Activities outstanding at this KOA. Campground is beautiful with hiking tails and most trailer sites are not in the open. Personal friendly and communicate well. Quick check-in Rented a RV -- worked well for us except RV had a musty smell.

We love the Chocorua KOA! The only issue was that our site was changed the day of our arrival. Claiming the site was not available. We made our reservation in July we had the clerk check for that site C1. Come to find out the people that were on our original site were there with a group of friends who reserved sites together. We were moved to accommodate them. We were not happy about that.

I've been camping in Northern New England for ten years. This KOA is one of my favorite sites. Looking forward to coming back.

Very nice campground, we’re thinking of bringing our grandchildren back next summer. The only problem I had was the location I was in was great but when I leaving the road was to tight for my truck and trailer and in order to make the corner I ended up slightly scraping the back corner of my trailer on a tree and I that is with the front tire of my truck having to drive up onto the rockery.

Always love to stay there. The only drawback is again the same people that rent the cabin across from us are very disrespectful to others. Every year they are loud and obnoxious. Playing music so loud like we all want to hear them. They never abide by quiet time. They need to be band not sure if anyone ever calls them out on it. This has been going on for years. That’s the only thing that ruins

We had so much fun celebrating Halloween up at Chocorua! Perfect weekend with the family. Thanks to all the Chocorua staff for being so kind and friendly and helpful and working so hard to plan the weekend’s events. We’ll be back next year!

This was our third year staying at Chocorua Camping Village and our family loves it! This was our first Haunted Halloween stay and it was a great time. Thanks to the whole staff for a wonderful weekend. One thing I would change is the firewood situation. I’ve noticed that awe keep getting sold bundles of pine which burns too quickly and isn’t good for cooking. Hardwood only please.

Fell in love with this place over a long weekend 4 years ago. This year we stayed a month in the summer and returned home after a two week stay this fall. We have a beautiful waterfront site that is convenient to all the campgrounds amenities and activities. The campground is well maintained and has a fabulous staff, many who have been here 10 years or more. We are returning again next year.

The sites are way too tight for big rigs. We filled out all of the size information in the reservation but I'm not sure anyone read it. Too many trees and so many dead trees! Fireplace was unusable. Price was high for what was provided. Plus was that lots were spacious after you squeezed into the site. Big rigs beware!!

I have been to Chocorua Koa 4 times over the past 10 years. Every stay has been great. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Many fun things to do on the campground and lots of really good hikes nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Chocorua KOA. We enjoyed the Halloween vibe and some of the activities. We were attending a wedding close by so we were not able to participate in many activities. Tie dying was very fun and well taught. The bathroom in our cabin was not very clean as the toilet, I cleaned due to heavy staining in it. The sink was spattered and I also cleaned. The shower was great.

Lovely campground. This may be bc of the drought but we were made to put our fire out at 9 when the paperwork at check in says midnight. Honestly this was really disappointing. Also there is a bathroom cleaning schedule that states afternoon hours but both mornings someone was in the tiny bathrooms cleaning during the morning rush. The men’s room was even closed!! When ppl are waking up.. bad.

Tend to stay midweek so probably miss out on some things Chocorua offers. However you offer everything I need! Stayed with you over several years. Last couple of years had C104 which is ideal - just need water and electric, and its near the restrooms! Will most probably visit again next year. Trust you had a good season? Keith M.

Be aware that being escorted to your site sounds like great thing uou are still responsible for your actions. If your guided and happen to back into a tree it is your fault. The campground willl not assume any responsbilty. KOA does not hold the campground responsible either. I was accused of being an inexperienced driver which is not true.

The staff were friendly. That is all I can say that is good. The sites are difficult to move your motorhome into and out of. The bathrooms are horrendous. Need to be updated.

As newbies to camping, this was the best experience so far. Staff was friendly and helpful. camp grounds were clean and beautiful. We hope to return next season for a longer stay.

The campground itself had some very charming aspects, beautiful camper sites, and the staff was extremely friendly, unfortunately the cabin we rented fell a bit flat, especially for a KOA. It was not just dated, the hot water was very limited, the mattress had a big dip in the middle, the heat did not work, and there was no tv in bedroom (was told yes prior to booking).

It was perfect! Site 46 is WONDERFUL, with the most beautiful sunrises. But more than that, this KOA was an amazing experience. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the sites were spacious and quiet, and the facilities and grounds were clean and well maintained. We especially loved the amenities, like the Clubhouse, agility dog park, beautiful hiking trails & dog beach! We will be back!

Beautiful area with hills and trees! Our campsite was large with a lot of room to spread out. If you have a big rig, some of the turns might be challenging, but but worth it once you get into your site. The downside are the bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities. They need a major upgrade!
