Beautiful Campground with a view on the mountains, clean, friendly staff, the Airstream needs to be refresh a bit but the experience of it was fun anyhow.

Quiet, peaceful KOA on the Crystal River. Campground is clean, staff was very nice and we loved that it's a smaller KOA. We rented cabin #7 and since it's on the river, we didn't hear the highway noise. Cabin was private and not close to the neighbors. The cabin was comfortable, had a full kitchen, full bath, bedroom and second bed area in the main area.

its a nice place , I didn't realize the airstream didnt have A/C. and the pool closes at 7pm , not happy about thiat we arrived at 6:40pm and it was hot , pool should stay open until at least 9am

I stayed for 2 days. The office personnel was wonderful. She was very helpful and friendly The cabin I stayed in was perfect for me and my service dog. It was right on the river and great to sleep by

This was our first time staying in a cabin, we had previously stayed at this KOA with our RV. We had a wonderful vacation. The cabin had everything we needed and was in a lovely location on the river. We stayed for a week and had the opportunity to meet many of the staff members who were all capable, friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning next summer,

Beautiful place, enjoyed all the amenities. Children loved the volleyball, swimming, and biking. The cabins were clean and functional. A good time was had by everyone.

We ended up not staying there as we had rented the teepee. It was about 110 in there with absolutely no ventilation. Does it say in the description there aren’t any windows?? We would have rented a cabin for the night but told you had to rent for 2 nights. So, the campground could have gotten half of that as opposed to probably no rental at all for the night.

We love this place, and it is great for kids. There is so much to do there with the pool, corn hole, river and hot springs down the road. The maintenance staff was friendly and helpful. The lady in the office was a little crabby when we asked for additional garbage bags, but everything else was fantastic!

Great location…very well maintained, both the cabins and the rest of the property were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely going back. One of the better ones I have stayed in.

A great little cabin right next to the Crystal River. Amazing and beautiful views. Host was really nice. Neighbors sharing the cabin were noisy... slamming doors etc. but not the campgrounds fault. Just difficult to sleep. The tiny cabin was well stocked with dishes and pans. No bathsoap however so bring your own. I would stay here again but hope for quieter neighbors.

Great place to stay. Next to river which was running high (bummer). Sewer would be nice but no big deal. Recommend weed eating around entrance as it easy to drive by entrance.

We enjoyed the sound of the river so close to our cabin. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We found this KOA offers a lot to do as a campground. Only bad experience was another campers Boston terrier got loose a couple times and attacked our dog. But that wasn't the KOA's fault.

Ktichen is lacking some basic utensils like better knives, platter, covers to pots and cutting board is the same as 10 years ago, pretty warped. The bathroom sink sprays out to far as the faucet is too long. Bikes could use an upgrade and we wish there was a gas grill at each cabin. Otherwise loved it...

It was awesome, we rented a cabin right on the Crystal River. The location is perfect for trips to Glenwood Springs, Aspen and Maroon Bells, lots of things to see and do.

The cabin sloped bad enough that is made sleeping difficult. The shower head didn't work, so they purchased a new shower head to use for their stay. We stayed in a creek front cabin for 3 nights and it was amazing. We've stayed at a number of KOA's across the US and this has to be among the top in the nation. I was shocked at how secluded the location was, we may as well been camping all by ourselves. The people who work there were great too. Everyone seemed happy and had a big smile, which goes a long way.

We stayed in the streamliner for 1 night. It was a short stay because we met some friends. After dinner we went to the caravan and made a fire We slept like babies. The host was super friendly

Everything was great except when I first walked into the cabin there was an unpleasant odor. Maybe because the heater was on? Maybe because the cabin hadn't been used for a while. I realize a KOA cabin is not a hotel room- though I do believe it should smell nice. Maybe open the windows. Maybe use a healthy cleaner with a mild fragrance.

Beautiful riverside cabin. Wonderful amenities for the kiddos. Nice fenced dog are for the pup. Very friendly and helpful staff. I’ll be back.

This KOA was amazing. Location, cabins, host all great. Arrived with some snow and still got a great tour of the campgrounds. We stayed right next to the river with a view of mountains as soon as you walk out.

Overall good stay, clean, and friendly staff. BUT we went to leave on the closing date and water was shut off so couldn't flush out the tank.
