Best KOA I've ever stayed at by far. Aside from the great view of Mount Sopris and being on the river... There were also nice touches like the scent machine in the bathroom. You guys rock!

The water connection was broken and a maintenance staff member accused me of breaking it. It had been patched with duct tape. The staff member said the tape was to prevent someone stealing the connection attachment. No other sites had tape on the water line attachment. The tape was a pathetic attempt to patch the water fixture and was certainly a feeble attempt at trying to prevent theft.

It’s a lovely campground that isn’t a concrete jungle. Just enough amenities that keep it glampy. Quiet and dark, with a peaceful river. Perfect home base for Aspen area sports weekends.

I have been at the Carbondale/Crystal River KOA for 15 days so far this year. My stay has been great. I was the only camper for awhile. Over the course of 12 days people came and went. As soon as people left staff made sure the site was ready for next camper. Leaking shower head in bathhouse reported it, they repaired immediately. Clogged line on my rv. They helped unclog. Five stars �� for sure!

Your staff was absolutely amazing. They helped us get our dog back when she escaped from inside the camper. I can not say enough about how wonderful everyone was. They were all just so attentive in all matters along our stay. We will absolutely be back!!!!! Camp was clean and well kept!

We spent a weekend in spot 10, and it was magical. We had issues the first night because the batteries for the camper were dead - but it didn't kill the vibe at all - this place is so beautiful and peaceful, I felt like I could handle any of life's problems while there! The campground was clean and well kept. Every person I came into contact with was wonderful, friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time and the dog area was astonishingly clean and well maintained. The bathroom and shower were also very clean. I will definitely be back.

The cabin was nice and clean. However, with only four hard seat and back chairs and the fold out futon, “comfortable sitting” in the cabin was inadequate. The atmosphere of the location was great with the river. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. Communication was excellent.

It was an amazing little campground, it exceeding my expectations especially from others I have stayed at. This one is perfectly secluded from town right on the river. Perfectly surrounded by trees adding the right amount of privacy and shade, and our cabin was right against the river. It was the first thing you see out the door and windows. And our cabin was very clean and very friendly staff!

This is one of my top favorite KOAs to stay at, especially Cabin #3 on the very end where it's quietest. Sitting right on the river is absolutely divine! I'll be back again soon!

We had a peaceful stay at the Carbondale KOA Holiday. Great location by the river and very quiet. The RV park was clean and the dog park was a big plus. We would definitely stay again.

The cabin was clean and the site was set-up nicely. We were emailed check-in guidelines prior to arrival, so we knew exactly what to expect.

We LOVED our stay in cabin 7!! It was the perfect three day getaway for our family of three and we appreciated being able to bring our dogs along. The fire ring was great, the chairs provided were comfy, and you just can’t beat a camp fire by the river. The kitchen had everything we needed. The dog park was clean and safe. Staff was helpful without hovering. We will definitely be back!!

This is our second time staying ant this KOA and it was just as great as the first time. We stayed in cabin 14 and while it wasn’t directly off the river we could still hear it from our cabin which was amazing. Communication was great. We had a slight issue while we were there and it was addressed and fixed immediately. We will definitely be coming back!

The only time we saw the camp host was when she came to get the key. She told us that it was not a 5 star resort when we told her the coffee table was easily tipped over because of the way the legs sat, the whole thing tipped over with everything on it, a small child would have been hurt. The only fry pan was very dented and wobbly on the burner. The power went out and we had to reset it ourself.

Taylor, Rebecca and crew made me feel right at home for the 7 days that I was there while my husband was off hunting. This is our 2nd year at BRB KOA in Carbondale and we would come again in a minute! Super clean and very nice campgrounds! Thanks!

Stayed 4 days in October. Large spaces, most with patio. No sewer on individual sites, but easy dump station. No propane available for purchase. Laundry has 2 washers/ 2 dryers. Clean shower house. Loved the bike path and right on Crystal River. Remarkable sculpture park. Great park to stay for several days.

The staff was great, the property was great and well taken care of, the cabin was terrific, other than the mattress could use some attention, seemed too soft. Really enjoyed our stay.

Why is it ranked as a holiday when they don’t have full hook ups? It was fine otherwise, just don’t expect that from a holiday KOA.

Stunning campground and the nicest staff I've ever met at a KOA. My dog and I stayed in Cabin #7 on the river. It was nothing fancy, but with a view like that right outside my doorstep, we were hardly in the cabin! The campground is well-maintained with beautiful views and an easy drive to Carbondale and Aspen. I can't wait to come back!

We were in cabin 5 right on the river. The river was low from drought, but just enough flow to enjoy the sound with coffee in the morning. No a/c in the cabin, but spent the days hiking and fly fishing, and it cooled down real nice with windows open overnight.
