The cabin was completely refurbished much to my surprise. It was comfortable and beautiful. The new refrigerator had a nice large freezer which came in very handy. We didn't have to buy ice. The location was awesome with our door facing the Crystal river just 8 feet away. It was quiet except for light traffic from the highway. The staff were very friendly. We had a great stay and were sad to leave

Great customer service and it’s so beautiful there, everything is very well taken care of, the cabins need some shelving and hooks in the bathroom, nowhere to put your stuff, have to kind of live out of your suitcase, but I’m not really complaining, just saying it would be nice to be able to get organized a little.

Such an awesome place, beautiful cabin, nicely updated, very nice patio with a great gas grill, the access and the view of the river is amazing. There is a cement walkway alongside the park parallel to the highway that goes all the way to Carbondale, perfect for bicycling. Customer service is great! Throughly enjoyed our stay there.

My family always enjoys our stay here-our kids of all ages have plenty to do with the pool, volleyball court and playground. I love the quick drive to town or the hot springs along the river, and we sleep great listening to the river at night. We stay in the cabins and tents and all are clean, spacious and comfy. We love this place!

Found a mouse in the cabin I stayed at. It came out at night and ended up getting into the trash. Otherwise the stay was great.

Cabin 5 was everything I had anticipated and more. Its location RIGHT NEXT to the Crystal River( maybe 6/8 feet!) was really nice. Window open all night, the sounds lulled me to sleep. I particularly like the location of t he KOA because I ride off road motorcycles and nearby Marble has a great trail, including one to Crested Butte via Scofield Pass. The campground was wonderful. Our cabin was right on the river, so beautiful. Everything was well maintained and clean. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We had a great time. It was close to so much to do as well. We are already thinking about coming back !!

As always LOVED our stay!! A couple of things....please check corners, baseboards and ceilings (particularly in the bathrooms) for spiders and spider webs! Found 2 good sized ones (one behind bathroom door in the corner) and one against wall/ceiling in the shower while in the shower. Ewwww. NOT a fan! lol Miss the Adirondack chairs by the river/campfire. Those old metal patio chairs are not comfor

This was our 3rd time here. It’s a great KOA right on the river with friendly staff. The area is beautiful. Our cabin was great with every amenity.

Always a great stay, location and amenities. Stayed in Airstream this time, needs a lot of repairs though. Great space but awning leaked during rain, only one window barely worked, things were duct taped, roof leaked through vent (plastic bag was covering it). Could have been better. Website listed bikes for rent, no bikes were available though.

The cabin and amenities were great and just what our family of 5 needed, but there is a loud noise from the pump when the water comes on, we had scratching under the cabin (from mice or bees), and the cabin was very close to a road.

Very friendly staff. Cabin was clean and comfortable. We have rented cabins elsewhere over the past 3 years and all have fallen short (poor maintenance and management). KOA was a refreshing change.

We had a really nice time. Employees very polite, Beautiful setting. Camp is very well maintained. Bed was a little hard, but cabin , kitchen & bath were clean. The cabin was cute and had everything we needed, 2 beds. We stayed in cabin 10 and it had a beautiful hand carved bedframe. Really neat! The campfire area was perfect, surrounded by old trees next to the river, The location was in a valley with options for short scenic drives to different towns like Aspen & Marble. The camp hosts were fun to talk with. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, but we were very disappointed with our specific accommodations. We stayed in the airstream and expected it to be similar to one of the many kamper cabins that we have stayed at with reference to temperature control. It had a small heater that was drastically inadequate. It ran all night and in the morning it was 52 degrees just three feet away. Recommend curtains for privacy.

This is our 3rd time. Great location! Luckily my brother is an engineer at the Four Seasons and was able to fix the heater that was rattling off the wall. He also cleaned out the bath faucet that was spraying all over. Overall great stay and we greatly appreciated the bundle of wood!

Stayed here for a night while passing through on a motorcycle trip. Staff was excellent! The campground was very nice with clean bathrooms and shower facilities. We had a beautiful site right on the river with a great view as well.

Staff was amazing! Campgrounds were the same. Stayed in tent site TB and had a beautiful view of the mountain along with Crystal River. We hated to leave. Most definitely will come back and recommend to friends.
