiful campground, would be back for sure. The only comment I would make is that the campground roads / paths are very "uneven". Gravel should be added. Other than that I will be back.

Excellent stay, beautiful and well kept campground with friendly staff. So much to do right at the campground you don't even need to leave though the location is great, right between North Conway and Lake Winnipesaukee, about a half hour. Well will definitely be back. My husband and I agreed that this is our favorite campground and this is our 9th season camping.

The entire staff are the best. They wave at you while they're driving their carts and tending to some customer request or maintenance call. The grounds are clean and the activities are well organized and entertaining. The location is close to a lot of family fun venues. This is our 4th year staying at Chocorua KOA. We have a site reserved for Father's Day, Labor Day & Columbus weekends.

Very family friendly campgroupnd. Our site was on the "main drag", so lots of walkers and kids, next visit we'll pick a site that is deeper in the park. We loved the hiking trails in the woods, big bonus. Showers could have been cleaner, but it was a really busy weekend with lots of campers.

We had such a wonderful stay. All the staff was so kind and really looked out for the campers. O e staff member even brought our daughter back to our campsite in the golf cart with her bike on the back because she was too cold. Will definitely be returning, only wish was that they had a jump pad my kids really enjoyed that at other KOA’s.

Favorite place to stay. Beautiful views from the waterfront sites.. We even saw loons. Great trails and kayaking as well as a kitchen that makes wonderful and reasonably priced Saturday specials. Looking forward to returning.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Love the Saturday specials for dinner. The trails and kayaking make it so you don't need to leave the campground. Very dog friendly. Can't wait to return next year.

I love the place, the only thing is the bathroom. I cannot get a good hand wash only one hand can get water soak and the other hand I have to turn on the water on. I can't even wash my hand cause I need my other have to do hand wash. I can only turn the water on one at a time. The hand soap is old and the hand dryer is too old too. I had to bring my paper towel with me to dry my hand.

Very well run operation. Steve at the check in very helpful. Arts and crafts great withe Cathy and Red Sandy keeping the kids busy. Bob the general manager has made good improvements from the last time I was there. Kitchen crew needs to add more to the menu. We enjoyed it very much George and Michele Young. This campground was amazing. Everyone was pleasant . The campground was clean and our spotB12 was beautiful. You really felt like you were camping. Our spot was big. Some places we go everyone is so crammed in and no privacy. If we are back in that area again we will definitely stay there. We are from Windsor Locks CT

This was my second time staying here. Just an overnight stay while traveling from Maine home. Got to enjoy the lake and had an excellent site. Staff were super nice and very helpful in showing me around the campground and especially where to access the lake with my kayak.
