The staff at the BRB was very friendly, helpful and interested when I shared my history with the BRB. My parents owned the BRB from 1970-1977. My dad worked very hard, making improvements to the resort. The staff encouraged me to send them old photos from that time period. I will follow through. Thanks again!

Very friendly staff, clean cabin and grounds, lovely location. Firewood was weird...dry but very smoky. Would definitely stay again.

The process for getting our cabin was smooth and the person we spoke to was kind and very helpful! We had a wonderful stay in our cabin and it was clean and well organized. Peggy, in the office was kind, personable and delightful. We spoke to the cleaning staff when they were cleaning a cabin next to us and witnessed their care and attention to detail! Thank you.

It was great and the owners/staff were very helpful. The only thing that we had a challenge with was the bed. It is very firm and not used to it, but better than sleeping on the ground in a tent. All the necessary amenities were provided. Cabin was extremely clean, no spider webs, dust, etc. better than many hotels I have stayed in

We enjoy staying at this location. There were just a few things we wanted to give feedback on. Cabin was clean - only complaint on cleanliness was the floor was not washed - just swept. There were a couple knives - but neither were sharp at all--took a lot of effort just to cut lettuce. Check-in was smooth and your staff are great.

We love this KOA. We stay in the 1 room KKabins. So lucky to have full Kitchen & BR in the unit. Most similar KKabins do not have that luxury. The other bonus is being on the Crystal River have enjoyed many full moon evening there.

Loved the airstream, clean bathrooms, perfect location for fishing the roaring fork valley. I did notice as things break on the airstream, they aren't being fixed, like some of the windows and one of the roof fans don't work and the other is in the process of dying, these are easy to replace. Fabulous time! I will be back and would love to stay in the airstream again.

We truly enjoyed our visit. Monica and her husband were very hospitable. They let us view two larger cabins to see if they would be a good fit for my husbands next visit. He endured a massive stroke recently and we are learning what works best when we travel. We will be making reservations first thing in 2023. Our 40th anniversary is in August. Looking forward to spending a week here again.

Great location and friendly staff. The hot water in our shower was not working as well as I’d prefer, but we made do. The gas bbq grill was great and made for a nice steak dinner. Thank you.

We were in cabin 5 which was nice but cabin 6 door was loud from opening and closing . The cleaniness of the cabin could have been better[sinks and tub] Overall very good, we are there twice a year and enjoy each time thx!

We love the venue, the creek runs right past the cabins. There is so much to do in the area. We have stayed in both the RV sites and the cabins. Both are well cared for. The bike trails are great too.

The location was wonderful, easy access to local sites and activities, cabin was stream-side, very nice park, this was my first KOA stay and I will definitely return to this location.

The management were incredibly accomodating and communicative. They helped is through multiple speedbumps we encountered during our stay and billing was swift and transparent.

We had a studio cabin along the river. It was a beautiful setting and we enjoyed the fire pit at night roasting marshmallows and watching the stars sitting on the provided Adirondack chairs. The unit was very clean considering it’s location. I wish we could have had a longer stay. We spent 2 nights.

What a great place! Nice decor and furnishings. Clean and well-stocked with linens and towels and pillows and fans! Loved having the patio furniture and gas grill and fire pit. Totally a glamping experience! We would love to come back again.

We stayed in a deluxe studio by the edge of the Crystal R. The sound of the moving water was delightful. All our needs were well met in this cozy, cute cabin. Kitchen was well-stocked with appliances. The lighting was adequate. The medicine cabinet & window ledges provided plenty of room for our toiletries. Adirondack chairs outside were great too. We would stay in this cabin again.

Location is great along the Roaring Fork River. Staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi is above average. There is no sewer hookup (which was disclosed on the website). No cable hook up. Cell phone service is nearly nonexistent. Biggest complaint is that the cabins had no a/c. Our traveling party stayed in the cabin and were hot. This was not disclosed on the website, which I believe they should.

We had a great time. I originally reserved a RV spot, but my slide out broke, so I asked if they would switch our reservation to a cabin, and they did at no cost. It a great location right on the river - lots of fishing spots on the property and near by. The accommodations were great - very clean and comfortable. And they have a great staff. I will definitely come back

Beautiful setting on the river. Stayed in the teepee which was so much fun. Nice bath house. Kids loved the pool. Can’t wait to come again next year.

We rented 5 cabinsfor a family reunion, and everything was perfect. I had borrowed fans not knowing they were provided, and the cabins stayed comfortably cool. The cabins are pretty well stocked, and very clean. We will definitely return.

We were in cabin. 8. Great place. Disappointed in the amount of items in the kitchen. No big bowls. Broken can opener. No propane in the grills in our pavilion. Lots less wood you are given than last year. This year only a few pieces where last year it was the full IKEA bag

We love this KOA. We had family for a few days and then friends for a few days and we all enjoyed the campground. Pleasant, friendly workers. Clean all around, including bath house. We will be back

This KOA was amazing. Location, cabins, host all great. Arrived with some snow and still got a great tour of the campgrounds. We stayed right next to the river with a view of mountains as soon as you walk out.

Overall good stay, clean, and friendly staff. BUT we went to leave on the closing date and water was shut off so couldn't flush out the tank.
