One of the best campground experiences we have ever had. We loved our site, perfect for our hammock/tent setup. We met the owner and had an amazing conversation about life, homeschooling, the history of the campground and area and she gave us some amazing recommendations for things to do. Her camp office is filled with fun items made by locals. I highly recommend this KOA!

The bathrooms and showers are the better than any other campground I have ever stayed. Location was great as well. Close to the interstate, so unfortunately it isn’t as peaceful as I would have liked but still a great stay.

We paid a premium price for an overnight tent stay on a small unattended tent site with no amenities, i.e. electric, etc. the one feature we look forward to in a KOA stay is the swimming pool, however, diving into your pool, gave me a headache because there was no water. On our three week trip we stayed at a couple of other KOA’s, which were far better tended and offer better services for cheape

Has basic amenities. Showers/bathroom were clean. Cancellation policy was clear. Nice lady working the desk. My only complaint was that it was pouring rain day of and there was no flexibility for cancellation when we were tent camping. No human compassion for their process. For that, I’m disappointed.

Bathrooms were spotless. Noisy due to being close to interstate. Broken glass in the tent pitch and it was covered in goose poo, it was easier to clean up myself than go running to the staff. There was no shade in the pitches and the supposed fence is laid on the ground so no chance to hang a wet towel. There’s also a river walk way just by the pitch which doesn’t add a sense of security.

Customer Service Staff on the phone was very friendly/helpful - we called 2 times prior to check in - The spot we were given was very level - the most level spot we had our whole trip that was a plus. Bathrooms were clean. We were staying only long enough to sleep in a tent spot. Luckily we were sleeping in our car this time because the tent spot and grass around it was full of fresh dog poo.

The staff at the KOA Butte was very pleasant and accommodating in that I was able to change campsites for the second night to one that was more private. Although this campground is convenient to Interstate 90, the noise was a lot to tolerate. The only other negative was that the restrooms/shower were together. I needed to use just a restroom and drove to a local gas station.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's a pretty area in spite of being next to the freeway. However the bathrooms were annoying. No hooks in the sink area and no counter next to the sink. Twice I forgot items on the only hooks available which are in the shower area. The shelf is above the toilet which has no lid and an item fell in the toilet. The shower curtains have some mildew.

Two nights in a tent site. I would recommend more restrooms and showers for the number of camping spots. Also, more hooks in the showers rooms for clothes. Thank you! We had a great time in Butte. A very clean and well kept KOA.

The cabin was nice, had an odd smell. The bathrooms were horrible! One bathroom had a urnal leak and very dirty, toilet didn’t flush. The staff must have been aware as a cone had been placed to watch for leaking water. Staff was great!

Your campground was well cared for. The sites were nicely maintained. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and always had hot water available. Your front desk people were warm and friendly and very helpful.

Brought children specifically to swim in their pool, but it was closed, after confirmation a few days prior that it would be open! Also planned around their website hours of check-in and check-out, but both times were different when we checked in and checked out! Could have planned activities better, had we know thus change in time. Campsite itself was perfect, beautiful!

The only drawback is the location and the noise from the highway. If not for that, this would be an almost perfect location. Clean and very well kept!

Campground was clean, neat and quiet. Had one night and enjoyed it. The bathrooms were very nice, clean plenty of hot water. I would stay again.

It's not the most scenic destination... it is in a mostly urban, almost industrial setting. BUT, the amenities are clean, well maintained and the staff were wonderful. If you just need a comfy place to stay the night during your roadtrip, this place is perfect.

I am VERY pleased with the staff and operation of the park. I do wish there was additional staffing for some after-hours arrivals and people wanting to use the laundry or make store purchases. I also wish the tent camping area was located adjacent to the nice new restrooms, but I understand there are plans to move the tent camping area to a more suitable spot for tenters.

Lady checking people in was very kind /informative. pleasant conversation & efficient as there were many people checking. She even said there would be a delicious continental breakfast in the morning. I just booked a tent site to sleep in car for the night with my dog. There was one other guest in the section- spaced apart nicely. Bathrooms clean/large/heated/hot shower. Walking path with a pond.

well we stayed in a power/water tent site..there was no grass. it was very small, with zero privacy. I'm sure the neighbors didn't like my snoring. the bathrooms were clean and updated. they also have zero security during the night as a man was found sleeping in another campers truck. the sheriffs did arrest . we didn't get to the store. so in the 90$ for a piece of dirt and zero privacy.

The noise level from the interstate made it nearly impossible for me to sleep. Bathrooms and site were very clean and well maintained though. For RVs is probably fine but in a tent it wasn't pleasant.

Every KOA should have the kind of bathrooms that this KOA has. They are individual with a shower, toilet & sink, with plenty of room between the shower and the little bench. Perfect for families with small kids! And very clean! We camped in a tent and the back of our pickup truck in a large site. The only draw back was the noise of the Interstate.

We stayed 1 night. The campground was immaculately clean and many features (like the bathroom/shower rooms) were brand new. Will definitely stay here again!

Your front desk attended was fantastic. Saved us some dollars. Reminded us to get ice. The lightning storm was beautiful. The dog park area was clean the pool was open late enough to use it. Nothing but a positive experience.

Close to everything. The management went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Great spots for big rigs. They even brought us out a couple adorable rocking chairs and a fire pit to our site!!! Thank you so much for a great stay!!! We'll be back
