A great stay! The campground was clean, well taken care of, with a wonderful staff. The laundry facilities were very much appreciated! Clean bathrooms w/outlets & well taken care of. A recreation room had outlets for charging devices, a microwave, tv, DVDs, & games. Each tent site has a level pad & a fire pit with a metal cooking grill. Spacious! About 35 min drive to Hanging Lake & Thomas Lakes.

We had a late arrival and due to a storm coming from Moab we called to inquire about an alternative to our tent. The staff recommended the airstream. We loved this upgrade for the night! Everything was efficient and clean and staff even checked on us. Very clean and safe facility. Thank you

This was the best stay ever! The site is clean, fishing nearby and the staff is so friendly. We are making this a regular stop. Carbondale is so lovely and the best kept secret.

We stayed here for two nights while a friend got married at Chair Mountain Ranch. Our cabin was perfect! Nice and roomy, with everything we needed. Very cozy. I was blown away that the bunk bed didn’t squeak! I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the area.

I only gave four stars this year because the sauna was shut down for the season. Who sits in a hot sauna in summer anyway? The sauna is so nice in the fall especially after returning from bike rides and hikes. (Sometimes in the rain) That was disappointing but all other aspects of the stay were so nice. The bathhouse is very nice and clean. The campground is beautiful and the staff very kind.

Love the location, the cabin and the staff. They need new mattresses because the are rock hard. The tankless hot water heater goes from extreme hot to cold in seconds. Not fun when you are taking a shower.

We love staying at this KOA, esp during Fall for Colors. We stayed in a Family Cabin, which we enjoyed and loved the setup. Staff Great too!

Amazing! We only stayed in the airstream for one night but the staff was so helpful and friendly and welcoming we were so happy to be there! Beautiful views very clean and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be a regular here!

Everyone was polite and helpful. The facility is what I expected for a KOA, which is why I gave it an average rating. However, please turn off your outside lights, as they shine directly onto the campers and cast shadows. We should be appreciating the night sky in such beautiful places as your facility!. I would be in favor of a prohibition on using outside lights also on the camping units.

It was great! We will make reservations for next year, same time, same back-in site along river. The staff were nice and accommodating, the restrooms were very clean and well maintained.

The staff was very accommodating. Because of a doctor's appointment, we made reservations a little late. We wanted 2 nights with an electric hook-up, but only one night was available. The staff did check for cancelations for our second night but there were none. We were able to stay a second night in a tent site with our 19 foot van. Over-all, our stay was very pleasant.

Pleasant Staff helped us reserve RV site #7 along the Crystal River, Delighted! Our group also had Cabins #5, 6, 7 & 8 with the Pavilion*, where 11 of us enjoyed gathering for breakfasts & dinners together. Management & Staff also allowed us to use the community room to watch our Bronco football game. Notable upgrades to fire rings & cabins from past yrs. * BBQs & cooler not clean, declined

We had a great time. The cabin was amazing, had everything we needed. This is a very beautiful campground, we have stayed here several times. The only thing that bothered us was people at nearby cabin left their dogs outside alone and they were barking at night and early morning. Otherwise we can't wait to come back!

Great place to stay, very comfortable and good staff. I was very happy with the campground amenities and the views are spectacular. This is definitely not the mainstream KOA parking lot. This is truly a world class stay.

Very nice KOA in a beautiful area. Easy checkin, friendly staff. They even helped me with a stuck sewer cap on my trailer.

This KOA was amazing. Location, cabins, host all great. Arrived with some snow and still got a great tour of the campgrounds. We stayed right next to the river with a view of mountains as soon as you walk out.

Overall good stay, clean, and friendly staff. BUT we went to leave on the closing date and water was shut off so couldn't flush out the tank.
