We had a wonderful time! Took our niece for a camping weekend and she had an absolute blast! Wr had a lot of fun and loved all of the activities. Caren (boat race host) and Sophia (craft expert) really made our weekend 5 stars with their positivity, kindness and patience with all of the kids! Thank you Bob for a speedy checkout! We are already planning our next weekend!

Wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. Very responsive to requests for help. Plenty of activities, great pond for swimming, canoeing, kayaking.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this koa . The cabin we stayed in was beautiful and well kept , the staff was helpful and cheery , and the space was amazing. We would have liked there to be more weekday activities for kids but other than that we very much enjoyed our stay!

Staff was friendly The cabin outdoor chairs were rusty on the arms the table leg was damaged Inside the cabin the smell of the plugin air fresheners was not pleasant the mattress in the bedroom smelled of animal urine. When brought to attention of staff they said it wasn’t and couldn’t be, that we were mistaken. Offered us another mattress cover and wouldn’t come smell the mattees We won’t

I love this Chocorua koa. It’s very clean and secluded. I can enjoy the view of pond and woods and birds sound.

Very beautiful area. The cabin was perfect. We had a little problem with the electricity, and it was fix very fast. Staff was great and friendly, they fix the issue. My kid had a great time, by the pond, we didn't get to try the pool but it look great. My youngest loved both parks, and that they had sand pit in them. We will definitely be back

We felt right at home, the staff was amazing everyone was so kind and welcoming! We loved the Birch Lodge and all the recreational stuff for families to enjoy. We will definitely be coming back!

The campground was clean, beautifully spaced out and there were many family and kid centered activities. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, outgoing and helpful.

I would have left a 10 and 5 stars but the cabin we stayed in has a faulty shower two years in a row. I spoke to Bob and got no result and wrote an email about it and got no response! We did not rebook for next year only to lose a deposit and come back to an incredibly uncomfortable and difficult shower mixing valve. If it was fixed, we would rebook. Comfort of the cabin guests is not priority.

This campground is fully staffed with very nice employees! The campground is clean and well maintained. We rented a cabin and everything was in clean and working order. Even though it rained the whole time, we made the best of it! We will be back for sure!

This was a great campground and the kids and I enjoyed it. We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was very comfortable. The staff was able to take care of all our needs. The setting was beautiful!

We loved it the Campground, the Staff all were excellent, we understand nature but the amount of mice living in the cabin was insane they need to atleast try to mitigate it a little.

The stay it’s perfect, but in the cabin we find a lot of ants inside and when we come back we found ants.

Check in was easy and quick. Our cabin was clean and well stocked. Called for assistance with the propane light and someone was there within 15 minutes. Great service, wonderful staff - love staying here!

Only suggestion for this year’s adventure (part 1), is for housekeeping/maintenance to insure everything is in working order prior to guest arrival. Bathroom sliding door was off the track and wouldn’t function properly and oven pilot was out, Called for oven repair at 7:30 and didn’t receive a call back til morning. I was able to cook at my sister's cabin, luckily.

The cabin we stayed in had some issues, things broken off the walls and never fixed. We ended up fixing them. The cabin didn't look like it had been cleaned prior to us coming and they were missing some key things (spatula, colander, large bowl). It would be also very convenient if they rented golf carts for those on the island to get back and forth easier.

Our frist night we ran put of gas in the cabin I went to take a shower at 11 o'clock with no hot water and the gas light when out. We call someone to turn the gas off. Then the second day we had no refrigerator and we got two's bags of ice. It was was find the next two days but we had a good time away for our birthday and wedding anniversary. We will be back some time again but not that cabin agai

Wonderful campground, beautiful scenery, we have a great time until the last evening of our stay, our neighbor down the road decided to blast us with head banging music from 7-10 pm, we had to escape to the camper for relief.

Usually it is an amazing time. However, this time was quite a letdown. First the cabin had trash left in the room on the floor near the end table, there was old peanut butter wrappers and half eaten power bar. Then the bed upstairs when the blanket was pulled back had dead bugs on the sheet and a smooshed bug on 1 of the pillows. workers kept going in garage and store closed early so no wood

We stayed in the eagles nest. It did have a musky smell but I bought spray and running the air conditioner helped. The dining table was loose My son almost wiped out our whole dinner by putting pressure on the left side underneath the plastic bracket was broke. Other than that was fantastic both minor things. Staff was very helpful everybody was cheerful. We will definitely will be back.

The cabin we originally rented was having some problems so they gave us a deluxe cabin so we could still enjoy our trip.great camp ground,great staff,everyone was nice friendly and pleasant to deal with we will be back again soon.

We stayed at Bears Den - it was neat & clean. Screened in porch was great. Heating did not work properly, either it was full blast or nothing. Setting the temp made no difference..
