You can tell they are trying but still pricey for what it is. The upgraded sites need about 5 more inches of gravel with no broken glass in it. As they are our septic would not drain to a pipe that is too high.

Multiple sites with no 50 amp power or unstable 50 amp. My assigned site had no 50 amp and I was moved to a different one. Upon checking, the power pedestal at the second site seemed good, however multiple times through the evening and overnight we randomly lost all power. Also, overall campsite conditions seemed lacking, tools left everywhere and random power and water lines laying above ground.

The Pool was torn up and not usable/ the dog park was full of goat head weeds that stick to your dogs feet and cause them pain. The dog area was not clean looking at all. The 30 amp hook up did not work. the park was in disarray and needs a serious cleaning. The laundry facilities had two old dryers in the wall that showed out of order. This is not what I look for when I am going to a KOA

Site was newer and was fine. Friendly staff. Internet was weak and could use an upgrade.

Good for a one night stay. Very clean and very friendly staff. Our site was super tight. Had to park up on the patio in order to get the slide out.

There was very little water pressure, not enough to take a shower in our RV. It came on good but then went to a trickle. There also crushed glass mixed into the gravel in the spot we were in. Fortunate no flat tires.

I absolutely appreciated the grassy/semi fenced tent site for my one night stay. This KOA was clean and my “after hours” check-in was flawless. Thank you for providing a safe night for me and my dogs.

Way to close to the interstate heard cars and trucks all night, got no sleep. Dumpster was behind us and trash was dumped and banged to get all trash out at 5am. Store closed at 5pm . Staff was very nice for the brief time we delt with them..

Love the staff! We had a medical emergency while here and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Really appreciate them, everyone at St. James Hospital and the people in this wonderful town.

I was assigned the first tent site facing the road T7 I believe - after I set up my tent a couple walked up to me and asked for food and money - another person came on a cycle and just hung around and left - I did not feel secure so o checked into a hotel

Just like many KOA’s it is a big gravel RV parking lot with full hookups convenient for an overnight stop. NO RECYCLE bins-KOA’s are not a camping experience. Staff were friendly and clean level spots to park.

The cabin was nice, but there is a lack of showers and toilets. Only two rooms are available for the campground.

They are working very hard to upgrade this KOA park and it shows. We had one of their newly redone large, level pull-thru sites, and it was very nice for our overnight stay. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Cute store with local crafts. We would visit this KOA again.

We had a great stay at the Butte KOA. The campground was clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The showers and bathrooms were warm and spotless, which we really appreciated. Check-in was quick and easy, and all of the RV hookups worked perfectly. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stop, and we would definitely stay here again!

The staff on duty were very friendly, however, we were extremely disappointed in the facility itself. the laundry room was extremely poor - we understand that upgrades were being done, however, signs to that effect should have been placed. There were only two washing machines, which only took quarters. Luckily we arrived before the staff left for the day at 5 pm (the only place to get quarters).

The staff was nice, but the water was rusty and they told me to let it run for a few minutes. We let it run for two hours and was still disgusting. The waste connections are higher than the discharge on most rv's. Sites were extremely narrow with bark chips at your step, very disappointing for $89.00 a night.

Very Expensive for an overnight. But still glad to have a place to stay. The site was level and it’s good to see that you are making improvements. Also arrived at 5 PM and there was no one to guide us to the site. But the site was easy to locate.

The location is great for exploring Butte. The sites are very basic and we did not see any staff in the office until the day we checked out. The on-site propane tank was convenient for fill-ups prior to getting on the road.

We came during non-peak season so we were able to choose site that we wanted. It is close to town and the highway. Bathroom is big and clean with hot shower. We did not use the laundry.

Very disappointed with only 3 restrooms open, in the morning none had any toilet paper at all.

This was just a one night stop on the way to Canada but it was really nice. The grounds are laid out so it's easy to get in/out with nearly all as pull-through. Spot was more than long enough to include our 26ft class c and 12ft tow car. It was quiet, level, and clean. The best part was it was next to a nature walk along a creek which was lovely. We were even surprised to see beavers there in the water, so cool!!We definitely would stay here again, maybe longer so we can visit Butte next time.

Excellent location. Borders a beautiful nature trail that goes on for miles and visitor center Is next door. At night you can see uptown Butte lit up and the historic mining head frames also illuminated. Perfect for traveling between the national parks, but Butte has become a favorite place for us because of the lively arts and culture and history. Well taken care of Park and you can see the pride in the campground and the amenities. I love that there is a cute dog wash for those of us who travel with pets.
