Very friendly and helpful staff. Suggest that comments be read when receiving reservations. For the upgraded patio sites, please look at the surrounding area for what can be seen by the people at these sites. Possibly more landscaping or fencing? We will be returning. Thank you.

Enjoyed our stop in Butte this week - very nice location. Spots in the 500 section were easy to get in/out of! Staff was very friendly and helpful

Some long term campers had things stored outside and we'll beyond there RV. One camper even had a refrigerator sitting outside that was plugged in. In my opinion letting campers stay long term and not keeping there site free from garbage, debris and stored items shouldn't be allowed, it make the campground look like a homeless encampment. We will not stay here again. .

We stayed for three nights during the music fest. No problems except the sewer hookups were set too high and the sewer hoses do not drain. This appears to be a problem for the entire park. Also there was a general lack of trees for shade. It was nice to be adjacent to the visitor center and the walking trail.

Nice people at front desk. Not enough bathrooms for capacity. Bathrooms were messy-need more than once a day cleaning. Quite a bit of traffic noise.

These guys are so accommodating it's leaves us in wonderlust. They have helped us secure spots large enough for our concession business for the last couple years and have made our stays quite amazing. Great people, great service, and an amazing RV park.

We spent a weekend for the Folk Festival. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the campsite and neighbors! The staff was helpful and vey kind even though they were extremely busy that afternoon. I have stayed here before and will stay again!

Butte KOA works very well for us at the folk festival. Pricing has increased but we really appreciate private shower rooms, drive through spaces, security, & quietness. ONE SUGGESTION WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND, especially when busy, IS MORE INDIVIDUAL TOILETS ONLY (no showers). This year there were people who were having to wait to get to a toilet in the morning. THANK YOU!

Great place to stay - we only stayed one night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Weather as HOT! Only complaint was that the pool was not clean.

The soft serv was very good! It was a bit concerning that people were being turned away due to overbooking. That problem needs to get resolved.

We had a great time and usually stay at KOAs mostly for clean bathrooms, but the bathrooms needed to be checked more often, a touch up and out of toilet paper. Also a comment on the rv site we had, the half round landscaping timbers are quite the tripping hazard as it is right where you walk off your rv step. The guy next to us fell stepping around this timber and needed surgery to arm.

The campground is built on an old garbage landfill and there is broken glass everywhere. There were many full-timers with old, broken down looking rigs camped here. There were some vicious dogs at some of the full-timers spots. Would not recommend staying here.

We stayed on the 4th of July. Fireworks were allowed to shoot off inside the KOA keeping us up till the morning, I tried to do laundry. Washing machines didn't spin out. And the dryers did not dry the sight that we were at the sewer was inside a rose bush( no joke) this place was not a very clean KOA it really felt that we were in someone's backyard.

This KOA is right in the industrial section of Butte, 50 yards from Rt 90. So you hear the highway constantly. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the other guests are mostly good. It's right on a walking/bike path and Butte Visitor's Center, both of which we used. Great Wi-Fi speed. Handy to be near downtown. But only 2 laundry machine work!

The sites were pretty close together and the small area that you had to sit out in was raised bark area. You had to watch your step so that you wouldn't trip on the log boarder of the bark area. For a big park there are to few showers. Granted, it was the 4th of July but fireworks going off in the park until 1 AM. Ridiculous.

The stay was good, campground was nice and the staff very friendly. We were able to watch the 4ths fireworks right from the edge of the campground which was fantastic. Only issue was how dirty and cold the pool was there were 2 days that I had to clean it with the pool net just so the kids could use it. Even then they hardly wanted to use it since it was so cold.

Filthy run down KOA. Piece of metal clanging above our head on main office building, easy access door to fix it with a screw. Pool disgusting, black paint that was put on stairs is peeling and floating everywhere. No employee to come out, in fact guests were cleaning pool with skimmer on fence multiple times. Campsites are to close, overpriced. Poop all over the bathroom, floor, wall & trash

The staff was remarkably kind! We were having RV problems and the maintenance guy came over and helped us for a couple hours and made sure we were set before going back to his duties. He even brought over all his tools to help my husband fix our RV. What an angel. The KOA had lots of fun things to keep our kids entertained as well while we sorted out our problem. Nice and level spots too.

I had 6 feet between our site and the next site. Barely wide enough for a picnic table, not I what would call ok. Bark chips between sites (really who thought that would be good?) On the other side a tree where my slides are, had to put RV slides between the tree. VERY POOR WATER PRESURE. Excuse given by staff was just a overnight stop. Expensive for what you get. We left early

Overall, the campground was okay, but what wasn't okay is that literally over half the washer & dryers were out of order...sorry but there's no excuse for that; they didn't all break at once.

We stayed here several years ago and it was a good stay in a pretty good park. This year I was pleased with the desk staff knowledge and friendliness. The overall location and parking sites were much better looking than last time. But, the new bathroom knocked us out! We went in expecting a small enclosure with wet floors. The new shower is better I have ever experienced! In a spacious room!

Google wants a rating on rooms which doesn't apply to a campground with a camper. Only stayed one night, it was safe, well lit, clean, gravel, pull-through site.All hookups were in good condition, and worked well. Very close to a great Safe-Way grocery

Great access from I-90 but a little noisey without ear plugs. Pull thru sites with adequate space from neighbors. Enjoyed the shower. We really appreciated the staff's support, concern and kindness when we thought one of our cats escaped. Thank you
