Good soft serve ice cream. Park is okay. The sites are a little narrow. Rock streets with broken glass all over. It works for one night.

Sites were level, first time we didn’t have to level from side to side. Small store that was nice, offering soft serve ice cream. Not much space between sites and no shade. There was a pool and laundry mat.

Campground had a few nice additions, but sites too tight, and grounds torn up and dirty. This location substandard, especially considering the price.

Great layout especially for dog owners. Convenient and the people were the best!

Below average Journey level KOA. Great location, but campground has many, many working families living in RVs staying there. These folks don't practice standard camping etiquette -walking thru occupied sites, dropping f-bombs constantly, light fires with gasoline 5 ft away from a neighbor's rig - and the campground employees simply turn a blind eye. Showers are awesome though!

I was in site 552 which is in big time need of rock. It’s very dusty. Also you should send out a broadcast email if you do something like shutting down the water

Not a nice looking place. Unkept..dusty. Looked like they are maybe working on it

Just an overnight. Had a pull thru that was almost level. The site was long enough that I didn't have to unhook. The CG is layed out that it's an easy in and out . Water & elec. were good. The few staff we meet were all likeable. This is our third stay here and will stay again if in the are. Overall liked the CG.

Needed a park to stop for the night. Decent gravel camp pads and nice showers.

Tour showers where great and liked the location. Only draw back was there was a lot broken glass in some of the gravel areas.

Everyone seemed to be very nice. The guy (I forget his name) that guides you to your site location and helped with propane was super. The front desk recommended a local restaurant Rib & chop House which was one of the best we have had in over a week. Overall the campground is easy to get in and out. Even though it is close to the main highway, it is not disruptive or loud.

Unfortunately, we did not have a great stay. Someone came into our camp while we were away and stole my chairs, which were embroidered with my school mascot and special to us. I realise in hindsight that I should have put broken down camp and stored everything before we left for the day, but still, very disappointing. There are no cameras so the thief got away clean. I will not return.

We stayed in Butte one night recently in space 515 and the site was not level at all. Our 36 foot motorhome had both front tires off of the ground in the air when leveled with the hydraulic jacks. Didn't want to level the unit side to side after that. Then went to the pool for a dip and it was filled with leaves.

Although the campground is a gravel lot, with not a lot of amenities ,, It is very well ran. I would definitely stay there again. Meghan , who worked the front desk , was so nice snd helpful. She went above and beyond to assure our stay was enjoyable. She recommended a nice restaurant the evening of our arrival & printed a map to a car wash the morning we departed. Thank you Meghan

We stayed one on our way from Seattle to the Tetons. Quick stay but great location on and off freeway

Liked that they sell pizza delivered to your camper. Great location on the way to Glacier and points west.

We stayed twice on the way to, and back from Glacier. The hosts were kind, the property is a nice size, not too big. Love that there is a walking path. Love the bathrooms and the pool!

No grass, outhouses hard to find. Dusty. Easy check in. People were nice.

KOA should be embarrassed to be associated with this site. Filthy, ripped sun shades by the pool that has stagnant water in it because it isn’t filled and instead has an above ground Walmart pool next to it. Manager on site phone number was turned off with no option to leave a voicemail. Our site should have been a 30/50 amp site and when we got there, there was duct tape over the 30 amp side.

The price per night is way too high compared to other KOAs we have stayed. Likely will look to bypass this one in the future.

Very friendly staff, clean, and trees are tall enough to provide nice shade

Stayed one night. Located next to a river—nice access. Our dog enjoyed retrieving in the dog park.

The grounds are unacceptable. There are full timers that have a bunch of stuff everywhere. There’s a dilapidated fence next to our site and there’s a dog run the German Shepherd in it. Also nobody notified us that wasn’t working in our full hook up site and we had to requesta partial refund. There was a cigarette, but in our site overall the grounds were not aesthetically pleasing.

It's a loud surrounding in town. No shadow on my site. And no toiletpaper in the bathroooms in the morning.

The campground has shards of glass everywhere you go. We had to skim the pool before we could swim in it. There was a water leak underground at our site and when we told the person, he said that he hasn’t gotten around to getting it fixed yet… no offer to change our site or anything. Glad we were only there one night. We will not stay here again.

This is a KOA Journey, you can’t expect it to look or feel like a KOA Resort. Our site was perfectly level, some others are not. Electrical, WiFi, water work fine. Sites are small and close to neighboring sites. More weeds than grass as others have mentioned. This campground isn’t a resort, but it’s suitable for a short stay. It’s what I would expect from a KOA Journey.

No specific complaints about the campground - certainly nothing special but probably on the lower end of KOAs. It’s fine for an overnight stay. But almost $100 a night? I’ve stayed at many KOAs with nice views and better amenities than this for a lot less money. Very overpriced in my opinion.

Campgrounds were nice and well maintained. Best bathrooms I’ve been in since staying with KOA. Friendly staff. Met some great people there.

Paid for the upgraded patio site. It was so dirty we called a relative who lived locally to bring us a blower to at least clean the patio off. After getting all hooked up, they came by to tell us to unhook the sewer because it was broken and will back up into the RV. Paid $107 a night… over twice as much as the places we stay that are very nice with shade and grass. This place was dry and dusty.

The sites need some attention in landscape - trees overgrown and in desperate need of trimming. Sites are tight, not much room. This KOA is okay for a one night in and out stay.

This was just a one night stop on the way to Canada but it was really nice. The grounds are laid out so it's easy to get in/out with nearly all as pull-through. Spot was more than long enough to include our 26ft class c and 12ft tow car. It was quiet, level, and clean. The best part was it was next to a nature walk along a creek which was lovely. We were even surprised to see beavers there in the water, so cool!!We definitely would stay here again, maybe longer so we can visit Butte next time.

Excellent location. Borders a beautiful nature trail that goes on for miles and visitor center Is next door. At night you can see uptown Butte lit up and the historic mining head frames also illuminated. Perfect for traveling between the national parks, but Butte has become a favorite place for us because of the lively arts and culture and history. Well taken care of Park and you can see the pride in the campground and the amenities. I love that there is a cute dog wash for those of us who travel with pets.
