We had a great stay! Everything was clean and well taken care of. Our kids (11,10) really enjoyed the pool and bike rentals, the dogs loved the fenced in area of grass to run and roll, and my husband and I enjoyed star gazing. The bathrooms and showers were exceptionally clean, and the owners are phenomenal. This KOA is close to many attractions! It’s definitely a great place to stay!

The camp site was comfortable and the staff friendly. The only complaint is that the wifi internet got pretty clogged at night, probably because there is no cell reception and everyone has to connect. The other issue is the amount of traffic noise from the road. Lots of traffic all night long.

We were in cabin 5 which was nice but cabin 6 door was loud from opening and closing . The cleaniness of the cabin could have been better[sinks and tub] Overall very good, we are there twice a year and enjoy each time thx!

We love the venue, the creek runs right past the cabins. There is so much to do in the area. We have stayed in both the RV sites and the cabins. Both are well cared for. The bike trails are great too.

The location was wonderful, easy access to local sites and activities, cabin was stream-side, very nice park, this was my first KOA stay and I will definitely return to this location.

This was my favorite KOA that I stayed at during my trip out West. I was a late arrival and the staff gave me a call ahead of time to let me know about the late arrival procedure and once I got there it was very easy to find my site and get settled. As a tent camper, I loved how the tent sites along the river felt secluded enough to enjoy the peacefulness, but were also close to the bathrooms.

This was my second tent overnight. There was a very loud group next to me and I needed to ask them to be quiet around 11 pm. There was another tent site camper who kept shining very bright headlights on my tent. So not a restful evening. I didn't mind all the rain, it was an unfortunate situation with some loud or unconsiderate guests.

The management were incredibly accomodating and communicative. They helped is through multiple speedbumps we encountered during our stay and billing was swift and transparent.

The campground was nice, the amenities were clean and glad we had showers after a long day of biking. However, our neighbors were up both nights being very loud. They also clearly had more people staying in their site than allowed. It was hard to sleep with partiers next to us, wishing there was a way to report those types of incidences since it's not up to the guests to go tell them to quiet down

We had a studio cabin along the river. It was a beautiful setting and we enjoyed the fire pit at night roasting marshmallows and watching the stars sitting on the provided Adirondack chairs. The unit was very clean considering it’s location. I wish we could have had a longer stay. We spent 2 nights.

Beautiful place on Crystal River. Nice tent sites under trees and very clean showers and restrooms. We also stayed in cabin C11 which was super spacious and cozy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They offered to help us move some equipment from the tent site to the cabin. Loved our stay and will highly recommend!

What a great place! Nice decor and furnishings. Clean and well-stocked with linens and towels and pillows and fans! Loved having the patio furniture and gas grill and fire pit. Totally a glamping experience! We would love to come back again.

Our dog became very I’ll very suddenly the day before we to leave.we needed to stay by. Monica pieced together another 5 nights. Had to move twice but that was OK. She and rest of ladies in office were fantastic. Thank you. We will always ck KOA first wherever we go.

It was a short but sweet overnighter before backpacking the Four Pass Loop. Will definitely be coming back for a longer stay next time!

Very clean restrooms,showers, grounds! Beautiful setting along the Crystal River was the best campground I have ever seen! Very friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend! I can say that I would drive a long distance out of my way to stay there again!

It was a wonderful campground right on a river. Very peaceful and somewhat remote. Amenities were good. Only down side was no septic hook up. A portable tank would come in handy if you have one.

Price was a little more than I expected (40+$ for tent spot) but there are showers and Wi-Fi. Safe well maintained place.

This KOA was amazing. Location, cabins, host all great. Arrived with some snow and still got a great tour of the campgrounds. We stayed right next to the river with a view of mountains as soon as you walk out.
